Order number S80283344 not delivered till now

I ordered for 5 Koutons Jeans for 999 with the order number S80283344. They promised to dispatch the goods with in 7 to 9 business days. Order was placed on 1st April 2014. Today is 5th June 2014. I have not received the goods yet. On 27th May they sent a mail and SMS saying they have dispatched the goods via JAVAS courier and the docket number is HYDWOL6000120. I have been trying to track online and by calling JAVAS and the only reply till...

Hello Sir, my name is prashant chauhan please look in this matter i have send the parcel back to whaaky.com by DTDC COURIR SERVICE on 26/5/14 at 10;53 i got the conformation from DTDC regarding the parcel that parcel has been recived to whaaky.com I have send the mail to whaaky.com 3 time to send the cheque on my name however there was no response from there end till yet so please solve the issue.because calling them and sending mail is no o[censored]se.

      Dear Sir I ordered a pair of shirts from whaaky.com on 21may 2014. They said they will delivered the order with in 7-8 days. But now since its been around 15 days my product has not been shipped yet. Their response is very bad. I am mailing them regularly but the didnt reply quickly.       Dear Sir

      I had ordered a par of shirts on 21 May 2014 from whakky.com.
      I didnt get my product yet. I have made complaints against them previously too but didnt get any
      result in this regard. On their website they are offering delivery of product with in 6-7 days.
      And Its been now 25 days and i didnt get my product.

      Whenever I mailed them they replied "Once dispatched, you will receive a message with the consignment number and the courier name and you may track your consignment in the concerned courier website."

      Is this the way that they are fooling people around in the market. I want help from you people
      Either they deliver my product in fixed time/date OR return my money with in a week.


      Please help me in this regard as I am relly very much irritated by theier irresponsible behaviour.

      Request you to please help me ASAP.

        I have placed order of shoes on 25 March 2014. I had received courier on 19th May 2014 after several follow ups and when I opened the box I was surprised that the shoes which I have ordered was not the same. That was another cheap woodland shoes where MRP is showing Rs.800 and they have charged from me Rs.999. It is very embarassing for me. I had sent back the shoes to Whakky.com Office and the parcel has reached them on 30/05/2014. I am mailing them again and again to check the status of my original product but there is no response from their end. Requesting you to kindly take necessary action against the company.

                As the jeans pants sent by you are not of appropriate sizes which was mentioned by me. According to me my size of jeans is 34cm, you sent different sizes of jeans such as 28, 36 & 32 which was not fit for me so kindly sent appropriate size of me (i.e.34 cm) and please do the needful for the same and reply me procedure of replacement.                           Sub: cheating by Whaaky.com (Goods supplied are not as per order specification ) Dear Sir/Mam, I had placed order (Order ID : S[protected] to purchase 5 Denim Jeans of Koutons (Men) as per order detailed below, from whaaky.com but the product delivered me is not as per order it has following problems:- 1. It is not brand of KOUTONS, it is obsolete and non branded, old product. (Photographs of product are attached) 2. It is under size:- size ordered was 36" but delivered is 34" . This is request to curve such cheating web sites and provide justice to consumers, as compensation I demand new product as per order specifications, along with compensation of Rs. 1lac for harassment and cheating, also demand to close this site.                                 I have ordered for following items vide order no S80389462


                                1. Pack of 6 colourful printed T shirts
                                2. Pack of 8 Mens Vest


                                out of the above two items I have received one item i.e. Pack of 6 Printed T Shirtsbut i regret that the T shirts are small size I have ordered for Large Size hence i have to return the above item for exchange of bigger size. Kindly let me know the procedure for replacement


                                Furlther I have till date not received the items no. 2 i.e. 8 mens vest till date. Kindly expedite the same.

                                  I have ordered on website for the pairs of 5 original Koutons denim on 27 mar 2014.
                                  They have delivered fake and used denim that to of wrong size. On 15 may.

                                  I have marked several mails to their support team even tried contact them with calls n voice messages.
                                  But there is not even a single reply from their end.
                                  Kindly help. As these are doing wrong practice of fooling ppl.

                                      I have ordered 5 Koutons Denim Jeans for Rs 1099 on dated 08/04/2014, Order no is S80301217, Reference no is S[protected], and there has been no delivery so far. They don't pick the customer care numbers. I have ordered another 03 items, it was received after many calls, but Material is not good as well as size is not as per ordered items……… Complete Frauds. Advice to all of my friends – Pl don't buy anything from Whaaky.com.
