Thank you for your delivery before time.
There is no booklet in the parcel to show/explain the working of the lantern.
I being a sr. Citizen, expect you to provide the details of its functioning.+ how do i start the lantern.
As a matter of fact, this is a simple question for all buyers.,.. How do, i start? There is on/off switch, but when i on it — it is not working. Without starting, i feel it is defective pcs.
I expect some one to give demo to me or explain via phone call or by a booklet. (Which all manufacturers do in their products) (Electrical or otherwise.)
Kindly do the needful at your earliest.
Till then, this product is lying with me on your behalf.
Please note i have paid your delivery man rs.750/- with out delay.

Refer to my email of yesterday. I regret, i have not received any reply from you.
Since i do not know the working of the item, under question, it is lying with me on your behalf, with out any use to me.
Your phoneno[protected] also rings but with no reply.. No one picks up the phone.
Since, it has no booklet& it does not work, i feel it is a defevtive pcs.
Now with your no reply, (By phone & by email) it confirms that you suplied to me a defective pcs... (2 nos).
Kindly arrange to take it back and refund my money of rs.750/- at your earliest.
I was, thinking of buying more items, but with this attitude and wrong supplies, i change my mind for not buying any thing from your company.
