    Hello, I did an online shopping on whaaky.com of a combo of Motorola mobile phones on 2 May, 14. My order no is S80350601 and I have also paid the amount of Rs. 999/- through debit card before the delivery. They committed to deliver the product within seven working days, but I could not receive the product or any information regarding its dispatch. So far, I tried to communicate many times with them through the mobile but there is no replay, so I did an email three times but could not receive any response. I also messaged to them but it also failed to help me. So, please help me to in this case to get my product. My contact No is [protected], e-mail: [protected]@gmail.com. I once again request you to help me and try to communicate with them.

        I placed an order: S80351011 on May 2nd for 5 branded denium jeans from Koutons of size 38 (as provided in their webpage & confirmation email)and the product was supposed to be delivered by aramex courier by May 23rd. The aramex people returned the product on May 24th due to a sales tax problem, the whaaky team didn't inform me how or whether I get a product or they refund my money. Whenever I contacted their email support, they tell that it will be delivered soon in a couple of days and they gave me the old airway number from aramex which already got returned. Their phone support is just another fake thing, I never got a call back so far even though they tell that their customer service executives are busy. Then I started complaining repeatedly on their facebook page, requesting to process the refund as they were never able to send the product in so said "couple of days" and sent the same message on facebook. Again after repeated requests, they told me today that they did send the consignment via another courier on 16th. I received the courier today. I got 1 38 size cantabill regular fit, 1 nostrum low waist of 38 size, 1 cantabill 36 size low waist, 1 in unbranded 36 size and 1 jeans of size 34. All the jeans seems to be of low quality, not at all denium, just cotten jeans and only the brand tag seems to new. Waited for more than 45 days after placing the order and it didn't even meet my least expectations. I contacted them over facebook again and I got the following reply in facebook: [protected][protected][protected]----- Whaaky 5:22am Whaaky Dear Customer, We would be definitely happy to assist you. Kindly share the snapshots of the product so that we can assist you better. NOTE: SNAP Shots should be shared within 48hrs. No claim will be excepted after 48 Hrs. Thanks & Regards Whaaky Team [protected][protected][protected][protected][protected] When I tried to reply to their message, I found that they have banned me from posting in their facebook page and unable to reply/chat. They are now trying to hide their mistake by giving fake products. If they are genuine, why they are afraid of facing a customer like me?? Why blocking me from posting comments or replying to their message?? I'll surely put this over all places to save the online buyers. Cheaters!!! Online Buyers beware of this!!!

        NO!!! My complaint is not resolved! I was banned from posting/replying to Whaaky in facebook. I sent email with picture of the wrong product you gave me asking your support to inform me within 24 hours if it's not enough. I've not heard back from them. If you are so much committed to providing an excellent experience, why you ban me from posting this compliant on your facebook page? Either you are afraid or don't have the guts to face the reality from the customers who buy your cheap products!!! I'll be filing another case for the action you took by restricting me when you provided wrong products. You didn't even reply to your email.

        Friends are for help, and Whaaky customer case never helps...so kindly avoid using the undeserved teams like "Your friends from whaaky". Please take away the incorrect wrong products you sent me & refund my money within no time.
        Got another email today, don't know what this means. I'm getting all consignments from ebay, flipcart, infibeam etc via all the available couriers in the city. But, only Whaaky is unable to deliver. See the attachment.

          I been checking your site for the status but there is no progress at all and the landline number which you have provided "NO ONE PICKS THE CALL".Let Tell me say this to you guys(whaaky) actually that was my first month salary, nw i gonna get my second month but still i didnt get deliver from you guys.The only mistake i have done is "I chosen "whaaky" and paid money for the order".
          Instead of delivering next year, Its better to return back my money right way.(WHAAKY IS A FRAUD SITE please dnt even look at the site guys).If i am not getting my money back within 2 days, i gonna escalate this and dnt make me to script worst words on your site.

                hello, I had placed Combo-offer order of Blackwood sunglasses, Blackwood watch and Rebook shoes worth 899/- as displayed on whaaky. I placed the order on 26th may 2014 with order id: s80391478. but yet I have neither received my product dispatch ID nor the courier service providers ID. I have been tried contatcating Whaaky from past several weeks not less than 100 times, least bothered to answer the calls and endless mails daily but no responses yet. I would like to know when is the product will be dispatched else please refund the money back. I found this whaaky.com is one of the cheapest and mean online site cheating customers. if whaaky come across this, I would like you to call me on: =91-[protected].

                    I ordered twin power combo, order no.-S80788832 from whaaky.com on 30th March. today is 28th of April and the product has not even been dispatched. My Order Status at Whaaky.com it has Shown Preparing To Ship. When i placed the order, they told me that estimated date of delivery is 7-10 working days, so it should have been reached to me but it has not even been dispatched.
