            My order was for nokai 2220. I have returned the product due to battery not fitting (Bigger than the mobile).

            Kindly note it is more than 6 months i have not received the refund.

                I have purchased power bank and pen drive but I received damage condition so I informed to customer care executive and ask for replacement. After 3 months I have not get any replacement. So I applied for refund but till date means more than 1 year not get refund.
                I call several times to customer care number always say you get refund with in 7 days. But not get. Also refund pending of courier charges.

                  Sir bought a Hp pen drive 64 GB from WHAAKY online shopping but he was defected product. I send product by courier product. Product delivered to Whaaky dated- 03/12/2017.
                  I always call to Whaaky support but he is always reply me your Refund amount credited in 7 days.but not Refund till date Amount = 1049/ Courier charge= 100/ Please sir help me

                      I have purchased mi power banks from whaaky.com my order is wh[protected].
                      But product is found defective so, that i complain for it and return the material and ask for refund process. I have sent through courier, they have received the next day. But they again and again said we have not received. I have receipt of courier, email the same but they now not responding to me. Also there is no customer contact no so that customer directly talk with them. Only email address available. Please complain about the same.

                        I had placed order for a power bank in Aug'18 of 20000 MAH. The product was faulty as it could not charge mobile phone in spite of showing full charge on power bank. I complaint to Whaaky and sent back the product to them at my own cost. I speed post on 21st August and I got back the product after repair on 19th of September. This time, I found that they did not provide the charging cable, and the power bank is unable to charge a 4000 mah mobile battery just 5% in one hour. I asked for refund and whacky agreed and asked me to ship the produt back. I again couriered the power bank to Hyderabad. On 25th of September they confirmed my refund after receiving the power bank. I was asked to wait 45 working days to get the refund when I started following up. After 45 working days over, they revised the date as 31st Dec'18, then 10th Jan'19 and then 31st Jan'19. Till 18th Jan at 8-20 pm, my refund is not made. It is not only the product price, but also I incurred twice the shipping charge.

                              I had ordered samsung pb20800 and bluetooth headset... Received on 31/08/2017 at 1.30pm...

                              The description on the image and product are different and the charges set shows its used one with scratches on it.

                                    I had ordered a nokia e63 from whaaky and i have got a damaged phone with battery not working and i sent them about 15 emails but they replied at last but they are asking me to sent it back to hyderabad while i live in lucknow its not a good way to deal with your customers thats very rude from them so i asked them that instead of replacement i want my money back but they didn't reply. This whaaky company owner should be beaten mercilessly for troubling us with his poor services. His owner is a clear cut thief and if i would not get any help as early as possible i will file a case against them. Even the phone and charger were looking dusty and as if they are brought from garbage. Such type of online companies should be banned 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

                                      Had ordered a nokia e63 from whaaky and i have got a damaged phone with battery not working, order id is[protected], they even don't reply to email and when i tried to call them they were not picking my call, they just say transferring your call and some songs were played for 5 minutes and then they cut the phone. Please i want my refund help. I called the customer service department but they didn't connect me with the customer care executive, i sent them emails but they didn't reply. I got a nokia e63 local brand i think and it's totally damaged and not working with battery a little bit swollen and charger is faulty. Everything i got from them was of poor quality. I think you will be able to help me out

                                        My self Adarsh Shukla and i have mistakenly ordered 2 MI 20000mAh Power Banks from whaaky.com of rupees 999/- on due date 22/12/2018 at 08:10:57 AM, order number [protected]. i prepaid the money by debit card during ordering the product.
                                        When i informed about this through email to whaaky.com, they haven't replied me about cancelling my order, haven, t called me. whaaky.com dindn.t refund the money also till date.
                                        I thought whaaky.com is a fake company because on its helpline number no one pick up the phone, always only the rings goes and continously repeationg "transferring your call to the operator" .

                                        Dear whaaky.com company if you are a genuie company then please call me or inform me and do the remedy of my issue.
