I had ordered goods from Whaaky and below mail is confirmation, But inspite of getting dispatch details, same is not reflecting on the courier site and hence followinup for refund.

I was surprised to see the online complaints on Facebook page 'Whaaky Complaints'

I had got wrong product..i wat to return it but customer care is not at all attending call..site does not have return option too..my order was of rupees 1309 i want refund it...it was 3 jeans 3 shirts. THIS WEBSITE is really a bloody blunder. None of the products you see on the website in the images posted are delivered exactly. All the products I received were damaged, used & mainly torn, wrong sizes. Not receiving refund or product

Supplied different size & defective material vide order no. S[protected].I sent them the images, they acknowledged but refused to either replace with correct size good material or refund my money, which was paid in advance by me.They seem to be a fraud company and cheat/fleece/mislead customers by taking money in advance and not fulfilling promised order correctly.
My several emails to them have just been ignored by routine negative replies.
Through your intervention, I, as a customer, demand that they should urgently replace the wrong/defective supplies or refund my money into my bank a/c so that I can send back their material, which is of no use for me, to them.

9 Plain Leggings were delivered against order Ref:No TARS[protected] ARAMEX # [protected]. Dated: 08/03/2017. The delivery was prompt and without any delay.

Now, three pairs of Leggings were found to be of identical color.This was not what was shown in the display.I am totally disappointed with my first experience with whaaky .com. Kindly OBSERVE THE IMAGES THAT I HAVE SENT WITH THIS COMPLAINT.

mai inse paise nhi Apna order chahta hu wo bhi original Agar ye nhi dete he to mai inke upar police case karna chahunga
