On 14th december 2018 i placed an order vide [protected] for a nokia 5323 refurbished mobile and made payment of ₹1099, payment id of which is[protected] for delivering the article at my home..in the name of swarupa roy.
But till date i have not got the article. No information also they provided me. Only i got a message that payment is successful..in my given address.
Please look into the matter. Or advice me wheather i have to go to police or knock the door of law.

Powerbank that i am orderd is not working correctly i charged it for a while but it is not charged the light sensor blinked continueisly nd don t show charging percentage given on power bank i charged it for one hour but it show zero percentage of battry nd does not charge my phone

Ordered two power banks of mi, but when i broke the seal of packing, i found both of them duplicate.
Now i need my money back, as i am lending you the product back.
Tell me where from i have to collect my cod money.
I don't need the duplicate products at all, you are just befooling masses by showing the original products. For the god sake, let me have my money back and tell me how to collect my money and how to lend this product?

I don't want the order because it has no details and we didn't have any type of information about when order will arrive. We also sent a mail too but you not replay it. We also see to contact you but you are not lifting the phone. I have contact you above 5 times but you not lift the call. So cancel the order and return my money immediately and as fast as.

The product is totally futile not accordingly in good quality.
The product i expect is totally different from what i get.
It shows 20000 mah battery power but it is nt having 5000mah also. It is very difficult for us to use this futile product. Plz help us in solving this problem...

Sir i have a purchase my product in a whakky.com store.sir that time i purched saw in this site and delevery for my home its a totally different products..and many time i call customer care but call not answering..please sir call them and solve my problem.

As i kept mi power bank and i got samsung power bank even though that samsung power bank is not good quality. 1st october i have received a defected item, after that i had sent the item back to you. After that so many mail communication i had met but no response from your end. I never expect such poor service from your end

Hey you the product is useless, shame on you, dono ki dono power bank defective hain muze mera refund de do ya exchange krwa do nahi to muze customer court main jana padenga muze aap ke company ke khilaf case karna padenga usse accha muze refund kr do aur jald se jald karo ek bhi power bank charge nahi ho rahi aur kuch bhi nahi ekdum bekkar maal bheja hai refund karo aur aapki helpline number to wo uthate hi nahi hain
