I had shopping reebok shoe but this site dispached addidas shoes so i refund my security 650 rs.

I had placed an order for a nokia phone from Whaaky.in.
The order number is S[protected]
the phone that I received was a defective piece and i mailed them regarding that and they asked me to resend the item to them. even after doing that i had to wait for nearly 2 months for getting a replaced product and even that was a defective piece.

then after this they are not picking the call and not replying for the mails.

his company is just fooling every one.

Dear Concern,

I purchased 3 Shirts and 3 Trousers from your online portal on 18th March 2016. Which I got delivered on 26th March 2016 from GATI DKT[protected]. I even paid online the payment of Rs 1099/- Instantly so that It could be delivered on time and before Holi but Its wasn't . As It said It will be delivered before 7 days.

It was a gift to one of my relative yo came to our home for Holi.

When I opened it to my shock. All the Shirts and trousers I found were in Terrible state.

There was Ink stain on Shirts, Bobbling all over the shirt, Trousers were handly stiched which was clearly seen, There was a tear at the bottom, faded colours of all the shirts and Trousers and in worst condition.

ITS WAS 100% USED ClOTHES and It was 100% for BEGGARS.

How you people could do this to us. I paid all the money to you what you asked for this

I was so embarrassed in front of my relative for which I have no words.

It is like a mentally harassment. I resumed office today and writing this mail first to you.

I want strict action against this for whoever is responsible.

I ordered 5 tees vide order no S[protected], the product what I have received is worst quality and some smell is coming, may be seconds, I think I have wasted money, not even one brand which you have mentioned in the website is received by me. Next time do not fool people like this, All my order contain only tees and only one polo. Again telling it is the worst product ever received from your website

I have contacted whaaky.com customer care since last 15 Days and mail them on 8th June regarding the same but they didn't reply.

I had ordered for a powerbank, my order number is S[protected]. I haven't got any update for the same. I already paid money through my credit card.

Whenever I have tried to call them or email them, I didn't get any response. They ever answer their phone and not even reply on email.

Please do not waste your time and money on such kind of websites.

They are fraud and doing scam openly.

I ordered a set of a MI power bank and an LG headset, together for rs.799.But when i received it, the power bank was damaged and the headset was a fake.my mobile no. is [protected]. i approached their customer care service and told them that i wanted a refund but they promised me that they would resend genuine products this time. they asked me to send the photos of the damaged product which i sent the next moment. since that day, neither have i received any further message from them, nor they pick my phone up.

I am from mumbai. First time i ordered a product from whaaky.com. Located at hyderabad.

Till today (22.06.16), i have received the product. I have spent lot of money in making phone calls on customer care no.[protected] but there is no positive response nor any delivery details received till date. Even email sent in this regard is yet to be answered.

Please resolve my complaint by arranging to make early delivery of the product in good condition.

I have booked 2 samsung guru e1200 mobiles from whaaky.com website my order delivery boy came at my door step then i demand that firstly i willcheck the mible then i will pay he denied so i give him money and took mobiles but when i opened the box then i found 2 local brand mobiles and aslo found local chargers or local batteries so i have to return it as soon as possilbe but there is no option of return on whaaky.com how. I am kiran. I called the customer care n number times but they’re not responding to us. This is first time i order in whaaky site. I have order from your site below listed:
1.) two super bright led solar lanterns (Product ref. No: s[protected]:- 2 super bright led solar lanterns on[protected] and my order no is s[protected]. One super bright led solar lanterns working fine. But another one is defect piece. It’s not working & outer body is damage. So please refund the amount or replace the items within 1 to 2 working days. Please resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Dear Whaaky Team,

I purchase MI 10400 MAH Power Bank from you site vide order No.S[protected] Dated 25.05.2016 Which delivered on 11th June 2016 but that is not working when we charged to power bank it takes only 5~10 min in charging and only one led glow, and after 5~1010minutes its stopped to glow . And when we charged phones from power bank mobile charged only 4~5% and after that power bank shutdown automatically.

so Kindly replace same urgently and if can not replace, refund my money.

I had ordered in month of feb 2015 but i didn't received my product till may so i had cancelled it in may 2015, but still i didn't received my refund back.

Its been more than 16 months but still there is no feedback about my refund for which i had cancelled my order.
Whaaky.com is a fraud company.

On 6th June I placed a order (a pair of jeans) to whaaky with paid of rs-499/ through my debit card.But till date they are not shipped my product.I was email them at least 6 times, in reply they said in whelming of order they are delayed Almost 15 days gone but there are no positive reply. from there end.I would request to you please solve this problem & arrange to shipped my order as soon as possible.
