i've ordere combo pack of 3 cotton county jeans of size 30, even on the pack 30 is what they've written for bluffing the customer, but when i've noticed it & lodged a complaint after a long wait as they pretend that "ALL OF THEIR EXECUTIVES WERE ATTENDING THE CUSTOMERS AT THE SAME TIME" they've asked me to send the snapshots of the goods which are of no use to me & then following it they'll send me an adress to which i've to courier these goods & then iam going to get the correct goods. what is this , i didn't understand, if i've time to wait this long, why would i shop online..? instead of waiting for these useless garments until they are shipped & shocking by looking at what i've got & contacting you people once in a blue moon & sending these goods back to you & waiting for my goods for which i've paid, i've easily bought some other garments easily in stores here. i've seen several people complaining in the similar fashion. dont know whether they've taken the desired action oir not, but iam not going to tolerate this, iam going to lodge a complaint in the cyber cell immediately if i dint get these garments replaced for sure. iam very serious about this & i'll make sure that i spend most of my time towards this, atleast from now nobody gets bluffed.

Hi, my name is prashant today in morning I have provided them with my bank detail as per there request in morning when I got their mail however till now they have not transferred the money in my account as it hardly take a minute or an hour to transfer however they are sending auto generated report . and while asking they were manually writing an apologizing inconvinced caused to you so please help me out because I AM TOTALLY FRUSTATED BECAUSE OF THERE AUTO GENERATED MAIL.

I have ordered Five Koutons Denim Jeans on[protected]:18:08 from Whaaky.com. It was supposed to dispatch with in 7-10 working days. When it got delayed they promised a surprise gift along with the goods. It got delivered on 30th May 2014. When i checked the goods i couldn't find any kouton denim jeans instead there were 5 very cheap quality Jeans and there were no surprise gift. Even i tried to contact Whaaky.com but they are not picking the phone.

I have purchased 3 peter england shirt on 16th april through whaaky., com.the order number is S80319699.they are not sending my product .i have contacted with then through mail and phone and asked for refund .but they are not sending my product nor sending the refund amount.

Whaaky.com, A group of cheaters out there. I had ordered 6 XXL sized T shirts for Rs.850 from these people. To my surprise, when I got them, all of them were of Medium sized. I tried to call them, but the cheaters are not responding to any call. The line is all time busy, you dont know how many victims are busy calling them. When I had emailed them, after 6-7 days I got a call back saying All the 6 T shirts will be replaced and they will provide me XXL t shirts this time. But look at their terms and conditions : 1. I have to POST those T shirts from Mumbai to Hyderabad. I took the pain. 2. The total cost of speed post was Rs.100 which my totally my loss, I did not get any money back. Second time, when I got the T shirts again, All the 6 t shirts were AGAIN of Medium size and this time even of Low quality !! Now they are not even replying to my calls. PLEASE take some action against this fraud company . They don't deserve to do business. Inshort, I had to pay 1000 Rs for those low quality T shirts. Please don't buy anything from whaaky..These guys are cheaters...You will get all fake products. Please find attached the T shirts quality and their size, they are not even close to XXL .

Hi, I ordered a combo pack of men Accessories from whaaky.com on[protected].My Order Number is: S80369802 and I paid the full amount of Rs 699 through my net-banking The order confirmation was on 13th May and they promise to deliver within 7-10 business days after order confirmation. I have not yet received my shipment and in the Order tracking of their site it is still showing "Preparing to Ship".After 12days of confirmation they sent to me a message there mention due to some reason we r unable to dispatch your order.So next 1-4 business days we dispatch your order in respect address along-with some gift.Also I have mailed quite a few times from this and last week end ([protected]@whaaky.com) for these but i did'n get any reply from them. Al-thoug it is already 10th of june (1month going on) and my order has not yet reached me. I am not sure I will at all get my product or not. So far more than 36 days, I am not receiving the product. They are not attending the phone call made. Contact via email so many times, no solution for the problem.Take steps to ban this whaaky online shopping.Cheating fellows.
If possible, take steps to return the money of Rs.999

We got the ordered courier on 06th Jun '14. But we are unsatisfied with the items, we ordered the casual shirts of size "Large" but we received the size of "Medium" and also the quality of the cloth is not good. So we want money refund. same we have received on 21.05.14.and i am socked even brand is
Different as well as size is also different and on pcs is ladies Capri.
and same inform to customer care with snap shot but not refund my money
till now and not arrange reverse product by whaaky team. i am all such formation shared

I ordered a woodland shoe on march 26th and paid by debit card order no 80268504. Up to today they are always sending delay delivery emails from different email id's. Last week i send a mail to them and state that i am going to register a complaint in consumer court and cybercrime. whith in a hour i got a email from them and they dont have Stock of woodland shoe insted of that they will deliver a Wrangler shoe i Accepted That to. I have received courier of this after 18 working days which include the lotto sunglass and watch which is fine. But the shoes of very low quality(worst quality). Get me the right quality of shoes (lotto) as promised during the purchase. or else give my money back.
