Sir my Order ID: S80613468 payment mode: COD Order Delivery on 8/10/2014 Sir the you delivery to me is mismatch with my given order. i given a 30 No pants & you given me 32 no pants.And finally the product is like already use, if you cant response within 5 hours. I lodge a complaint against you in CONSUMER FORUM.

Dear Team, I have ordered 3 Nos. of Men’s Jeans and 3 nos. of Female Jeans via Order No. # S80603102 and Consignment No.#[protected] &[protected] via Maruthi Courier. Further, with reference to your consignment, I would like to mention that the material which I received is different in Size and Brand which I had ordered. Although it is mentioned as 32 waist but 2 of them are more than 32 waists and one is less than 32 waists and the quality of the 2 nos. of jeans is very poor of 3 Nos. Men’s jeans. Moreover, Out of 3 nos. of Lady Jeans only 1 is as per the size I have ordered for but it is not having the Waist Button to fit perfectly and 2 of them are over 30 waists and also they are different in fitting. I am enclosing snaps of the consignment along with the copy of Invoices for your reference. Hence, I am requesting for the return of the said order and reimburse my amount against the same. Kindly look into the matter and take some necessary action on the same.

I have been facing issue with customer care with no response all the time. It's really not acceptable. Regarding my order I have sent back die to incorrect size and expecting exchange very soon since its been a long time. Hope will answer for this now Thanks Vijay

Reference: Goods purchased through WHAAKY on 26/09/2014 Order No : S80604552 Rs.699 (3 Country Jeans) I am not satisfied with the country jeans that i had received. The Jeans should have been similar to the one showed in the picture on their web site. It is not similar and there is no response from their contact no. I want to return all 3 jeans or receive refund of the amount. The 3 pair of jeans that I had ordered were supposed to be skinny or slim fit jeans (as shown in the picture on the website) and not a boot-cut one. I hope that you understand that a difference in style, i.e. slim fit jeans and boot-cut jeans is not a slight deviation but the most important feature of a pair of jeans. I do not care about their inventory policy, but as a customer I am entitled to get a product that I have been shown in the picture on their website. I would have appreciated it if they would have understood the problem and stated itself on their website that all I could expect from the jeans would be that I wouldn't get a pair of slippers or boxers( and only a jeans), where style and other characteristics do not matter. The only thing that matches my order is the waist size.

Hi, I had placed a order for Combo 4 Shirts at Rs.777 and I got the material on Sep 21, 2014. I found the differ in size and I called Customer Care number[protected] and [protected]. No response on both numbers. I had send a mail on 22 and I had send a reminder by 26 but no response from their customer care mail id. I had already placed a complaint in Consumer Forum but no response. I had send back the material to the address they given in their website. Now I havent get any communications. S80592620. The order was not yet placed because of some non serviceable area problems and I'm yet to receive my refundable amount as I placed the order almost a month before. I mailed service support for 5 times and i didn't receive even 1reply and all customer care contacts which were there in websites were unable to take my call. This is happening from the last 2 month almost. This is the second time i'm complaining and yet to resolve. So, pls consumer complaint forum take care of this problem and help to resolve it.

My order is 2 - Flying Machine Jeans Size 30 - S80529233. I ordered this on Aug 2nd 2014. But I received this after one week with low quality jeans cloth and size 34 Jeans. I made call and put mail regarding this mismatched order. They did not reply anything. I put mail daily morning. After 2 week they replied like that, send image with mail. After receiving that they will take decision. After their conclusion with approved mail only we need to send that Item. That is also "Self shipping"(Shipping charge is own cost). They will say that self shipping amount will be given through mobile recharge. That is also fraud. Then i made self shipping through "DTDC" with Rs 300. My order cost is Rs.1100 + 300. Totally I spent for this Rs. 1400. After that I put mail daily. They did not give any response. Then I sent mail with scared going to complain police. Then only replied with we ll send with in 4 days. But did not do that. After 2 month only they shipped with wrong product. This is pure fraud and fake site. Please friend dont order singe piece itself from this site. Please aware!... If you do "WASTE of MONEY".

My order no s80563147 I order buy a cargo and denim jeans . for Rs. 800 + 100 C.o.d charges . When I receive my trousers really I am stunt of this product . They send a cargo which have a another piece of cloth stitch in back side the cloth is not match with Cargo . It may be reduction product and they cut the part and add another part or cloth . Another pant is jeans which is really very inferior quality cloth and its design is look like 10 years back fashion .They said Denim but it is not denim. When I call their no they never receive call . Then I send complaint mail . Inspite of this they never response . They are cheating everybody . Cheat company . Don't go with Whaaky.

i had ordered 5 bed sheet and they are all rubbish and miss print and before taking the delivery they r calling daily and picking the the call too but after that they r not picking the call n not responding the mails to this site should be ban they r fooling the customer.

I select size XXL and when I receive the parcel and open the packet track suit size is small and select XXL ..when I open packet I found size is 38 Packet attach invoice which is show all detail i check all detail size xxl then i open packet and than i check the size is Small Its my first experiance to buy a product of your site and i am very disappointment..even I decide to buy some more product but after reciving this packet ...well please tell me what i do to replace this track suit ...even color are totally different i thought color will be slightly change but it is totally opposite...i give u my detail please tell me what should i do.
