    I have ordered a reebok shoes & blackwood watch and blackwood sunglasses whakky.com my ordered no is s80442561 and paid an amount rs.999.00 cod charges 100. But the ordered product not received after the due date. When i called in the compliant cell of whakky.com, nobody took the phone. Even the email of the company is to not working.
    When i track my order through the site it shows the message " preparing
    To ship" till the date. Kindly do the needful

      I have received email advising order replacement dispatched with parcel number [protected] through Aramex but it shows as invalid online Please can some one personally check on this issue
      I will be never buyin anything from whaaky or recommend some one to do this

        I have ordered 5 Henley collar T Shirts from Whaaky
        . I received the same after almost 3 weeks time. I made COD by paying Rs.100/- extra. To my surprise all the t Shirts are of same colour and that to of a smaller size. I spoke to the Customer care executive after great and continuous efforts and shipped back my product. It has been 1 month since I have done so. I have mailed whaaky support team almost 10-15 times and tried calling them so many times; but I am yet to receive any refund or replaced product. I now want to file a case against the same in the consumer forum. What are the protocols I need to follow for the same. Also, the quality of their product is very cheap and old.

        Order No, S80383112
        have written almost 15-20 mails to Whaaky.com and also made 20-30 calls on your customer
        care number but no one seems to be responding. Your representative, Miss Madhavi also called regarding the same. 1st I receive a mail that my product has been received by you and my replaced product will be dispatched within 3-4 business days and again after 4 days i receive a mail that you have not received my product.

        after speaking to Madhavi, i was assured that my replaced product will be dispatched
        the very next day only i.e. July 9, 2014. I receivd a package today and the courrier guy again asked for Rs.1000/- as COD. I gave up the idea of filing a complaint, but now I am determined to do so.

        Keep my money! I hope it helps...

            www.whaaky.com is sending fake lucrative offers to attract the consumers. I have received email from them to buy Reebok shoes and blackwood watch and sunglasses for Rs. 999 So I ordered the same on 16th June 2014 and made the Payment via Netbanking. My order No is : S80430364 Today is 30th JUNE 2014 but i still have not received the delivery. So I tried to contact them on their call centre no,[protected] but nobody is responding there. I have sent email on [protected]@whaaky.com but they are sending auto reply. They are not properly responding, I have told to dispatch my order or refund my money but no response.               Dear Sir, With reference to the forwarded Email I have received the parcel for the ordered 5 double bed sheet (two pairs of same colour) and 8 pillow covers instead of 10 pillow covers. After receiving the parcel I surprised to note that the two pairs of same coloured double bed sheets and 8 pillow covers are very very !!! poor quality I hope it is cotton and mixed silk but one single double bed cover is fully cotton but after washing we found that all the colours are gone in your supplied 5 double bed sheet (two pairs of same colour) and 8 pillow covers. Now all are like a very old cloth and dirty cloth even in single washing.                 I have ordered set of 4 jeans and they mentioned that they are selling branded denim jeans. when i received the jeans all are duplicate items. None of them are branded jeans. and the sizes are also very small.                         Hi, I had ordered 6 pack of T-shirts from Whaaky site.When I received product its quality was too poor and size of T-shirts was not as per market standards. I have called Whaaky customer care for refund and they asked me to send images of the product that i had received. After sending images to supprt team I got reply for replacement.I reply them at least 9-10 times that I am requesting for refund not for replacement but still they are replying me for replacement. As per their policies customer can request for refund if faulty or not acceptable product is delivered to them. Below is the latest reply I got from them: Dear Customer, We would like to inform you that we follow and inventory led model where products come to us in bulk. We can’t guarantee that you would receive the same product as that of the image. There might be slight deviations in the product design and colour. But we ensure that the quality of the product is maintained. As updated in the description the same product has been delivered to you. There are slight possibilities of products to look little different in pictures because of the lights used during photo shoot. Hence complaint cannot be registered for replacement or refund. For more details kindly log in whaaky.com Currently there is option for selecting color/Design Images are for representation purpose only actual product may vary in color & design.                           hello guys I bought 4 jeans pant online from Whaaky.com of size 36. They delivered me 4 jeans of size 34. Now they are not picking my calls for returning. Order no- s80429842 as u have said me i have sent u back the defective product back to u through the hyderabad DTDC courier service from Chennai on Monday 23, 2014 i need u to kindly send me my ordered product back to me as soon as possible ... its been 5 days since i have sent u back the defective product I seek your help to get my money back... or pls do replace my product immediately Thanks

                            Its a fake online shopping site Whaaky.com who is fooling people by offering catchy deal with low prices and provide substandard, useless product with no refund. If you search or look on their Facebook page, every one is complaining about them and they smartly hide their comment. Although its a small amount but looking at the huge number of people they fooling day by day it would accumulate to huge money.                             My order Id is : S80383185 and I have been already been in touch with your support but got a reply to use the product although I explained them that it is substandard product and I need a refund. I have used all sort of communication to reach you including your support email, FB etc but instead of helping me I have been blocked in Facebook by you and my comments are hidden. This make me think that you guys are cheating lot of people with small amount and making huge money. Trust me, I will make sure to spread this awareness about your company by all the means to everyone so that this fraudulent activity gets STOPPED.

                              But all those jeans were defective and none of them was perfect in fitting like the other jeans I had from Cotton County Showroom. On complaining them they replaced the jeans but I had to pay the courier charges for the same.
                              When I checked the replaced jeans, it had almost the same defects as earlier and again the fitting issue remained intact. I mailed them the problem immediately and now these people are not even reverting back to my email.

                              I placed an order with whaakky...they responded by saying that the order is not serviceable and my money would be refunded soon...till date i have not received the refund...my mobile number is [protected]

                                I ordered on whaaky.com on[protected] with order no s80370448 in this order i placed order of Four Materials - Patiala with reference no S[protected] and Lotto Watch, Lotto Sunglasses, Branded Sports Shoe with reference no S[protected] .

                                After 20 Days of order i got one parcel of Four Materials - Patiala reference on S[protected] thanks for that but still reference no S[protected] is not delivered so i tried to contact on call tried more then 50 times but no response always busy so mailed them again and again every time an auto reply came they even dont bother what they are saying as one day they says to deliver soon next day they said they had delivered packet again they says to shiping of packet next day again promiss to deliver soon.

                                All the way i just want to cancel my order as still they have not shiped my packet after 50 days of order

It reached me today i.e. on 24/06/2014, when i opened the parcel there were 5 bed sheets of 2 varaint only and that too not of cotton. Do you think us fools, any body can purchase more than 1 bed sheet of same colour and design, also it in not made of cotton, it is of very poor quality material. Before booking these bedsheets, i confirmed with your executive that the bedsheets should be of cotton. She told me that only cotton bed sheets are supplied by them.                                         Hi team Whaaky, I have ordered 5 Printed Bedsheets+pillow covers with order number – S8042992. I received this prepaid consignment but did not enjoyed my shopping with www.whaaky.com . During placing my order I have seen on your site that the bedsheets are designer but these bedsheets are not up to the mark in fact it is totally worst and I didn’t see such type of bad quality of bedsheets in my life. So, at last I hope that your company will provide me full satisfaction through your products and if it is not possible then please don’t play with customer’s emotions. This is my humble request to team whaaky that please refund my money and take your worst quality bedsheets back as soon as possible.
