First time I have booked 3 shirts by order no:S80547202 on 13th August with problem of size miss-match. Then as per there request, I courier them back the material, which they received by 29th August and replied on 4th Sep that within 4 working days they will resend the correct product. After that I was continuously mailed & call to support, but no respond got. On 30th Sep they replied the web bill no:[protected] in reference to Maruthi courier. I cross check & found no such consignment there.Which I mailed & communicated again. Still there is no response & no clarity. I am now loosing my patient & time for this bad team. I have booked a mobile phone against Order ID : S80627176 online payment made vide credit card for which till date the product not been delivered nor the status of material updated. And i had already E_mailed- [protected]@whaaky.com iand i have not received any response till date. Kindly inform further course of action to be taken. Dear members I need legal advice on following issue.I place an order in Whakky .com before four month as follows. (Order No S80402611 ## Order Amount 1249.0### Payment Mode net banking #### Ordered Date[protected]:49: Order Status CONFIRMED ).Till this date I could not receive the item ( I cant imagine such a cheating in this modern age).After ordering they send me all details like order no:ect and promised to deliver the item in 7-10 days.After one month I send a mail to these frauds but there was no reply at all .They have a fake phone number and nobody will attend the call .I tried to contact them continuously but I failed. After two months they mail me that my order is dispatched through Indian postal service (tracking no:CY[protected]IN).But there as no booking in this number and was not able to track (it is a fake number). Now it is around 140 days after my order placed and I cheated by these Frauds Whaaky without receiving the item. I need advice from members how I can move against these group(I could read a lot of same cheating by whaaky in different online complaint portals) legally as I have all proof of their order details, Emails from them .It will be a great help if somebody can guide me in this issue, at least i can prevent others from these frauds. I can furnish all proof in pdf or jpg format.

I have purchased shoes from whaaky.com the order no.is S80621436.Sir i ordered a shoes but i does not recieved that shoes and different shoes delivered by whaaky.com. In this pair of shoes it is small size and also defected. So please accept my request and change this order.

Hi, My order no:- S80608912. I have requested the company to issue a refund for the inappropriate product that was sent to me. I have sent several emails to them but they aren't replying. Therefore, we have gone ahead to refund the amount back to you. You will receive the amount in your account in 5-7 business days. I have booked for a product vide order no S80569892 on[protected]. My credit card account was debited with Rs.999 on the same day. My order was also confirmed. Sir, I have applied for an order dated 01-10-14 and amount paid through Net Banking Rs.1090/- but till date my order not reach at my place. I am many times trying to contact you but no any response given by whaaky.com. When i contact with ECOM Express courier company, his agents says that the order get back by the whaaky.com on dated 12-10-14. Now i am requested to your self kindly get send my order or get back my payment paid through net banking.

Dear S80617345 this is my order id they delivered 5formal shirts but no one can use that shirts, That is very bad quality i have never seen such kind of product.I send a mail to raise an return invoice receipt but they wont send any reply.I cant reach customer service also.Please take immediate action against this site.and return my money

Order No.S[protected] I placed an order for a combo of 5 pair of shoes, and paid online. I received the product very late, and upon receiving the product I could see that the product I received is a used one and is in a very bad condition. I raised a complaint about this, and I was informed to send the product back. As per the instructions I returned the product to them, which was delivered to them on 16th June, 2014 as per Indian Postal Service online tracking. They took 10 days to confirm the receipt of the product. And since then I have not yet received my replacement product even after confirm the size and everything. And now, even after a number of emails, no response from their end at all. Now, they have my product and my money, and I am cheated clearly here.

Order No--S80527748 I booked and paid the amout through card to Waaky for bedsheet on the month of August ( 3/8/2014) .They are promising that they will deliver the item in 8 working days now it is almost going to be 3 months .After regular follow up they had done consignment booking through the first flight but Whaaky diidnt handed over the consignment to the first flight .Till date I didint recieved the consignment from the Whaaky. The phone number they provided in website is not picking and now they are not even replying for the mails. They dont have any responsibility for providing the consignment to the customer., I am not getting any call or any mail from Whaaky team regarding the missing of the consignment .Very horrible and bad service at your end .

I had ordered New Men's combo @ 399 - New Offer on 16th Sept 2014 via order no.S80592456. I got the message of dispatch on 18th Sept 2014. However till date I have not received the product. Even after writing the email twice nobody has got in touch with me.

Last week around I bought 3 Jean's online on combo offer and i ordered for size 30.but i received the material is very bad not usable and i size was not 30 ordered.you are fooling the people by offering fake offers. Pls do neccesary action to stop these kind of things in future and help me to refund the money.
