      But I got shirts of different sizes and different products from selected products.
      I have put mail them to register my complaint but I did not get any response .
      I have bought this from whaaky.i have ordered first time from this site .Now I got to know it is fraud site .Please resolve my problem

      i have tried many times on given number but no one is taking phone, this is the way to make fool customer.and you have provide me wrong product it is your duty to take product back and return my money.how can i believe after taking product you will return money or not.

      Refund not received even after more than 3 months and repeated promise giving deadlines which never honoured.

      Company providing fake/cheap products, asking consumers to return it on their cost and if refund is requested,
      false promises are made of refund giving never ending dates and harassing the consumers. they are very polite on email and giving sweet pills thru emails promises. They are having one phone number of Hyderabad office, which is not responded putting you on hold for 10 minutes and than disconnecting. repeated attempts of call of 10 minutes
      if by chance they respond( one in 15-20 attempts), they will promise sweetly to attend your complaint but of no avail.

        Dear Sir,

        I had bought from whaaky 2 jeans jacket worth Rs 600 (incl. shipping) through online bearing orderno S[protected] the jeans jacket received was of poor quality and the size was smaller. I had order XL size but the actual product which i received was smaller then XL size, therefore i made a complaint and ask for refund or replacement. They ask me to send the invoice copy along with the cloth photos and accordingly i forwarded them. Then they ask me to courier the same products within 4 days . I paid Rs. 250 and courier the cloths through overnight express and the goods were received by the Whaaky team. they confirm the receipt of the returned product too. 20.2.17 Today i received the replacement product the cloth which i got today was smaller then earlier received jacket. Now i have lost my money Rs 800. but not satisfied with the service of whaaky. I had mentioned properly in email to support team but no one refer it properly.

            Hi whaaky support team,

            I got an email after order was success, later in few minutes i also received that order has been failed, but money already deducted, i did payment via payu money netbanking, if order failed i will get the refund...?, in website it shows order success, am in confusion whats the status.

            This is something serious, u guys need to answer to our query. Tried calling to customer care, there is no reply. Sent a mail no reply as well.

            Please check & let me know if i will get the refund in case if the product order is not successful, my money has already been deducted.

                  I am Arun Sharma. I ordered a pack of power bank in which buy one get one free offer. But I received only one. I sent a complaint to website they gave reply that they will check this issue and give me reply. After two days I got message that they have packed my remaining product and it will reach with in 5 to 7 business days but it didn't come to me. Also one more problem I ordered MI power bank but they send MI++ a Chinese product and that one I received also destroyed product. I need to refund my product they are not sending any reply

                            I ordered for 3 ' Kouton, shirts of size 40-42 inches from Whaaky. When the shirts were delivered, 2 were in the plastic/polythene packing, and one shirt, dirty, old was sent tied in a string . On complaining they acknowledged the complaint, but have asked me to send it to them at my cost !! Am I tp pay for their negligence and carelessness ?
                            Why doesn't some government agency do something about such shady operators ? can someone tell me how I am to get someone to take action against them ?
