I had ordered a pen drive of hp of 64 gb capacity on 11th apr 2018 with order no wh88691i got a parcel on 19th apr 2018. As i opened the package and inserted the pen drive in my laptop, i found that it was defective and fake and it is not working. Now i wrote to whaaky.com, and call so many time,, system automatically disconnect the call, but no one care to reply at least, we request you to pickup the product back and refund the amount, and request you not to play with customers emotions.

They asked us to return back pendrive, now we have spent rs.100 to return it back, they recieved it on 30th apirl 2018,, according to them they had processed return on 17th may,, now today it is 8th june 2018,,, no refund came,, they are making customer fool every time, request you to take some strict action against them please.

    I have purchased a power bank from the site against order no WH15207 and paid Rs 949(photoes annexed). While i receive the item it was totally different then i requested for return but the company said that courier boy can't pick the item. You are requested to send the item by private courier and we refund the courier charges. There after i send the item by DTDC courier to company and paid Rs 250. From that day they neither they return money nor courier charges. Now the company not even pick my phone and no reply in e mails. Kindly advice me for further .

I havent received any confirmation mail from the respective authority (Whaaky) and i think this is one hell of a fraud site, because i have personally mailed them and got no response. I have also shared my order id and payment details and i expect them to ship the delivery and notify me. Being such a provider of things online they should have courtesy of replying to the concerns
