As I gave details about how I was cheated by Whaaky.com for the Product. Now after er sharing the experience and complaining against the company now they contacted me back after 6 months and asked the details of the bank.Accordinly I forwarded all the details on 26/02/2017. And I was asked to wait for 8 to 10 working days. And I will get the refund. But it was not done. And now when I contacted the company for the refund I get the reply that it will be transfered on 28/03/2017.Exactly more than a month. That means company does business on my money they cheat people this way. They earn in lakhs with our money. There may be many cases like me. And I am getting mentally depressed with this behaviour of the company.

                  Hi I have recently ordered shirts from Whaaky Online and my Order No is S[protected]

                  Its been more than 10 days still there is no response on my order and I am trying to call the customer care No, but no one is attending ..

                  the call is never getting tranferred to the customer care and the call gets disconnected everytime I have tried ..

                  I have paid INR 400 through my credit card for the Order which consists of 3 Pcs of shirts ..

                  it seems these small Online companies are just fake and collecting money from people like us and forget after that and there is no communication at all from their side

                  I request you to kindly take a deep action on the same since there are so many people who are trusting them and are at failures

                  I want the final reply or cancel my order and refund my money back

                            I purchased 2 pair of Jeans and Tshirts from whaaky.com.
                            The pictures which were on screen was not the one which I received. I was like stitching was not proper. Buttons are not good. Leather is peeling off on fabric. I have returned / self shipped the garments and requesting for my amount . i have send all the bank details to the Whaaky.com .
                            No one pick the Customer care Contact no. Its is just for the formality.
                            No one reply on your mail.
                            It's truly been so long.. Not getting my cash refund..
                            This is not a good experience for a customer asking for his own amount...
                            After so many reminders... Yet not received my cash... This is truly very bad...

                            I would never suggest any person to buy from whaaky.com.
                            We can easily trust on SNAPDEAL and FLIPKART but not on Whaaky.com

                                  whaaky.com is a fraud side and no product return and maintain address return the product so no any rupees return for this webside.

                                  I drop many mail for whaaky.com but no any reply for whaaky side..and no any solution for this ..

                                  this is fraud and fake side..
                                  all product is show and deliver but all product is " duplicate "

And as per, your terms and conditions I registered my complaint within 24 hours.Seriously very disappointed with your services and your product quality .its nokia 3 jeans and 3 tees of you given to us. A Product which you shows on the website was very different and when I actually receive the product that was totally different.it is damage and the Quality of product is really cheap. And bigger in size which you are displaying on your website I m very irritated. I am not satisfied with this product. it is a fake product as which you show on the website. I just want to get my money back which was just rupees 1150..and that jeans are used..when you wash the color becomes white...damge.and bigger on size...worst shoping experience ever

                                        This is the worst purchase which I would have done online. I purchased the REEBOK shoe Order Placed on :[protected]:26:37, but even a road side shoe for Rs. 200/- would be better than the quality that is sent.

                                        Kindly let me know how I can return this shoes and get the refund and this would be last time I will be ordering any product online.
