The shoes are not according to ordered shoes
So please return the shoes as it of low quality and not according to the shoes ordered.i have ordered brown woodland shoes and these are black shoes which I have not ordered and are of very low quality, so please return the product and return my money

I ordered a nokia mobile 8110 banana phone last month from whaaky.com
I received my order few days later and paid by cod... Cash on delivery, ihad my doubts looking at the packing, and i was right as when i opened the packing there was a wrong cardboard box, and inside was a cheap duplicate plastic mobile phone which tne flip cover was not even opening properly.
I called whaaky.com immediately and the person on the other end from whaaky was very rude and not helpful at all, i called several times and also sent email to them and their response was not good the operators were very rude and told me that in the description they have stated its a imported product, the problem is that when ordering the mobile there was no description given,
Then they say they cannot do anything no replacement no refund, all online retail web sites have a refund or replacement policy how come whaaky does not, this it out right cheating...
I paid rs 2649 for a cheap plastic non working mobile phone, how can i be helped...

I've ordered 3310 Mobile & Nokia C5-03 or Nokia 5233 and the order # S[protected]. But I got duplicate products and I've sent the mobile through courier within 72hrs. Every time I enquire about my refund the were telling its under process. This website should be banned. They never give any refunds. They never respond to their customers.

I have ordered woodland company brown colour shoes (Assorted), but u have sent me completely different shoes i. E woods company black colour shoes which is mismatching. I am returning these shoes back to u. Either u replace with original woodland brown shoes or refund my money back. I have paid rs. 1449.00

Customer care talk to me no any any product I tell no of time you company provides product default product but no any response

I was trying to contact the customer care department but they ddnt answer the call.

This site is really doing fraudulent activities. They are cheating people by saying that every product is tested in their supervision. They never give any solution and they only need money. These kind of sites should never be encouraged further. The only thing that can stop this fraud site is bringing awareness and letting its growth down fall. For this every ones cooperation is needed. Please let your friends know about these kind of sites and also warn them before buying by keeping this site as example. Moreover iam not going to leave this site to continue like this. Till they justify for the money.
