My order number is S80183059. i was booked order before 1 month ago.after 1 month and 10 days about something i get the product. but whaaky is cheat with me. i buy the reebok shoes with track suit. while i got the product. whaaky send a duplicate reebok shoes. which is so lower quality. i already pay 999 rs fot it. on website whaaky shows the original reebok shoes and deliver duplicate reebok shoes which is very durty qualit. please teak a action for it. i just want a original reebok shoes as per my order otherwise please refund my rupees.

i had order woodland shoes and 20 days had pass but still i dont have my order and they deduct money from my debit card so please take neccesary steps to them i had contacted so many time to them but no response but i am in touch thru mails but i need my shoe or money.

I Abhishek Sharma ordered Two pair of Shoes & Tshirts with order no.S80209934 dated[protected] . I received my order dated[protected] after a long waiting. Moreover, Quality of shoes, Colour & Size totally different which displayed on Whaaky website. Quality is so cheap that Noone can't wear such a poor quality. Size & Colour also differ. I am continue calling on customer care but they dont pick my call. Even I email so many times. This type of behaviour with customer demotivate us for online shopping.

Hello, I have booked a woodland shoes on 5/03/2014, order no. S80228925 and 18 working days gone. Till now I did not recived the shipment. I have mailed them on [protected]@whaaky.com but no reply. I tried to call on [protected] but i never connected, got busy tone every time. I want my money back with the compensation for the problem i faced due to this. Please take appropriate step for the inconvenience caused, due to this.

I had ordered 2 product of Rs. 999 each, Total order of Rs. 1998, order no. S80244754.

I paid them using my credit card on[protected]:25:26 Still I have not recieved my order and the customer number when I am trying is not reachable. I have mailed them 3-4 times, but I did not get any response.

You people mailed me about your product by showing a nice look of mobile which are actually samsung branded, but when i ordered and i received that product i got to know that those are fake mobiles which are named with "EAGLE" named brand. Bull brand.and immediately i mailed to them but till now i did not get any reply or any call. i don't even want that money refunded, , but will u please stop selling that kind off products. And please stop attracting customers my displaying wrong images and delivering fake products. I feel cheated by this fraud company which i think never exist. They say that they have office in Begumpet then they should revel the correct address. Once if i get there correct address i will tell them that how hard it will be for them for cheating innocent people. There Customer care number team does not exist- No body either replies you back after you have left any message. PRODUCT shown in advertisement and PRODUCT received his 100% different. Friends we should avoid using this website for any further purchase and block this company so that they cannot fool innocent people.

Hi Dear, 1. The item is defective. 3 snaps of the item were sent as desired. 2. Order was placed on Feb 25 & item recd on Mar 11 (on 15th day). 3. Surprise gift was promised, but not sent. 4. The 'Zip' of track-suit top doesn't zip till end. 5. The quality of the shoe is also very poor. 6. My neighbor & I placed the order on the same day; but the quality of items sent to him is better. He got surprise gift too. His order # is S80210006 & mine Is S80209890. He placed order on my recommendation. 7. I've been put to too much of mental & physical torture. 8. I've sent many mails since Mar 10 but in-vain. Kindly check why : defective item sent, no invoice sent, no response to my mail, no surprise gift sent? MY MAILS TO WHAAKY CUSTOMER CARE:
This was the first time I shopped with you but sorry to say that the product received was very much different from the one which I ordered seeing your advertisement in website. I have actually ordered for a Black Leather Red Tape shoe as shown in your advertisement in your website whereas the product received is a Brown Pair of show with Samuel Leather and not original leather. I have opened the box in front of the courier guy so that it is confirmed from his end also. I thought of not receiving it but still foreseeing good purchasing prospect with your company took the courier. Now that I am really unhappy with the weird product sent by you, kindly ensure to replace with a leather black or brown red-tape shoe ( LEATHER ), please don’t send the Samuel leather material or else refund the money. Hope that you will act fast and generate a return order ASAP.
