      Hi Consumer Forum, I could see there are lots of complaints against whaaky.com - however, most of them received no comments from the Company. Are you escalating the complains to the company's admins? Could you please check why the company is not responding? I placed one order #S80140273 which is still not shipped.       Other strange issues with this order!!

      I ordered product which was listed in the below link:

      The mobile handset whcih was previuosly displayed was having the below features:

      Features with MP3 player, FM radio, Dual Sim, Camera & supports T-Flash (PFA).

      Currently, they have changed the product in the link - and the current one is not having camera as a feature!!

      So I want to cancel my orders now.

      Have been trying to mail them, but their support mailbox is full..!! They dont even bother to maintain their own mailbox!!

      Tried several time to call, no one is picking up..!!

      I am in a fix.

      I had placed one order S80859379 on 19th Jun'15 via online payment, and I have cancelled the ordered due to huge delay in dispatch. However till today there is no confirmation on cancellation of order and I am continuously calling the customer care number but there is no response from them.

            On 27th Nov, 2013, I accidentally stepped into whaaky.com and saw an offer: Dhamaka !!! Buy a Trouser @649 & Get another Trouser FREE. The offer was tempting and the look of the trouser were good, I booked it...!!! And My Order ID : S80132422 When I received the product & Opened it, its horrible.. they send me different type of trouser & the picture shown in display not at all matching with the item I received. After showing that I have been calling their contact no. again & again but no one has picked it up... then I send a mail to '[protected]@whaaky.com' After One day I got a mail that they send me the right poduct and their have no question about any replacement or refund... after it again I send a mail that if they don't help me about that then I will go to the Consumer Forum... But, till now I have not get any reply from their..

                  I have received a bill for pair of three shoes (of INR 999)and inside that I had multipurpose jacket and flipflops(of INR 325). My order no is S80113070, Delivered at 6:30 pm 13th Nov 2013. I have sent it back to Hyderabad center to Syed immediately after talking to Whaaky support and its been more than 12 days since i have done that (The shipment has reached Hyderabad Whaaky center at 11:41 am, Wed, 20th Nov 2013 and received by Whaaky team Shipment id BLR[protected] wirh signature acwk) but there is still no action from whaaky.I dont know why they always misplace a product which costs less than the ordered one. I got a pathetic premature response from Whaaky team on 27th NOV 2013 saying that they have not received the defective product even after receiving it before 8 working days. http://www.tpcindia.com/track-trace.aspx track Id is :-BLR[protected] It clearly says that you have received at 14:01 on 20th Nov. I have attached a screenshot too. How do you say you have not yet received the product yet??? Now the flag has been closed and mail is ignored again.I am really pissed off because of your very slow response and spineless customer support.It is been over a month they are playing hide and seek.Serious fraud.

                    had ordered one shirt vide Order No. S80106322 on 31st of Oct. 2013 and had payment at same time. They write on their site to deliver the product in 5-7 days but the same is not yet received. They had replied only one mail and after that I have written 4 mails but they have responded none. They are not afraid of any complains legal actions. This is literally a cheating and should be stopped. Please help to sue the company and do legal action as this would only help...

                                Hi Sir / Madam, This is with regards to the replacement of the damaged product which I received day before yesterday. The product was purchased on 11 Nov 2013 and I was very eager about it. However, I got huge disappointment when I received it on 14 Nov 2013. Its not at all working. Moreover, there where few things mentioned outside the box but its not present inside the box. 1. A carry/touring case for the headphones. 2. A cleaning cloth. The product details are mentioned below. Order # : S80117095 Invoice # : 126248 Payment Mode : netbanking Total Amt : INR 400.00 /- Product Desc. : Beats HD Earphones + Pendrive - Qty : 1 Looking forward for the replacement to get a new working product and the other things which are mentioned on the box along with the product. I Mailed informed them about the defective product on 16 Nov 2013 morning. I have returned back the product with the invoice copy to the address mentioned in the invoice copy on 16 Nov 2013 afternoon and got an apology mail from them on 16 Nov 2013 Evening.                                     I had placed a order on 4th November 2013 with whaaky and i had purchased a Multipurpose Jacket & Flipflops. When i was processing the transaction i received a msg saying the window is not encrypted and hence i cancelled my transaction. But amount has been deducted from my bank account. I had mailed whaaky for the refund procedure and i got the below reply "Dear Customer, Welcome to the world of whaaky!!! We are happy to assist you. As per our record the transaction was not successful if the amount got debited then it will be credited back to your AC in 5-7 business days from bank. We are available to you as resource for the entire time you’re a Whaaky customer, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Thanks & Regards Your friends from Whaaky" I still didnt receive my amount but i have received a sms saying "your product will be dispatched soon and the order number(S[protected], courier details have been given". They have also mentioned that i have to pay 425 RS Cash on Delivery. This is a fradulent activity from your end. i want my money back as earlier as possible. kindly respond to customers mails at the earliest possible time. Regards, Karthekeyan.R

                                      WWW.WHAAKY.COM I made a payment through online and ordered 1 items under the order # : S80107273, the order date is 1st of November, but still we have not received the product from them. I tried to call the Whaaky customer support[protected] but no use, no one is receiving call during business hours. When I sent mail to Whaaky Team ([protected]@whaaky.com) on 5th of November they replied stating that the product Will be Dispatched in 5-7 business days. But still I haven't received product. PLEASE DON’T ORDER ANY THIS WITH THIS COMPANY, YOUR ACCOUNT BILL BE DEBITED, BUT THE PRODUCT WILL NOT DELIVERED.
