I Murthy G ordered a product called Sony power bank 20000mmA but it is not working condition from the date/26/06 received the product from gojaavas courier at Shimoga and my order no. is S80855620 please make it solve to change the product.

I did not get my xiaomi 10400 mah mi power bank which i have ordered of rupees 999
They were saying that they will send back the original item so i have returned the item on[protected] by madhur courier but till now i got nothing
I have sent mail but no anawer i have also call on there number[protected] but no answer in mail which i got from them it is written that they will send me the item in 4 day when they recieve it
I have also call on another no [protected] but this no is also unstable
So what should i do now bcoz this is my 3 complain mail whaaky have cheated with me i wan5 my 999 rupees back otherwise send me iriginal 2 xiaomi mi 10400 mah powerbanks

My only question is when so much of complaints against this company no authorities are taking any sort of action. What is the reason and when it is going to end. Every day they are cheating new one. I request hyderabad police take immediate criminal actions against this company.

My order was not shipped it is 1 month over.there is no response for my calls.I sent many mails but there's no proper reply.in the web site it shows "prepareing to ship".I paid money online. I even requested to cancel it and refund my money. But they didn't.please help me...

It has been more than 20 days since I placed an Order with Whaaky (ORDER NO: S[protected]. I have not received any status. I purchased the formal pants on offer price of Rs.1099, for 5 formal trousers, when delivered on saturday 27-June-2015, found that the size i booked is 36 but provided with actually 34 size, but printed in the tag as 36, but it is fake as measured with tape it is 34, so it is horrible buying the product now i request you you decide the product you will replace or not with exact size as my money wasted because as no cloth extra is given to extend the size as well.Please reply as early possible.

Its a pure play fraud company. i ordered 3 Sports Shorts(Adidas, Nike and Puma) @ 999 on 4 th June and made payment mistakenly. Now, my order is due from last 25 days. i have called 20 times, mailed more than 10 times but no help. Can some one help me file a case against them..plz plz

Order Not Recieved & No Reply for Change of Delivery address. Customer care no. no one is reponsding on it. I am calling from last three days line only ring no one replying to it. I have sent mail for change of delivery address also but no reply on my mail.

They collect the money on purchases from customer online shopping. Either they do not deliver the item or no response provided to customer both on Phone and email. Refer to my Order confirmation number : S80820562 and whaaky shipment tracking number Z54545691. The shipment is undelivered for last 45 days and the DTDC Courier company had declared the shipment as Non Traceable. With this regard I expect a prompt response either by a Refund or Replacement Product. Any further delay or no response by Whaaky I would treat this as a Consumer negligence and irresponsible of customer support by Whaaky team. As per Whaaky terms and conditions and Consumer rights I will raise a complaint and recover the amount. Neither over email or by phone customer care support I have no response by Whaaky team on subject. Expecting a prompt response on subject without further delay.

Sir, It is regretful to inform that I I ordered a product of Buy Swizzo Sunglasses + Watch & Get Mobile Free( Ref No. S[protected] and its order number is S80777881 on17/03/2015 ; I also ordered another product of Buy 1 Vodafone Mobile & Get 1 Free (Ref No.S[protected]and its order number is S80779700 on 19/03/2015. However, till now no products reached to me. It is unfortunate. Few weeks later they informed me that the products returned to origin. They would be resent. Several months passed they sent me nothing . I sent several emails but they are silent. It seems to me that they have cheated me. What canI do? I do not know whether I would get products or not. We have ordered Sony Power Bank 20, 000 mAh on Whaaky.com, on delivery of Goods we have Received some other fake product, when i called for the customer care no one responding for the call. This is a Fake Website pls no one buy frm tht & don't get cheat.
