I paid rs 1999/_ in cod mode for sent mobiles shaped dummy pieces. Bluffed as original and sent dummy. As talked in online no 040_ 66228282, replied to send back them. We send u original ones like. Though i sent to them, bluffing as didn't receive. I have documental evidence as they received.. Now if possible better i take my spent amount or i meet court for justice.

One power bank does not work, when this power bank is charging, it does not charge and does not charge any mobile . This product is manufacturing defect so please replace this power bank .             This complaint (ID: 1741604) has automatically resolved, but my concern has not completed. I have raised 2 more complaints (2nd ID: 1785868 & 3rd ID: 1790038) for this same concern. Whaaky.com / Way2Online Retail has not responding to close the complaints. After submit the complaint, they simple reply as we will do ASAP for 1st time reply. But there is no 2nd time reply also. Still they are not replied for 3rd complaint (ID: 1790038) And not followed their company policy. They always trying to prolong and skip the concern, by not respond. Please observe that, they response and never close.

            As your yesterday (at 05:17 PM on 20.10.2017) mail replay: "No defective received yet". I have cross checked and updated with the help of DTDC courier: "The Defective has successfully delivered to you" at 01:00 PM on 20.10.2017. I have mailed the same with screenshots at 09:29 PM on 20.10.2017. Please find attached mail screenshots for the same.

            As per today replay (date: 21.10.2017) refund amount will be credited to my account on 1st November.

            Why are you/Team taking above 10 days for refund the money (INR: 599) as NEFT or online. It's look like prolong the refund and I can receive new refund date after 1st November-2017 from you.

                  Whaaky.com do nothing. I am still waiting for my refund, even their contact number is also not in service, these guys continuously send email for the next date, but not refund. I have called them many time and they convinced me for the next payment date. This company is totally fraud and i think they don't want to refund the money of customer.                                 The most important thing with this company is - being a fake company how this is running in india...
                                The complete fraud — company.. When you purchase the product they send you the wrong product as well as used product...

                                For refund they are going to take hell of time.. I do not know how no one has taken action against such a fraud company.. The owner of this company as well as workers of this company should be put in jail.

                                    My order no is s[protected]. I have ordered a set of 2 power banks and 12 accessories. I have received the products i have ordered but all the products are faulty and i have sent the products back and opted for the refund. But their is no proper response from the whaaky team other than the acknowledgement of the return received by them. I have mailed literally 20 times but even once also i didn't get the response i am expecting. They are always responding with the same mail which is nothing but the acknowledgment mail. This is the worst online shopping site i have ever seen. Dont ever trust this shopping site and order anything.
                                    This is the second time i am posting this complaint because i have not got any proper response but only the stuff they regularly tell your product will be shipped sooner. But i have fed up with the responses and i dont any replacement please kindly refund my money back i. E 1049 (Cod amount)+300 (Courier charges for return)=rs 1349/_. Please reply with the appropriate information.

                                        I have purchased two sets of power bank @ rs. 699 of mi brand in the month of sep 2017 but the power bank delivered to me is totally unserviceable and of no company name.

                                        Secondly, i have so many correspondence to your mail id [protected]@whaaky.com but till today no refund has been made.

                                        Kindly arrange to collect the items and refund my amount.

The amount is not captured by us. The Bank will credit the amount by default and it will be reflected in your account within 5-7 working days.
