I have got your product but the product is defective n not working properly so i want to return it and please refund my money
So please refund the money to me the product i was expecting was not the same one n it is not the same as the shown on website n not working at all so kindly return my money please

Smartwatch is not working and bluetooth earphone is damaged please replace me and they are not picking my call customer care is not responding properly i think they are cheating to everyone like same to all the customers please do something the customer care is not picking or connecting my call to any of the customer care services people i am trying from so many days

I have ordered woodland shoes. Whaaky sent me said shoes which were not desired by me. Those shoes completely different from images which were shoen on internet page if called nobody is attending the call. Even i sent email with photos and receipt. The shoes are not good and quality. Sir, those shoes are ankle high and not suitable for me as iam 55yrs old.

I booked a power bank that is damaged and order id wh[protected] so i want to return it now it is not charging and it is not powering to the mobile so i want to return it now so kindly take it back and give my money you said that the two power bank had 20400 mah battery but one power bank is 13000 mah bank is not getting charged so i want to return it

I had not received refund of the my amount, i had order jeans from the website of the company, they are not providing as diaplayed in the website, they are selling other than what they are displaying and the product is damaged and i had written mofe than 13 email to the company and no response as requires is received from the comapny.

I had ordered one samsung power bank + bluetooth from whaaky.com on september 5, 2018 with order id wh[protected] and received the order on september, 6 2018. But when i checked the power bank i found it is of substandard quality and bluetooth is not working. So requested whaaky to return the product on september, 7 2018 and whaaky accept the refund on september 11, 2018 so i send the product to whaaky. On 24-sep i query about refund and whaaky reply that refund will done on or before 11th oct 2018 but i didn't got refund. Then i send 2nd query about refund 12 oct 2018 and whaaky reply for refund on or before 19th oct 2018 but i didn't got the refund. Similarly they commit refund on or before 1 nov 2018 and refund on or before november 1st week. But so far i didn't got refund

With respect to above subject I didn't get the order WH[protected] of 1099/-. Already I mailed to [protected]@whaaky.com so many times they told not traced ur location for delivery the product returned back to the companu n told to refund the amount still I didn't get the refund kindly refund the amount immediately

WH[protected] on 02.11.2018 & on same dt I got same item as gift so on 03.11.2018 I called to cancell order but today they informed its not cancelled but dispatched so cant be cancelled but I may reject the delivery so I reject & trying to call but no one receiving the call & now I want full refund for my paid order

I ordered MI power bank then i immediately canceled but still my money didn't refund still. Purchase date 27/08/2018, invoice no. wh[protected] and my complaint no. wh[protected]. after many time telephonic conversations not solve my problem. pls solve my problem ASAP.

in this parcel one is belongs to MI product and another is belongs to the SAMSUNG which is seemig totally fake.

and second thing is no extra invoice is find in this packing .

i think "WHAAKY.COM" is a fake website which is selling fake products insists of genuine rate of products.
i want to request you that kindly return this product because i am not satisfy with your services.
no words to say about this matter so sad to purchege this products.
please stop this type of service because this is called now a days technology fraud.
damaged products and used products are using in your whaaky.com website.
i need to duplicate bill which is fixed to the parcel. whaaky's product is fake and partially used.
