I would suggest you people to not buy anything from Whaaky. I bought a pack of tees. The product is such a cheap and with defect. Whenever i call costumer care[protected] they don't response. i had mailed them also but no response. My order no is S80864601.

Dear Sir/Mam, My order No. is S80852134 and I have ordered your product on 10th of June 2015 and today I received the product of tees and 1pair of branded shoe, tees are fine but the shoes you sent to me is not branded its the copy of branded product so I want the replacement for the Shoes as soon as possible.

I have ordered 5 Formal pants for Rs 1099/- and paid via debit card on May 31st. But till July 8th no intimation about anything from whaaky.com. this is my second attempt with whaaky for a purchase. then i gave cancel request. they replied that they are processing but after that no idea. Customers with similar problems, will together move for legal actions against this firm. These kind of online sites not required in this trustable world.

Sir, I received MI Power Bank Qty.1 with Ref. S[protected] is not working, it is not charging my cell even single time full charging. Then the team asked me to send the defective product to the below address:- Syed Sajid, No 1-8-319/2, Patigadda Road, Begumpet, Hyderabad – 500016. Even I have sent them the defective product on 20th June, 2015. Yet they have not done any replacement and not contacted me yet. I have ordered casual shirts from whaaky.com on 24rth may and todays date is 8th july i have not received my order till date. my order no is S 80838349. I have done payment by debit card so my money also wasted. I call customer care so many times they dont receive call. I have mailed so many times from their also no reply. I track my order so many times it shows blank. So i dont want u r product because its a more than a month and u also dont reply for any call or mail this is not the way to treat the customers so u r fake plz refund my money otherwise i will take action against ur company. I will suggest evryone to not take any product from you. Refund my money as soon as possible

I had place order 3 linen shirts (white, vine&Royal blue) on 23 Rd Jun 2015. My order no is S80861865. And made payment also. But as of now I don't know when I am going to receive my ordered items. I had sent mails but do not get any reply. I had make calls but it always no reply after deducting call charges. I really don't know how to catch whaaky.com. or How to reach them. And how to get my money back.

I had placed order for Wangler Shoes & Stretchable Jean @ 1199 on 15.06.2015. till today i have not recieved my order nor I have recieved any feedback from Whakky team for delay. I have already sent few mails in this regards. In my last mail of 02.07.2015 I had ask them the status & changed my delivery address. But there is no reply. Sir/Mam, I have ordered a combo pack of five tees and one pair of shoe from whaaky.com on 10th of june 2015 and paid the entire product amount via credit card I have called them three or four times but the said we Apologise for the delay and give some other date for the dispatchment of the product and until now they fooled me four time in a row about the dispatchment date, what can i do now.

They delivered it from 2 courier services. T-shirts on 5th May & Power bank on 8th May. When i checked the t-shirt, it was less quantity. So As per discussion from Whaaky Customer Executive, i sent it back. They told me to reship it soon again. They confirm the receipt of product. but They have not send it yet after two months. Regarding Power bank, they send me fake/Duplicate product of MI-Powerbank. It was not even charging. Again i submitted a complaint. but they did not take any action regarding that. It is my request, Please take strict action against them. You can find 1000 of complaints against their inefficiency in service. Please find the attachment for proofs of order, Proof of sending them back the delivered product, image of fake Power bank. I have many evidences in my mail box regarding their fake assistance. I bear economic losses due to this. I get nothing for my money that i spent on purchasing of product from this website. Order bill: 2498 rs. Resent the Product via courier, Cost : 420 rs. i had placed an order on 14th april of 2 cotton country jeans. order no: S80802372. which i recived on 26th april.when i recived my product that was diffrent which i had orderd . i had returned the product and filed so many complaints in their customer support. they don't even pick my call. i still did't got my refund till now. once they asked for my bank details but still did'nt got my refund. kindly help me with this worst site (whaaky.com). client no. : [protected]

Dear Sir my Order No; S80838693. i have ordered the product on 25/5/15, still i have not received, 10days back i have sent a mail saying to cancell the produt n refund the amount . but no reply from them. so i kept calling no 1 attended my call on 29th june 15. i called the customer care n told tm to cancell the order. but still i dint got my amount please refund the amount

After 10 days I got call stating that we are cancelling COD order and re-booking the order no S80846268. After that made number of attempts to call and also send mail but till date order has not dispatched.
