Dear Sir/Mam,
I had placed order (Order ID : S[protected] to
purchase 5 Denim Jeans of Koutons (Men) as per order detailed below, from
whaaky.com but the product delivered
me is not as per order it has following
problems:-
1. It is not brand of KOUTONS, it is obsolete and non branded, old product. (Photographs of
product are attached)
2. It is under size:- size ordered was 36" but delivered is 34"
.
This is request to curve such cheating web sites
and provide justice to consumers, as compensation I demand new product as per
order specifications, along with compensation
of Rs. 1lac for harassment and cheating, also demand to close this site.

such a small packet for 5 jeans. When I opened, I was even more
surprised and more over frustrated. All the jeans are 34 size, when I
had ordered for 36 size. One of the jean is so dirty that it looks to be
used for many years with the label teared off. Pathetic condition of
other jeans. Not even a single Jean is KOUTONS. All are some local jeans
with useless crap material. Unacceptable. I also dint find any surprise
gift that I was promised for missing the 7 to 9 day delivery deadline.
Please take the jeans back and refund my money. Pathetic service
