I order newfeel shoes on 9 April 2014. But I do not received till date .And now I cancelled the order last week. But they do not give me any confirmation for the same. And do not give me my refund amount.

my self F zeeshaan iqbal i have order pants in online (whaaky.com) they toll me 5 brand (koutons) pant for 1099 in size of 28 so i order it they said me they will send 7 to 10 working days but they did not send me after 2 month i got call they will be sending my pack when i see they pack was ok but inside pack was so unsize pants and so local itseen like used pants so this people making fool to customer so pls take any action on this people

I have ordered 2 product on April 14th 2014 i have received only 1 product till today when i tried tracking my order number its shows its already delivered when i tried to contact whaaky customer care its continuously engage and they will ask us live the voice message but they don't call back, i tried send email to support but no response. There are many complaints online registered against them but still there has been no action against them...

I have purchased a combo of 3 mobiles, when i received the order ( S[protected] i found two mobile does not have the batteries and one mobile is showing invalid IMEI number. As per their instruction i send the item back from speed post via tracking number ED[protected]IN on 02 may 2014. Postal dept. made 2 attempt of delivery but they are not taking product back. I request you to please intervene and resolve the matter.

i ordered koutons jeans pant with order number s80287682...i got this product...but all these jeans pant are of third class...not even beggar can wear it...so i urge this forum to complain department of consumer affairs india ...and lodge a criminal case against WHAAKY.com...i want complete refund of money and i will send this through courier

I had placed a order with the subjected order no. (i.e. S[protected], as per the order they told that they will ship the items in 7 to 10 working days, i had placed this order on 13th April 2013 and sent a mail on 21st April 2014 to know the status of my order, they had repiled with the Estimated Dispatch Date of 25th April 2014 till date i had not received my order and in between i had send so many mails which was not responded by them, so i request you to please provide my product at earliest.

I had placed an order under booking:S80287458. The product which I received after 2weeks were of diff size..so I returned it back for replacement. When I received the replacement I realized that it was waste of time and money. Again it was of same size I cannot even breathe after wearing the shirts. I am trying to call them but I cannot reach them. I wrote several emails to reimburse my courier charges but I have not heard anything from them yet.

I placed order on April 4th 2014 for formal shirts and 2 Cantabil denims but the same have not been shipped yet. I sent six mails to customer care but got the same copy and paste answer from them. Customer care executive never reads the content of query. They just copy the answer, paste the same and reply the query. I called many times but calls were never answered. Every time I am put on hold and after 3-4 minutes calls are disconnected.

I placed an order on 27/03/2014 and till date they r not able 2 deliver the product.

Its a total fraud company and they don't even reply to any o[censored]r mails or calls...

I think I lost 1000/- rupees and I have no idea what to do against them...

Frustrating and a hell experience with whaaky. I have ordered a track suit + Reebok shoes from this terrible site on 28 March and after so many followups on mails (most worst emails I wrote) I received the package on 17 Apr. Can anyone imagine an online order get placed in 21 days. And special things here to mention they have the policy to get the product delivered in 8-10 working days.

Now, the scenario is, I have a problem with the track suit. It is not of proper size. So, I wrote an email to their support on 22 April (which is the 3rd working day to file a return complaint and they also have the policy to file a return complaint within 3 days of the order delivery). And after 3 days I wrote email, I got a reply from their complaints department that they can not entertain the complaint as the complaint exceeds 3 days return policy of the website.

I don't know WHAT KIND OF HELL SERVICE THIS WEBSITE PROVIDE TO THEIR CUSTOMER. ARE THEY WORKING FOR THE CUSTOMER BENEFITS OR THE CUSTOMER FULFILL THE DUTY TO BE ACCORDING TO THEIR POLICY.

And the most worst thing is this their customer support number always get busy, I have tried so many times to call them on the number mentioned on their website.

REALLY A PATHETIC EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER FACED IN ONLINE SHOPPING.
