I'm p satheesh, r/o medak dist. & i'm requested for "refund amount" of my mobile returns (Order number: s[protected] in whaaky, already we have many times send requests to their mail, but they are delay my mail details, already i'm waited for 3months & now not wait for again. But ur delay on my refund amount.

(Custemer care said: 1. We are here to assist you better. Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you, this is to inform you that we will initiate the refund and it will be refunded to your account on (September, october)& 22nd november

    I booked a Samsung guru music plus mobile phone from whacky.com on 7 Dec 17 but till dated i am not received it.customers care executive not attend phone while I try for it several time.when I requested for cancel the order they neither canceling it or refunded my amount in my account.perhaps they are doing fraud .I requested to you please forward my complaint.I appreciate to your action.

        I have ordered shirts from whaaky.com on 16th sept 2017, but due to size issue i had to send it back and asked for the refund i. E. 1149 rs including the courier charges that i spent to send them. They told me that i'll get refund by 30th november, i called few days back and they assured me to repay on or before 29th november. I have mailed many times and all the time only one reply they gave and all the time when i called customer care they give me excuse that their vendor is not giving them the money so they cannot transfer money to me. Today i called them and still they asked for few more days. It's been 2 months and i haven't got my 1149 rs. So please help me out with this

          But they are discharge automatic in 2 days without use.

          It's not truthable company.
          I purchase any time by amazon & flipkart but first time choose whaaky & it send me fake item.

                  Purchased 3 shirts online for amount of 499and received the order of old shirts which are not new and which are torn and stitched and all the three shirts of three different sizes, when i spoken to customer care they asked me to send the photos of the shirts i did the same but no response from support team as well as from customer care team as a reason iam raising the complaint hoping for resolving and returning my amount.

                    I had order online pack of 3 jeans and 3 shirts to whaaky, the product was used and also altered and when i complain to whaaky they said to send photo and i do the same and send mail and now they say that send the product to their hyderabad address with the same packing, how this company not solving the issue and what proof i had they are asking me to send to them so that i cant take any legal action on them. I request to the concern authority to seal such company where as there are lots of complains seen here. I any concern authority dont take action or take it lightly then such fraud company take the benefits and looting to consumer. The consumer department can sue such company and cancel the licence and put the fraudsters behind the bars.

                        I had placed the order (S[protected] from their website where the stuff looks really great had ordered 3 pairs of shorts + 3 pairs of denim shirts.

                        When the order was received all the stuff sent was of lower quality & standards.

                        The same was bought to their notice & they acknowledged on 11th oct for both the products to be couriered back to them and they will reimburse the courier charges (Inr 450) as well when they reimburse my amount of inr 1847 & informed me that the refund will be initiated post receipt & quality check of the package which they did confirm on 25th oct that the amount will be refunded on 3rd nov and when i contacted them on 2nd nov then they said now they will refund on 23rd nov... Again the refund was not initiated & post my mail to them on 23rd nov, they reverted that the amount has been refunded but with no details in which account they have reversed the amount.

                        Its been 2 months that i have following up for the refund & with no result.

                        Please debar these kind of fake online shopping websites who does not have any value/confidence n their word & mots of all their product... Its a scam.

                                    These people send damaged products two times.
                                    And again i have to send them that products two times.
                                    They cheated me.
                                    And when talking to customer care they disagreed that product is not received yet.
                                    After few call to dtdc and whaaky, whaaky people accepted product has been returned and i m eligible for the refund.
                                    As per policy, they have to refund the cost of the product (1499) plus 100 rs for courier charges. As i send items two times i m eligible for rs 200 for mobile reachrge plus the actual amount (1499).
                                    Every details are shared with whaaky team.
                                    As per company policy, they have seven days to refund, but they told me before 13th september they are going to refund.
                                    Next date : 10th october
                                    Next date : 30th nov
                                    How many dates?? Already you had taken 6 months of time.. Still not refunded.
                                    Many times i called their customer care number several times. After exact 5 min 32 seconds it automatically disconnects.
                                    Whakky, this is not good to cheat with peoples hard earned money.
