I placed an order: S80351011 on May 2nd for 5 branded denium jeans from Koutons of size 38 (as provided in their webpage & confirmation email)and the product was supposed to be delivered by aramex courier by May 23rd. The aramex people returned the product on May 24th due to a sales tax problem, the whaaky team didn't inform me how or whether I get a product or they refund my money. Whenever I contacted their email support, they tell that it will be delivered soon in a couple of days and they gave me the old airway number from aramex which already got returned. Their phone support is just another fake thing, I never got a call back so far even though they tell that their customer service executives are busy. Then I started complaining repeatedly on their facebook page, requesting to process the refund as they were never able to send the product in so said "couple of days" and sent the same message on facebook. Again after repeated requests, they told me today that they did send the consignment via another courier on 16th. I received the courier today. I got 1 38 size cantabill regular fit, 1 nostrum low waist of 38 size, 1 cantabill 36 size low waist, 1 in unbranded 36 size and 1 jeans of size 34. All the jeans seems to be of low quality, not at all denium, just cotten jeans and only the brand tag seems to new. Waited for more than 45 days after placing the order and it didn't even meet my least expectations. I contacted them over facebook again and I got the following reply in facebook:

When I tried to reply to their message, I found that they have banned me from posting in their facebook page and unable to reply/chat. They are now trying to hide their mistake by giving fake products. If they are genuine, why they are afraid of facing a customer like me?? Why blocking me from posting comments or replying to their message??
I'll surely put this over all places to save the online buyers. Cheaters!!! Online Buyers beware of this!!!
