I had ordered a pen drive of hp of 64 gb capacity on 11th apr 2018 with order no wh88691i got a parcel on 19th apr 2018. As i opened the package and inserted the pen drive in my laptop, i found that it was defective and fake and it is not working. Now i wrote to
whaaky.com, and call so many time,, system automatically disconnect the call, but no one care to reply at least, we request you to pickup the product back and refund the amount, and request you not to play with customers emotions.
They asked us to return back pendrive, now we have spent rs.100 to return it back, they recieved it on 30th apirl 2018,, according to them they had processed return on 17th may,, now today it is 8th june 2018,,, no refund came,, they are making customer fool every time, request you to take some strict action against them please.
