      Hello team,

      I had bought a sports hd camera with 130 degree wide angle, order#s[protected] from whaaky on 21st june 2017.

      I sent the product back to whaaky on 28th june 2017 and they confirmed that its delivered to them and said will try to refund amount - rs.1999 by[protected].

      It's been more than 40 days now from the date they promised to refund my money and its still not processed.

      Every time i call their toll free number it keeps ringing and later gets disconnected.

      I have been sending them emails to check status of my refund and they just keep on changing the dates but are not refunding my money.

                I have order mobile of rs 1199 from whaaky.com and this was my first order. I have received my order in sep 17, but it was defective piece. Customer care no is never approachable as it is just ringing and going in ivr. So i have sent a mail to [protected]@whaaky.com, initially they are not agreed that phone is defective and told me to send a pic. I have send the pic of phone and they told me that please send your courier to our haydrabad address below.

                But the new story start here i have send the phone by dtdc courier (Consignment number p[protected], firstly they told us that we haven't received the phone and after one day told that box was empty and you have send blank box. It was really surprise that box is empty. I have confirm with dtdc courier and they confirm that when box was deliver it was fully packed and definately later open by whaaky employee only.

                Now it is october and they are not ready to refund my money. This is 100% that they are cheating with me.
                I am loosing product amout + courier charges.

                Please do something.

                  I had oreder the above product from whaaky.com 20800mah power bank, samsung bluetooth, but i was received as 25000mah power bank, samsung buetooth deivece as an defective condition, which was i return by contacting customer care, which was received to your return department, on 23 sep 2017 but still your customer care depratmnet not contacting for any confirmation or review on it. I was mail on your supoort mail lots of time and try to contacting on your [protected] but not any one received my call on any last six days,.

                        My order no is s[protected]. I have ordered a set of 2 20000mah samsung power banks and and 12 other accessories. I have received the products in time. But the issue is the products i have recieved are faulty and cheep products. So i have returned the products back to whaaky.com through dtdc which costed me 300 and my order price is 1049. I have received a acknowledge mail from whaaky about my return delivery back to whaaky. Till here every thing was good. Its been a 20 days since i have returned the products and opted for the refund. I have mailed 20 times regarding the same issue but every time the response i receive is the same acknowledgement mail of my returned products other than that no other response i am able to get from whaaky. I immidiately need my refund back and i dont need these kind of cheep products again. Please i dont need replacement and the only thing i need is refund of my 1349 rs. Even now you dont respond i will proceed legally.

                            Whaaky online shopping which is located in hyderabad (Andra pradesh).
                            It is most biggest fraud company. I am disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience purchasing a 5 branded jeans @ 1249 from whaaky.com side

                            On 04.09.2017, i ordered number [protected]. However, it did not arrive within the stated time frame. When i called/email in an attempt to learn what had happened, my product.

                            I paid 1349/- for this item and i still want it but no any respose for this side please take a complaints for this side

                                  These people send damaged products two times.
                                  And again i have to send them that products two times.
                                  They cheated me.
                                  And when talking to customer care they disagreed that product is not received yet.
                                  After few call to dtdc and whaaky, whaaky people accepted product has been returned and i m eligible for the refund.
                                  As per policy, they have to refund the cost of the product (1499) plus 100 rs for courier charges. As i send items two times i m eligible for rs 200 for mobile reachrge plus the actual amount (1499).
                                  Every details are shared with whaaky team.
                                  As per company policy, they have seven days to refund, but they told me before 13th september (Almost 4 months) they are going to refund.
                                  But no refund from whaaky.
                                  And now they send me mail that on 1st week of october they will refund my amount.
                                  Whakky, it is not good to cheat with peoples hard earned money.

                                    Whaaky is the largest fraud company in hyderabad. Customer place orders from his website after that he sent damaged product to customer address. So whaaky reply that send your product through courier after that we will initiate your redunf but these company sent only mail but can't transfer or refund amount in coustmer account.

Its my personal experience that don't do shopping through www.whaaky.com. problem is that whaaky show very good products on website but when you book that, and then that product is come to you so in at that time product is not tgar who is booked by you his quality is too bad and rate is also too high. After that when you are not satisfied with that product when you sent mail to [protected]@whaaky.com com. So no one can give response properly. When you do mail for refund money so in that case they give dates and dates by don't transfer your amount.

                                    Note :- till today i'll not receive my amount. They said i'll transfer you amount. So i say sent me screen shot or transaction message but they are not sending means these company is largest fraud company.

                                    Whaaky online shopping which is located in hyderabad (Andra pradesh).
                                    It is most biggest fraud company. They not give proper product to customer and all customer is not satisfied with his product. And in refund policy they give dates and dates but not refund amount. And take courier charges also. So its my request to all customer that don't do online shopping through website.

                                    I have not known order
                                    Odered a phone but company has sent a damaged and worst phone which is duplicate...its a fraudlant company.

                                      Reference order no. Was s[protected]. 2 power banks 20800 mah+9 accessories @ 999 were delivered with this order. When i checked, output was faulty and not satisfied at all.

                                      I couriered all above mentioned product to hyderabad address given to me through customer support during mid of july 2017.

                                      It was committed to refund within 5 working days during month of july, 2017 originally, which was not given.
                                      Then whaaky team again came with a new date of sept. 8, 2017 to complete the refund, still i have not received yet. Now i have decided to contact to customer grievance cell for further action. I can give my all communication of email which was done with whaaky team upon further reply, if needed.

                                        My name is hitender kumar from delhi. Actually i purchased a samsung (E1200 2pc, phone) acording to an offer given by whaaky.com on cash on delivery base but its not working phone, both phones are out of orders..
                                        They are just cheating with their customers becoz i got my item in very gud condition it mean the whaaky.com has only sent me disorder phones
