                On 25 may 2014 I have purchased an offer displayed on thier website. Value Combo!! Buy 3 Henley Shirts and 5 Casual Shirts for Rs. 1898/- . I have made payment through my Credit card. My Service order no. is S80390172. Till date I have not received the product. I have recieved one mail from whaaky.com mail detail-"Dear Customer,
                As promised by us during confirmation of your order, your order will be shipped in another 4 business days.

                In case we don’t ship within the said time line, you will receive a surprise gift along with your order as a compensatory benefit for the inconvenience caused. We request you to accept your consignment at the time of delivery. We wish to reason out that owing to the nature of our business model where 2 or more different products have to be brought together on a common platform and then plan for dispatch, can at times cause delay due to unforeseen reasons.

                We would request your sincere co-operation in this regard. Once dispatched, you will receive a consignment number and courier name for your dispatched order. You may track the same in the concerned courier website. Estimated Dispatch date[protected]." Customer service number [protected] is continuously busy. No response to mails sent to [protected]@whaaky.com apart from auto reply. I have checked the status on my consignment it is still showing as "Preparing to ship" I feel cheated.                   Order No :S80419987 This is regarding the Order number S80419987. We not yet received our courier till date as our booking order is on 9.06.2014. Once we tracking the courier services they saying it reached to ameerpet branch, once we contacted Ameerpet branch they saying this service is not related to our branch. kukatpally branch will courier your order and now in tracking it showing that the order returned to Begumpet. Once we again contacted them they says it returned and kukatpally branch will deliver you on Monday.Reg: your service, they says its whaaky and the service would be like this.And we trying since morning to reach your customer care number it says our customer care executives are busy handling other customer queries. So whole day you will busy on calls but why we not able to connect to your customer care. We paid through online and your service taking too long to deliver within the city. Please let us know is our product going to delivered or not... Please change your Courier service .. thats a pathetic courier in the worls i think..Please do the needful... Thank You

                        Dear sir, I was ordered from whaaky .com a Four cantabil denim jeans(order no.S[protected], while i was received a poor quality and a cantabil denim jeans having short length to zip/chain and siz mismatch i want to siz 30 but give me 28 thats why it does not covers the part upto waist and less space to bottom of legs, so as per replacement policy of whaaky.com i returned the received order to company's firstflight consignment no.F991L0391018 and as i tracked the consignment is delivered on 20/06/2014. Then after so many discussions through e-mails i requested to send me the replacement...

                          Order Number S80298822 Its been few month since i am following up with this company with regards to the defective/wrong size/used product sent to me. Few points i would like to mention. 1) Late Delivery 25 days 2) Sending defective/wrong size/used product 3) Promised a gift for late delivery even that was not there as usual. 4) Taking to age's to reply over phone or through e-mail. 5) Now after purchasing product worth 1000 paid 390 to send product back to them, 6) They promised 100rs recharge which was not done. 7) Now once the product is been delivered to them again. They have stop responding to the mails. 8) I have every thing on mail about them accepting that product is faulty, promised for gift, refund, mobile recharge. How careless this company can be. Their mail reply looks like no one is interested in helping you. Its been a very bad experience. I really want someone to take very strict action against this company. Would really request not to buy any thing from this site.

                            Dear sir, I was ordered from whaaky .com a formal cotton shirt with two cantabil denim jeans(order no.S[protected], while i was received a poor quality polyster shirt and a cantabil denim jeans having short length to zip/chain thats why it does not covers the part upto waist and less space to bottom of legs, so as per replacement policy of whaaky.com i returned the received order to company's mentioned address by indian post having consignment no.EM[protected]IN and as i tracked the consignment is delivered on 30/05/2014. Then after so many discussions through e-mails i requested to send me the replacement of order No. S80326243 i.e.one formal cotton shirt of size 38 (not polyster shirt) and two cantabil denim jeans of size 30 having more height of thigh region i.e. the zip/chain will long and more space at bottom of legs in respect to that jeans which was sent earlier. and recharge the mobile number [protected], Airtel Maharashtra by Rs.100 quickly for return shipment recharge coupon as per company's return shipment policy and to arrange a call back to my mobile number if do not understood the problem as i tried so many times to company's contact no.[protected] but it was not responding. But there is no reply either by call or by an e-mail and no any replacement order is sent to me by company. So i request you to take a strict action regarding this as quick as possible to you.                                   On 11th july 2014 i received my order by paying rs 725 for a pair of a cargo and a jeans pant.
                                  But when i opened the packet, i was shocked to see that both the pants were of different size and they are old fashioned as well as of bad quality.I already complaint about that on their personel website.Moreover they are not even taking my calls.
