I'm p satheesh, r/o medak dist. & i'm requested for "refund amount" of my mobile returns (Order number: s[protected] in whaaky, already we have many times send requests to their mail, but they are delay my mail details, already i'm waited for 3months & now not wait for again. But ur delay on my refund amount.

I booked a Samsung guru music plus mobile phone from whacky.com on 7 Dec 17 but till dated i am not received it.customers care executive not attend phone while I try for it several time.when I requested for cancel the order they neither canceling it or refunded my amount in my account.perhaps they are doing fraud .I requested to you please forward my complaint.I appreciate to your action....

I have order nokia 5233 from waaky in sep but this phone was not working then i decided to refund my amount and amonut is 1749 rs. I have replaced this product to waaky by speed post product was delivered with in 3 days. But now maximun 3 month ago but i have don’t recevied my amount now i decide to go consumr court for complaint on your company. Please...

I have ordered shirts from whaaky.com on 16th sept 2017, but due to size issue i had to send it back and asked for the refund i. E. 1149 rs including the courier charges that i spent to send them. They told me that i'll get refund by 30th november, i called few days back and they assured me to repay on or before 29th november. I have mailed many times and all the time only one reply they gave and all the time when i called customer care they...

I purchased online power bank 2mi 20000mah.in 899 rs offer scheme.
But they are discharge automatic in 2 days without use.
I[censored]sed them they are not charge my mi note 4 android phone 4100mah battery only single time.

So i am unsatisfied by your products & whaaky online shopping.
It's not truthable company.
I purchase any time by amazon & flipkart but first time choose whaaky & it send me fake item.br...

For order no: s[protected] Whaaky team has not responding to close the issue and also same no response for Complaints raised in Consumer Compalints Forum. They are not following their company policy. I have raised 3 complaints (1st ID: 1741604 & 2nd ID: 1785868 & 3rd ID: 1790038) for one concern and this is 4th one. But there is no use....

In 5 jeans in 1 pant their is a whole
And looks 2nd hand and not fits
2nd is also looking 2nd hand and not fits the length of the jeans is very big i dont think in this all jeans these are a new jeans because its looks like a used one how can they give a damaged peace to the costumer and taking the good value from them please do something to this.....

Purchased 3 shirts online for amount of 499and received the order of old shirts which are not new and which are torn and stitched and all the three shirts of three different sizes, when i spoken to customer care they asked me to send the photos of the shirts i did the same but no response from support team as well as from customer care team as a reason iam raising the complaint hoping for resolving and returning my amount....

I had order online pack of 3 jeans and 3 shirts to whaaky, the product was used and also altered and when i complain to whaaky they said to send photo and i do the same and send mail and now they say that send the product to their hyderabad address with the same packing, how this company not solving the issue and what proof i had they are asking me to send to them so that i cant take any legal action on them. I request to the concern authority...

For order no: s[protected]. Whaaky team has not responding to Consumer Complaints. And also not follow their company policy. I have raised two complaints (1st ID: 1741604 & 2nd ID: 1785868) for one concern and this is 3rd one. But there is no use. 1st time they simple reply as we will do ASAP. But there is no 2nd time reply also....

I had placed the order (S[protected] from their website where the stuff looks really great had ordered 3 pairs of shorts + 3 pairs of denim shirts.

When the order was received all the stuff sent was of lower quality & standards.

The same was bought to their notice & they acknowledged on 11th oct for both the products to be couriered back to them and they will reimburse the courier charges (Inr 450) as well when...

They had promised to deliver the items in 7-10 business days but still i had not received my orders. I e-mailed several times to the company about this issue but i had not received good response from the company. So, kindly look into...

Luckly i not ordered.. I was searching for geniunity of products from past 1 week and about to order.. When i saw this website first i felt amazing happy, how such a branded company products are selling for such a cheap prize? And now i am feeling shock and happy (Becoz i not ordered) now i know how idiotic company it is!!

Order no: s[protected]. Whaaky team not providing recharge to my mentioned number as per policy. I have provided required details on 03.11.2017 of courier bill repaid.
I have follow up daily basis, but they have reply same copy paste message (Attached ss) from last 21 days onwards.
There is no initiate from whaaky team end to close the concern....

Dear sir,
I have booked buy on get one mi-10400 power bank on 16- oct'17 ad it was delivered to me on 05-11-17 and as soon i have open the box i could found that both the product are damaged.

Immediately i called to delivery boy but he didn't turned off, after that i tried to contact cc but unfortunately i could not contact. Today i was able to contact but customer care executive is telling i can do what ever but product...

These people send damaged products two times.
And again i have to send them that products two times.
They cheated me.
And when talking to customer care they disagreed that product is not received yet.
After few call to dtdc and whaaky, whaaky people accepted product has been returned and i m eligible for the refund.
