    Whaaky people is failed to accomplish his promise even after one month passed while an advance payment was made.
    it is once again requested to deliver the products or refund the entire money back if products are not available with you.

        I have order a woodland shoe on 27.03.2014 my order no. is S80272206 till now i have not received. On March 31st 2014, i revceived a mail from Mr.Syed Sajid (syed.[protected]@way2online.com) executive of whaay.com as given below; Dear A Maheswaran, This is to inform you that due to public holidays like Holi / Ugadi / Financial year end / onset of elections, there has been interruptions in the dispatch of Woodlands Shoes from the brand. The dispatches would be delayed by a week’s time. We are expecting to dispatch them by Saturday. To compensate for the inconvenience, we would be sending a gift alongside. Once dispatched, you will receive a consignment number and courier name related to the dispatch. Kindly bear with us till then.         Hi,
        No use of that reply from Whaaky.com, its seems like automatic reply from their side. Atleast they should inform about product delivery confrimation but i felt they wont or never do that at all. Anyway i planned to rise this issue to consumer court, let see what ll happen.

                  I think, we should take the legal action against this organization while lodging the complaint in consumer forum because I am also among you all, who is still waiting for the response on my 5 emails. Just I am getting system generated emails every time and nothing else. Even I tried to contact on their helpline phone number but the call was never entertained by anyone and it seems every thing is just fake.

                  Request you to all please send me your all chain email or whatever you have the conversation details with them on the below email address and I will check with Court/Consumer Forum.

                  I Purchased last march samsung mobiles, i returend two times, still money was pending,
                  pls deposite my money, last oct 27th i received mails from you, your customer service write my money was refunded,
                  but i checked my bank account daily but there is no deposit from whaaky team,
                  My order is also not shipped yet. I am going to sit a file in consumer forem.

                  I think, we should take the legal action against this organization while lodging the complaint in consumer forum because I am also among you all, who is still waiting for the response on my 4 emails. Just I am getting system generated emails every time and nothing else. Even I tried to contact on their helpline phone number but the call was never entertained by anyone and it seems every thing is just fake.

                          I placed an Order for Reebok shoe with track shoot. As per the ad the same should be shipped within 4 - 7 days. But after continuous follow up and threaten to file complaint to consumer court they replied. After one month I received the consignement, but the trackshoot is not of standard size.                               You can ask your Credit Card issuer to cancel the transaction, within 30 days from transaction date, if you have not recd the order.

                              Jut call the credit card company to know more about cancellation procedure and do the needful at the earliest.

Till date i have not received the product and also even after sending multiple mails to cancel the order Company has not done that till date. Looks like they are not even reading our mails.. I have been telling that i am relocating to a new place so please refund my money if you can't deliver since i will not be available to collect the order...                                         My order number is S80183059. i was booked order before 1 month ago.after 1 month and 10 days about something i get the product. but whaaky is cheat with me. i buy the reebok shoes with track suit. while i got the product. whaaky send a duplicate reebok shoes. which is so lower quality. i already pay 999 rs fot it. on website whaaky shows the original reebok shoes and deliver duplicate reebok shoes which is very durty qualit. please teak a action for it. i just want a original reebok shoes as per my order otherwise please refund my rupees.
