I placed an order for 5 bed sheets from whaaky.com online. Here is the link of the product:

I placed the order online with COD option on 27-May-2014.
- First of all the order received was delayed a lot and I received it on 11-June-2014.
- You can see the images in the link above, the bed sheets look really great, but the ones I received was very much PATHETIC in quality, all the 5. From my experience, I would say that none of them would survive even single wash!!
- I sent an email to customer support on 11-June itself saying that the quality is very very poor and I want to return this order and want a refund
- The replied saying that they need a snapshot of the product, to which I again replied and sent them the screenshots on 12-June
- I again got a reply from them on 13-June saying that "Dear Sir/Mam, We would be definitely happy to assist you. Images are for representation purpose only. Actual product may vary in design / color. There is no option of choosing color/design. As per the description the same has been delivered to you."
- I sent an email yet again on 13-June itself insisting that the QUALITY is very cheap and I don't want this product anymore and need a cancellation refund.
- Now again, they sent an email today 16-June saying that "Dear Sir/Mam, We would be definitely happy to assist you. We would like to inform you that we follow and inventory led model where products come to us in bulk. We can’t guarantee that you would receive the same product as that of the image. There might be slight deviations in the product design and colour. But we ensure that the quality of the product is maintained."
THIS IS NOT a SLIGHT DEVIATION IN THE PRODUCT. ANY ONE CAN IMMEDIATELY LOOK AT THE ORIGINAL PICTURES AND MAKE OUT THE HUGE DIFFERENCE IN THE QUALITY OF WHAT IS BEING SHOWN AND WHAT IS ACTUALLY SENT.
I have attached the pictures of what bed sheets I actually received.
Please take this forward and get this resolved as soon as possible!!
Whaaky.com / Way2Online Retail customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
On 11th july 2014 i received my order by paying rs 725 for a pair of a cargo and a jeans pant.
But when i opened the packet, i was shocked to see that both the pants were of different size and they are old fashioned as well as of bad quality.I already complaint about that on their personel website.Moreover they are not even taking my calls.
I want my 725 rupees back.Take your clothes, and refund my money.
