As per your company policy you log complaints on defect /damage/or size issue that is perfectly fine, then how come my case is not registered for refund when 1. It is defected (formal suit without front buttons). 2. Size is oversize as my size is 38.( it is of 42) since my complaint qualify for refund as per your policy only, hence the amount is to be refunded at the earliest. kindly reply to my query with proper solution, or call me back on [protected], its getting too long to resolve this issue.. This would be my last mail to you before moving for legal actions as I have already put this issue with Consumer Resource & Grievance Redressal System.     I ordered 3 T Shirts Worth rupees 899/- through whaaky .com (order number S[protected] on 30th September 2014. i made the payment through credit card, and Rs. 899/ has been deducted from my card. i received a confirmation mail immediately... later on the same day itself i received one mail telling that you are in non serviceable area, without specifying the order number or anything else.. it was just an image saying... "Oops, you belong to a non-serviceable location and therefore we regret that we will not be able to process your order. We apologize for the inconvenience caused" it is 15th day after my order. but till now, the amount is not yet refunded. i mailed the complaint to [protected]@whaaky.com, but no response. can u explain, how can i get my amount back?

      I ordered vide Order No.S80565745 dated 29th Aug 2014 for Blackwood Sunglasses, Rodeo Sunglasses, Lotto Sunglasses, 2 Piece Suit the received the payment of Rs. 899=00 after 15 days they marked (in track your order) as non serviceable area.           Dear Helpdesk,[protected] i received order S80611134, though it was supposed to be a home delivery i had to collect it from ARAMEX office directly. After reaching home i opened the package, to my surprise 32 size jeans is actually smaller than 30.And the condition that it is in it looks dirty and quality of products is very bad. I'm very disappointed in your service and product. I have returned the product to ARAMEX office, So i kindly request you to refund as soon as possible. Abdulla A.P

                I placed an order of three jeans of size 30 (order no. S80617359 with same website, but i received two jeans of size 28 and one of 30 in bad condition. I complained on the contact provided on the website and it replied that the product has been delivered after a series of quality & quantity check. What king of quality check is this, if they can't figure out the difference between 28 and 30.

                  I ordered # jeans online on the company's website seeing the product details and the offers as well as the terms and conditions. The details of order are :- Order ID : S80611796 Payment Mode : CREDITCARD Order Placed on :[protected]:59:21 I also checked the quality of the clothes shown on the website and that was good. They delivered me clothes on Oct 08, 2014. The Quality was very poor. It no where matches the quality or design as shown on the website. It is of worst quality and even one of the jeans is torn. Moreover, when I talk for the same to the company support desk, the did not give me any response. They did not even reply.                     Hi, Whaaky team cheating consume by sending the improper material and not replacing the materials with right one. It’s been very long time dealing with Whaaky.com and very disappointed with your service. I always have same issue with Whaaky, never received proper order which i placed. This time i placed an order for "Medium" size shirts. But received all shirts in difference sizes and there is no return pickup facility available from your end. Last time as requested by your support team i had courier the materials, but didn’t receive any replacement for the same (Old order No. S[protected]. This time I’m not gone send materials, please organize for return pickup by proper material replacement. i don't like to lose my money any more.                             I Ordered a combo of 3 denim jeans of size 30. But I received size 26 and 28 jeans, and they are in bad condition too. It is an old stock, manufactured in 2008 and 2006.More over the order was for men jeans but they give me female jeans.Now I want to return them and trying to contact customer care no- [protected], but unable to talk to executive.I had mail them too, about the problem but they didn't respond to my problem.After going through their site, I found that the return has to be initiated after a complaint and it has to be returned in 72 hours from receival of product.Now, how can I send it back if they don't log complaint.                               On 30th September I bought a product from whaaky .com.my order no is-s80608126., I had order a shoes and a cargo pant and unfortunately I received a couple of pant instead of shoes, whereas I got the box of shoes there was a cargo pant, I was shock to received that it was totally fraud with me, and I severals of times called them in there number ( [protected]) but they are not answering me.kindly show your concern in this regarding.

                                    i had received call from Ecom express employer for my order. at that time i was out of station and asked him to come on 3rd of oct 2014 as per my order in which u had written me to deliver my order between 7 to 10 days but i had placed my order on 25th of sept, 2014 and received call on 28th of sept, 2014. so please release my order immidaitely without any delay as per your conditons 7 to 10 days. i thinked that as per ur conditons my order will come after 7 days and went out of station but u had sent it in 3 days so what is my fault and i had informed the Ecom employeer to come on 2nd of oct, but didn't come and waiting for my order till date. hoping for ur cooperation into matter early. wid regards: Adv.                                         Hi, Order no : S80421571 Today is 9th October 2014, This is to inform you that i have not received any call from the delivery team nor did i have received any intimation that the delivery will be sent via ARMAX. I had called on the helpline number earlier but did not get any response. The payment rs. 799 was made on the 10th June 2014 itself. The order was placed on 10th June 2014 and yet i have not received the Delivery yet. Please get amount credited back to my account. I don't want to buy the product from you.
