i'm Manish Mittal and i order the 5 denim coutons jeans at whaaky.com online & i also pay 1099/- for it. i oredr this on 3rd april & till now i dont get the product..i make approx 50 calls to them but no one pick the call...2-3 times they pick the call & said that sorry sir for inconvience & your order met you in 3 days..but i dont it..so sir now what can i do???plz tell me

      I think this company is totally fraud. i order my jeans on 4th April 2014. but the item is not deliver till today. they are not picking any calls and also send email system generated. what to do. can anyone help me. if i cancel my order i know they not refund money thats y i am still waiting.

          I placed order on 4 April but till I am waiting for my product .I spend around Rs.3000 /- The Order no is S80238072 Mob no:[protected] Even after mailing & continuous calling they unable to respond to me. The mail which was we got is totally system generated mail & It's a fraud site, Please don't bye from that site.They are not able to fulfill the requirement of customer as per committed date . Also mailing response is very poor & unsatisfactory. Hopeless... Please someone help to us on that matter.

              I oredered some item with order number Order s80287682...as they failed to ship even after 20 days i have requested for refund of my money 1099 rs...that i paid through netbanking unfortunately...they are not responding to my phone call ...l...they now saying through email that refund is not possible...ater i came to know that similar problems are being faced by numerous customers...i urge this forum to to take collective complaint...and protect consumers from exploitation...

                  Dear Whaaky team, I'm forwarding herewith all the mail correspondence that's gone through from 30th Mar'14 onwards, the date on which the order (S[protected] was placed. You have been a failure in delivering the product in time and also, your customer service is good for nothing. I think they are only trained to tell that the product will be dispatched in two days. One Ms. Manasa, is trying to convince me that I haven't send any mail on 21st Apr'14. She doesn't even know how to speak to the customers (pls go-through the call records). She is telling that I'm arguing with her and that she will disconnect the call. Does she think that I don't have anyother work than calling the customer care. Am I, discussing any of my personal things with the customer care. I'm inquiring about the product. She is telling that she got a mail on 23rd Apr'14 only. If she clearly goes through the mail, I have even forwarded the mail dated 21st Apr'14 alongwith 23rd Apr'14 mail. She was simply giving false information. I have sent mails in this regard on 31st Mar'14, 2nd Apr'14, 10th Apr'14, 12th Apr'14, 21st Apr'14 & 23rd Apr'14 but you have replied on only two occasions on 1st Apr'14 & 15th Apr'14. And that too, on 31st Apr'14, I was inquiring about the quality of the product and you have replied that my request will be considered for urgent dispatch. This shows how much you are concerned about the customer and how well you go through the mails. When I called on 22nd Apr'14 at 12:58hrs, I was told that the product will be dispatched on thursday and when I checked the status in the site, its still getting prepared for shipping. So, I called your customer service today at 24th Apr'14 at 13:11 hrs, Ms. Manasa was telling that I need to wait for another two days.                     Dear Sir, I order product on 26/02/2014, I gave the request for cancellation on 17/03/2014. But they replied on 21/03/2014 that order is under preparing to ship, and it can not be cancelled now. The product was not received at my address as I changed my address and it was returned back on 4/4/2014 from my address. Now I want my money back, but they are saying the product will be re-dispatched soon. But I don't want product now. It is of no use for me after so much time.                     I have written many times about refund, but each time you are saying that product will be re-dispatched soon, but I don't want your product. Cancel this order and return my money as soon as possible.
                    Finally I got refund on 2/06/2014 after so much time and so many communications, very poor service from whaaky.com. I will not purchase any thing from whaaky.com in future.

                            I made a purchase of 3 Chinese collar shirts and 1 cargos (Rs.899 + Rs.299) under order no: S80778059 on 17th March. On the very next day, I got the message that it's non-serviceable. It shows up as serviceable for the District & State. If it's non serviceable, kindly remove it from your billing page. My first purchase experience in Whaaky last year itself was pathetic in all means. I thought your service may be improved in a year, that's why placed an order to check it and I'm totally wrong. I tried their email support and didn't get any response so far. I tried to call their so called "customer service", no one is picking up the calls. I received the refund of only Rs.899, they are not providing any refund for Rs.299, neither providing the product or any response. This company is notorious for all cyber frauds in online shopping.

                                as subject stated above, i have given the order of 3 cargo paints and and 1 redtape las month, but till today i have not received the item, whenever i call you there is only one answere that the products are not available to you. than why do you put such items on website when they are not available to you.I am happy that i had put the order for cash on delivery, if i had paid for it by debit or credit than i would loose my money and goods. so i kindly request you to deliver the goods or say no to me that your not able to deliver it so that i can purchase from other sites.

                                  I have ordered 5 kouton jeans worth of 1099 on whaaky website dated 10/4/2014 thru order no. S80305541. But till time i have neither received my product nor my money. I have hell number of mails to their [protected]@whaaky.com but no response.Called on their cm care no.'s [protected]and [protected] bt no response. Kindly do the needful.

                                    I have given order in whaaky.com before one month ago using credit cart. My Order id is. S80274457. I am not getting my product till now. I have sent many email to whaaky.com, but no reply or no any support from whaaky.com side.

                                    So please give my product or give a refund of the my product.


                                    Please help me and do need full process.

                                      Sir, i have ordered 5 nos 36' size pants at the offer rate of Rs.999.00 on 17.04.2014 and my order no is S80320595. the product has been delivered thro' JAVAAS Vide dccket no.HYDWOL6002917, today (25.04.2014). the pants received are the wrong size one and it is not suit for me ( very tight and unable to wear), even though the size of pant has been mentioned as 36' on it, i am very much disappointed. Hence, i request that the pants should be either replaced with the correct size or the money which i have paid should be refunded to my credit card account.                                       I have placed an order of S[protected] Koutons Formal Shirts) vide order no S80370196 on 11.03.14, but it was not delivered on time, i have requested to cancel the order many times but order not canceled by them & also dispatched the wrong product on 12.05.2014 which too late & delivered product is useless also even they are not responding on our regular reminder mails & phone calls. Please don't come in there influence of combo packs provide by whaaky. They cheat customers. Issue #1: whaaky took more than a month dispatch the order # S[protected] Koutons Formal Shirts)Issue # 2: since Shirts were unfit to wear, I requested them for replacement which never happened even after several follow ups via email. Issue # 3: Their call center Number can never be reached which I think is a bogus number to fool the customers. Now I have paid for the product which cannot be used and whaaky do not take responsibility of helping / managing its customers anytime.

                                        In continuation to my complaint against order no-S80273096 which is not deliver since last 30 days, Whaaky team reply that your order is preparing to ship.The same reply was I already known from last 20 days because I daily check the order status in your website and their status daily showing the same thing i.e "preparing to Ship" how many days you taken for preparing to ship. you also reply that due to overlapping response order is delivered daily basis. I want to know that if you are not able to deliver in standard days i.e. 7-10 days then why you not cancle the order instead of saying product is preparing to ship and can not be cancle . if you will not taken immediate action in this regards, I seriously warn you I Will Complaint the same to the consumer court.
