I ordered a nokia mobile 8110 banana phone last month from whaaky.com
I received my order few days later and paid by cod... Cash on delivery, ihad my doubts looking at the packing, and i was right as when i opened the packing there was a wrong cardboard box, and inside was a cheap duplicate plastic mobile phone which tne flip cover was not even opening properly.
I called whaaky.com immediately and the person on the other end from whaaky was very rude and not helpful at all, i called several times and also sent email to them and their response was not good the operators were very rude and told me that in the description they have stated its a imported product, the problem is that when ordering the mobile there was no description given,
Then they say they cannot do anything no replacement no refund, all online retail web sites have a refund or replacement policy how come whaaky does not, this it out right cheating...
I paid rs 2649 for a cheap plastic non working mobile phone, how can i be helped...

I've ordered 3310 Mobile & Nokia C5-03 or Nokia 5233 and the order # S[protected]. But I got duplicate products and I've sent the mobile through courier within 72hrs. Every time I enquire about my refund the were telling its under process. This website should be banned. They never give any refunds. They never respond to their customers.

I have ordered woodland company brown colour shoes (Assorted), but u have sent me completely different shoes i. E woods company black colour shoes which is mismatching. I am returning these shoes back to u. Either u replace with original woodland brown shoes or refund my money back. I have paid rs. 1449.00

So I call no of time in care centre of whaaky .con but no any response
Customer care talk to me no any any product I tell no of time you company provides product default product but no any response

I have purchased Nokia C3 Refurbished Mobile and Bluetooth from whaaky.com. order number is WH[protected]. but unfortunately i have received a faulty product. cell phone battery was not proper and cell phone was not detected the sim. I was trying to contact the customer care department but they ddnt answer the call.

please refund my cash immediately. please consider this as my application

This site is really doing fraudulent activities. They are cheating people by saying that every product is tested in their supervision. They never give any solution and they only need money. These kind of sites should never be encouraged further. The only thing that can stop this fraud site is bringing awareness and letting its growth down fall. For this every ones cooperation is needed. Please let your friends know about these kind of sites and also warn them before buying by keeping this site as example. Moreover iam not going to leave this site to continue like this. Till they justify for the money.

I requested for cancel my order. I sent a mail and called to care suport. They said the cancel request was done. But i received product and it is not even justifying for one rupee. I spent 1050 rupees for nokia 6030. I received a charger which is not working. I received a phone which is switchoff while i am trying to make a call.

Dear All pleas be Clear before purchasing any product from whaaky online portal compnay.Bcz this company is totally fake.you can also judge to see the attachment.no any refund process as per customer care discussion bt mention on company website for refund.anyway rfund is a secondary thing. We all need wright product as per mention on sit.they said all product is refurshbid branded But they are chitting bcz all product listed on site Chinees

I have forgot to choose right size of both shirt and jeans that's the reason for my canceling request!!!

I placed ORDER WH110569 in WHAKKY.COM for Two items.1)JUDWA Bluetooth stereo headphone. -2Nos. Rs549. They delivered me defective pieces. 2)Brendad 20800 mah Poer banks 2Nos Rs699. They never delivered nor refund.They are doing fraudulent business and no ethics.How to get back my money Rs699 AND Rs549.
Whakky Promised to refund on 10th July .But they did not refund as on 14th July. Also they supplied purposely defective JUDWA Bluetooth stereo headphone. -2Nos. for Rs549 and they simply not agreeing for replacement or refund. They are really a Bogus online trading Company which needs to be black listed to protect interest of customers.
