The product has been recieved by them on 06th september, they have confirmed that i qualify for the refund. But they said they will process refund on 06th nov 2017 that was 2 months back. Please make your involvement in the case as the date has already surpassed and refund has been received by me and i need the cash immediately, this is my last email through you to whaaky team after this i will be filing a suite against whaaky immediately consider this to be my last communication to you..

    Dear all, i have ordered 5 jeans 22 july 17 and received the delivery on 31 july 17. The product i ordered was different and i received oversized jeans. I requested them to replace with correct size. I sent the product with courier and got the acknowledgement from them on 11 august. They promised to replace the product in 8-10 days. After several phone calls and emails they informed me on 14 september 2017 that they are going to refund the amount back and requested bank details. I provided all the requested information and since then i am following up for the payment. They have been dragging by borrowing time from almost 3 months.in one of the email dated 27 september2017 they confirmed that they are going to process the payment on 16th november 2017.

    I called up on 16th november 2017, they are again dragging to december 2017. Can anyone believe that a online shopping company is fooling their customer from last 3 months just to refund the amount of below inr 2000.!!!

    Also i ordered 3 jeans on 23/09/2017 by giving benefit of doubt for 1st order that there may be mistake. You cant believe it. This time they sent altered, used jeans paints (Second hand paints)!!! For inr 699.

    I suggest to all viewers please do not buy any thing from this website WWW.WHAAKY.COM as this is one of the fraud company.

          And paid 1400 over the online payment

          In this we cannot have a option to change the mobile no and mail id too

          While tracking my order it is showing nothing, and i have called so many times to their customer care but no one is ansewering my call.

          Tried number of times and also went the address which they have mentioned in the online.

          Dear sir,

          I got the call from Waakhy employee and he said that the product which I have ordered will be delivered on past Monday.
          But the item hasn't came.
          His name is ARUN and the calling number is +91-[protected] .
          I have tried to call the same number they are lifting the call but not providing any extension to communicate with them.
          Kindly take the action on the same.
          So many members have lost their money and time with this fake website.

                  This is with regards to the subject order placed on 14th oct 2017 and the order was despatched on 21st of oct. I ordered for xl size of the nehru coat and xl size white shirt which costed rs 450. I received a medium size nehru coat and a chef coat instead of a shirt. I was asked to return the order for replacement for which i spent rs100 + for the courier. After the return, they advised it was returned and would be replaced immediately. Later i received an email stating it would take 7 to 10 business days. Even after that there was no response. I have emailed to [protected]@whaaky.com several times requesting for the status of the return / refund. There was no response for the email, nor they answer the calls on[protected]. Still waiting for the replacement.

                                Dear sir/mam,
                                Handset delivered is totally fake and duplicate. Please arrange to collect the shipment back as its not matching the original product which is ordered samsung guru music-2 [protected]@1399 with order no s[protected]. I got the shipment on 08/11/2017 with cash on delivery while other 3 more other orders lying pending for ship whose payment already done by credit card. How possible to deliver cod order even placed after 10days better to cancel all my orders and refund the full amount with immediate effect.. Still when i used the handset i found that it is 100% fake and the sound quality was the poorest anyone could imagine... I could not make even a single call with clear voice.

                                They have cheated me for rs.5170/- (2222+1399+1549) with fake products 2 delivered and 3 more preparing to ship..
                                I tried calling their customer care no. Bell keeps on ringing but there is no response from their side. If they dont refund me full amount rs.5170/- i will file a case in consumer court and will run a big campaign against their fraud on facebook, twitter, linkedin and everywhere on social networks.
                                Also i will approach manufacturers complaining on how their name and brand image is being maligned by this fake company selling fake products for cheating. Whaaky.com just wait and watch.

                                    I online booked order no s[protected] @rs 1697.0 at whaaky.com. I today 8 nov 17 at around 4pm received 3 denim style shirts @ 849 ref no s[protected]. The shirt received is fully different to that of as displayed in advertisement. The quality not good and no standard size xl and thus mismatched. I request to cancel the order no s[protected] @rs 1697.0 with immediate effect for remaining products which are as under :-

                                    Branded jeans @ 199 reference number s[protected]
                                    2 branded jeans @ 499 reference number s[protected]

When company was emailed to refund, company told that the item was delivered and no request was made for that and further not to entertain and thus avoided to refund.                                       Myself ajay singh have ordered nokia n73 mobile, i have received the product in damaged condition specially charger, and its old mobile with old battery, not similar to product which was displaying on screen, and now i want to return this product, and wrote a mail regarding that, so got a reply for reurn back the product through courier and which will charge 350 rs again, which has to bear by the consumer, so my question why these fellows are sending damaged product, if they sends also then whose responsibility is to take product back from comsumer? So now i request you to please collect product back from my door and refund me the amount or replace with a fresh piece, i tried to call your customer care also many times but even after waiting for 5 minutes on phone no response, so now i cant wait anymore, and i may go to lodge a complaint against fraud company like yours and also will highlight the things into media, then only you people will realise.

                                        This is pramod kumar dubey. My ordered nokia c5-03 mobile phone. I have received item. But this is old mobile phone, this problem not except any contact no.in contact book, battery fully damage, charger not working, touch screen properly not working, camera is very bad quality, finally this is useless. I am trying to call to customer care number. Nobody response. I want to refund my item. R to cancel my item and refer my amount.
