    I had ordered a pen drive of hp of 64 gb capacity on 11th apr 2018 with order no wh88691i got a parcel on 19th apr 2018. As i opened the package and inserted the pendrive in my laptop, i found that it was defective and fake and it is not working. Now i wrote to whaaky.com, and call so many time,, system automatically disconnect the call, but no one care to reply atleast, we request you to pickup the product back and refund the amount, and request you not to play with customers emotions.

    I had ordered a Pen drive of HP of 64 gb capacity on 11th Apr 2018 with order no WH88691I got a parcel on 19th Apr 2018.As I opened the package and inserted the pendrive in my laptop, I found that it was defective and fake and it is not working. Now I wrote to Whaaky.com, and call so many time, , system automatically disconnect the call, but no one care to reply atleast, we request you to pickup the product back and refund the amount, and request you not to play with customers emotions.

                  I had ordered a Pen drive of HP of 64 gb capacity on 3rd Apr 2018 with order no MH81181.I contacted customer service regarding shipment of order and I was told that it will reach me within 8 to 10 days. But I got a parcel on 7th Apr 2018.As I opened the package and inserted the pendrive in my laptop, I found that it was defective and fake. The manufacturer on this product is Vendor Co not HP. Now I wrote to Whaaky.com. But they are not attending any voice call. I tried many times to contact them. I request to refund the amount or send me the original product.

                  Sir,
                  It is more than a month that I am sending requests to whaaky. com to send the replaced product. They are always asking me to wait for three days i. e on Wednesday, Friday, next Monday etc. Their customer care told me that product was dispatched on 25th April 18 and support team inform me that product will be dispatched in the next week. They are, I think, be fooling me. Please help me in solving this issue.

                  On finding the product that it was fake, whaaky support team was intimated and the product was sent back. On 14th April, the parcel was received by whaaky. I was told that within 10 days, replaced product will be Dispatched, but till date no replaced product was sent. Please solve the matter and get my amount refunded.

                              I ordered mi 20000mah on 7th of march from whaaky. The order delivery was on time and i received it on 13th of march. What's disappointing was the product in the delivery box. It didn't have any company name on it and the product appeared damaged. Scratches on the top, usb cable points misplaced and such. I complained to them immediately after i saw this product, asking them how to return the product and sent them pictures later. Their support said that they'd respond but 2 weeks have passed and nothing. Hence this complaint. Please look into this matter as that product is laying in the box ever since. Thanks in advance.
