            This is pramod kumar dubey. My ordered nokia c5-03 mobile phone. I have received item. But this is old mobile phone, this problem not except any contact no.in contact book, battery fully damage, charger not working, touch screen properly not working, camera is very bad quality, finally this is useless.               I bought a combo of samsung (Bluetooth stereo headset) and samsung power bank (25000 mah) with order no s[protected] and i got it on 12/06/2916 with cash on delivery...
              Before dispatch someone called me for order confirmation. I told him strictly to check the products and then only send them to me.
              Still wen i used the samsung bluetooth headset i found that it is 100% fake and the sound quality was the poorest anyone could imagine... I could not make even a single call with clear voice.
              Even the samsung power bank is 100% fake. It gets discharged in 10 min and even body cracked and keeps on connecting and disconnecting.
              They have cheated me for rs. 800 with fake products.
              I tried calling their customer care no. Bell keeps on ringing but they never pick the call and when picked then they say backteam is absent and hence refund cannot bee given. Else i am forced to take another product of same value or higher value and they will pass creditnote for balance amount if any.
              If they dnt refund me full amount rs. 800 i will file a case in consumer court and will run a big campaign against their fraud on facebook, twitter, linkedin and everywhere possible.
              I have also approached samsung complaining on how their name and brand image is being maligned by this fake company selling fake samsung products.

                Unfortunately, the mobile was not working properly and when i insert my sim it shows emergency & this product is not so upto the mark. And for your information the charger of the phone is also duplicate

                As they said for return i return the product... But since then they didn't refund my amont when ever i put a mail they conform me the second date

                      Products (Battery power banks) reported faulty. They gave me a fake address of sai fashion hub, raghunagar in delhi. I saw other posts in this forum and this seems their normal practice. No response on their phone either. They need to be reported to the regulatory authorities.
                      Where do i send the products? Why should i bear the cost of the courier?

                      So, why in the first place did you give me a "dubious" address in Delhi and why not your HYD address in the first place ? I have seen these kind of replied from you habitually in public domain.

                      No body responds on the phone number which you have provided!! If you are so concerned as you seem to portray in your communication, you should be calling me. Strange !!

                      I will send the junk products back to you after verifying your a/m address through my local contacts in HYD

                                  I would like to let you know that i am very much disappointed with the shirts i received. I am attaching and image what is being shown on website and what is being sent. I dont know what i should do with the shirts what i received.

                                  1) one blue checks shirt is halfsleev and size is big, it seems like xxl size
                                  2) white colored shirt is very short, it seems like it is m size and too much tight
                                  3) black colored shirt size is perfect but it is not formal shirt, it is kind of black denim one

                                  I understand that on website it is written assorted shirts will be sent but this much of assortment is not bearable. I am contacting this people from last one month and getting same reply saying that we will send you the replacement, but till date not received any replacement, they are simply looting hard earned money, please do the needful

                                      The e mails sent are not replied to either, and there seems to be no other phone number or contact numbers.

                                      nothing has happened since
                                      the cost of the mobile phone ordered is less then the blue dart shipping charges which is 800 rupees.
                                      still not received the replacement nor the shipment details from whaaky as on 24th nov.

                                      I have written to the above mentioned email to help resolve my complaint .Ait has been more then a month since I have returned the defetive product and not received a refund or replacement from whakky.com

                                        I've requested refund process 4 month ago but they are telling like will refund next week or next month if not after two month. I dont know why they are seating such incident.
