I brought FREE Mobile on purchase of Newfeel Shoes!! on 18.02.2014. Today i received that shoo and mobile..Its really not god. At the time of order placing i selected Black... But i received Green have appended the recordings of courier which was received from you. its totally damaged and bad products. In earth no one will not ware this shoe and no on one will not use this phone that type of dirty products i received from you totally cheated me.I want my money back.

    I was ordered on 24 Feb 2014, my product is reebok shoes with reebok track. still I didn't get my ordered product. Can you simply tell me, this website is only for advertising purpose ?? if you are not able to deliver so why are you publish your website and product ?? if you unable to deliver then close your website. what a manner this thing ?? Customer is waiting and you don't care about this. you forcefully feel me, if I ordered with my card then i loss my rupees. Right ?? That's better for me like i was ordered on COD Basis. Can you still tell me, can you release my order or not ??

I paid the amount from my debit card and the order was under process.But after weeks when i called them to know why it is still under process, they are saying they didn't received the amount.I checked with my bank and the amount was debited.They don't reply through mails and the customer executives don't care at all. This is defaming way2online's good name. I don't understand why they do this kind of frauds. Seriously disheartened.

The quality is too low. So I deceided to return the product and refund my money.I mail to them many times about the problems but they don't reply through mails and the customer executives don't care at all.             Hi Friends, Don't never ever buy a product in Whaaky.com. First they delivered the product very late. The product I ordered was Reebok running shoe and track suit. The product delivered was very worst. I guess it was used by some one else and they gave me the product for second hand. I have purchased lot of product in online.                       Hi, sir I want to inform all the fellow consumers that whaaky.com is cheater don't ever buy from them. This is my story.I have ordered a pair of chinos and my order no is.S80149955. They have showed it was of cotton and two very different colour combination would be sent:blue, orange, green and yellowish orange, but when i have received the product it was two same black colour and also size i have ordered was 30in and what they have sent me was 32. Also it was not chinos it was that old fashioned bell bottom and of very cheap quality that would probably I would have buy from local market at 100rs each and they have charged 699 for both.When i called them they were not picking up my phone, and what they have kept customer care no.it charges so much. i have spent around 50rs on trying to call them they did not picked my phone.then on same parallel time i have called from second no.and they had immediately picked, now i know they have this is new victim lets grab him.when i tell them about the product i received they told to send them and they will replace also they promise to give 100 rs recharge for the shipping cost and when i went to local courier company they have said it would cost 550rs to send to hyderabad.Now they should tell me who will pay this much amount to those chinos.for this much amount i can buy chinos of well reputed company and what is the guarantee of them they will replace with correct product this time, when they dont pick calls, also they dont answer to mails, how can one trust them.You can also see images first one is what they boast to give and second one what they give

                            I am a regular purchaser from whaaky and no doubt am one of the happy customer. Previously i used to suffer with their slow delivery process and have to wait for days to get my products but now whaaky team have resolved this issue too. My last two purchase was delivered to me within 2 days of time thanks for all good deal at low prices. If incase anyone is having problem can contact whaaky people directly through this mail [protected]@whaaky.com because for this id they will response very quickly.

                                i have ordered a wrangler jeans and power bank on 24th december and received the courier on 6th jan. when opened, i found only wrangler jean and the power bank was missing. i checked the invoice which shows that the package contains wrangler jean and power bank. i rang the support phone number available on the web. that person asked me send the photos of invoice and package to [protected]@whaaky.com. after mailing, i tried to call to same number, but was not received at other end. only computer tone was speaking and beeps...

I spoke to one Mr Kushal during then to inform him about the broken Nova iron that was received at my end. In turn he wanted me to send the photos of the broken item which were sent on the next day to [protected]@whaaky.com from my daughter's email [protected]@gmail.com. My registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com and regd mob no is [protected]. I have not received any intimation about the replacement till date.                                       Hi, My order id is S80132277, I have ordered 2 pearls set & Free Mobile... i never seen like this worst product in online... these company 100% pure cheating company... worst mobile in bengalore i can get Rs.499 nice CHINA mobiles... that pearl set also fake that not pearl cost will come around 50 rupees only we can get it from Local markets...Ordering after 20 days only i got that worst product. worst caustomer care services...[protected] I think this number is company neighbor home number...                                         Hi Consumer Forum, Many consumers are facing issues with whaaky.com. Either they don't ship the products or deliver fake products. Moreover, if one tries to return the order, no response from company. I personally placed an order #S80140273 which I am trying to cancel, but no one from the company picks up the phone at[protected] or responds to mail at [protected]@whaaky.com. Could you please help us? We are quite helpless
