    I have ordered (Wh11485) a power bank and had done the online payment also after a lot of wait prouproduct got delivered. After the unboxing the product is a complete disappointing what i got was a complete duplicate package of samsung. I seriously need a speedy reply and want my money refund back at any cost.         Fake!! Totally [censored] i have ordered nokia combo mobile phones in may and i got so late. But have not deceived yet. My order number is s[protected]. And till they not refund my money, and i call them bt they also not respond on my phone, this company want to be in the market for some time and absorb money from customers and run away.             The above mentioned order was placed on 8th January and received the order by paying cash of Rs.950.00. I was surprise to check that the garment sent-
            2 no. of jeans and 2 no. of Track pants were of the worst quality and looked as old and used clothes were sent.

            I registered my complaint within an hour of receiving the order to your helpline number and sent a mail with pictures of the order sent.

            You paid no attention except sending one type of mail. I need 100% refund for the order and you are time and again requested to collect your order and refund my money at my door step.

            I have registered my grievance with National Consumer Forum and received a complaint reference no. 576710 dated 16/01/2017.

            If you do not refund the order than this issue shall be escalated further and other compensations like legal fee, cost for time delay, undue harrassment etc. shall be claimed.

            I shall not send the material to your address. You have arranged the delivery after booking and now it is your responsibility to collect it back and refund. Do not befool the consumer. Order has been placed online from my address, order delivered at my address and payment collected from address. I have full right to get the refund.

                  I have ordered for nokia 216 last friday through whaaky.com.. For rs.1949 on cod.
                  I received courier today 5pm.. But after paying the amount, i got shocked with the parcel which contains the duplicate of nokia 216 and it is not working...
                  This is an technical fraudulent making consumer fool by selling fake products... I request you sir to help us to get our refund of our paid amount rs.2000.

                  We hereby request our government to take an immediate legal action to sue these online fraudulent companies...

                    These people send damaged products two times.
                    And again i have to send them that products two times.
                    They cheated me.
                    And when talking to customer care they disagreed that product is not received yet.
                    After few call to dtdc and whaaky, whaaky people accepted product has been returned and i m eligible for the refund.
                    As per policy, they have to refund the cost of the product (1499) plus 100 rs for courier charges. As i send items two times i m eligible for rs 200 for mobile reachrge plus the actual amount (1499).
                    Every details are shared with whaaky team.
                    As per company policy, they have seven days to refund, but they told me before 13th september they are going to refund.
                    Next date : 10th october
                    Next date : 30th nov
                    Next date : 15th Dec
                    Next date : One week from 15th Dec
                    Next date : on 18th Dec i recieved mail, "By this week"
                    Next date : 30th Dec
                    Next date : in 1st jan i recived mail saying, "By this week"
                    Next date : Now i recived date 31st january
                    How many dates?? Already you had taken 9 months of time.. Still not refunded.
                    Many times i called their customer care number several times. After exact 5 min 32 seconds it automatically disconnects.
                    Whakky, this is not good to cheat with peoples hard earned money.

                      Hello sir,
                      My complaint is about order no. Wh1879 sold by whaaky on friday 5 january, 2018.
                      I ordered a mi 20800mah powerbank.
                      But i am not satisfied with the product delivered. Its just a copy of mi powerbank. And is body is not fitted properly. I want to return it.. And i want refund too. And the customer care no. Of whaaky is not responding. It was a cod order. I received it on monday 8 january, 2018. Please help me.

                          I have oredered 5 set of jeans from whaaky.com worth rs-1600 but they send me used product also not what it was mentioned on their website.
                          So i have returned this product through speed post by bearing my own amount of around 400,
                          I also got confirmation message or mail that they have received this product and now they are not even replacing nor refunding my amount

                          They are also not approachable through mail or helpline number.

                          Please help me i want my money back also don't want them to do fraud with others if you need any evidence revert me back.

                              I had returned a faulty powerbank that i purchased on whaaky website on 19th april, 2017 (Order number - s[protected] for an amount of inr 1149. I was informed that i can expect the refund by 26th sep, 2017. However, i have been emailing the whaaky support email address but what i get in return is only a new date. I have been waiting for over 9 months to get my refund. I feel like i am being cheated and hence having to resort to this complaint forum. Can you please help me get the refund? Thanks!

                                I have ordered t shirt with lover combo pack one month back almost but till than i have not received parcel, when i try to contact them on toll free numbers they all are fake and always switch off, and send mail to them 3 times reply that they are sending my amount back but till now i have not received my amount, they simple pattern mail they reply the same always.

                                  I have ordered shirts from whaaky.com on 16th sept 2017, but due to size issue i had to send it back and asked for the refund i. E. 1149 rs including the courier charges that i spent to send them. They told me that i'll get refund by 30th november, i called few days back and they assured me to repay on or before 29th november. I have mailed many times and all the time only one reply they gave and all the time when i called customer care they give me excuse that their vendor is not giving them the money so they cannot transfer money to me. So after that they told me to give money by 30th december, but still i haven't got it. It's been 3 months and i haven't got my rupees. So please help me out with this.

                                        My complaints is about the whaaky.com an online shopping sites from which i have ordered a set of pants and sweters. But i didn’t found any kind of delivery updates. Also i have paid the amount online i. E. Debit card so my amount was deducted from my a/c.
                                        They are making fool the people and also they are the kind of such a fraud company, they just take online money not respond the further clarification.

                                        So, my suggestion from the other people that please don’t use that fraud sites for shopping purpose and use the reliable
