I have ordered mobile on april. I got a damaged product sop i have returned. Still i didnt receive my refund money. I have sent lot of mail to them, i will get reply as "we received your account number, we will refund in 5/7 working days."

Almost 2 months gone, still i am getting the same reply rarely.

I had ordered two items buy paying (Rs 399+rs 799) through my icici credit card

Item 1 (Rs 799) ordered on 30th may, 2016 and there was no response. After 1 day i got the message your shipment is confirmed and will be dispatched in 7-8 working days.

No items delivered in next 15 days

Then i have ordered
Item 2 (Rs 399)

Again next day i got message saying your shippment will be delivered in 7-8 working days
On 25th june, 2016 i got the shipment tracking number for delhivary and then told they will deliver in 2-3 days.

Mean while i sent out whaaky.com customer support mail cancelling my first order (799) but no reponse even after i sent out mail 10 times. I really don’t know what they do here

Then i saw my order 2 delivered at office when opened item there were 3 shirts which are purely used one, defective, all are from different brands, no proper size

Hence it is company trying to sell old and used goods through online but they are not honest like quicker or olx

Kindly do not buy anything from whaakya.com and we need to sread this message everywhere in india so that no one will get cheated like me

Whatever the comments provided in the product quality reviews seems fraud

Received an order as cod a defective powerbank and a bluetooth headset. Contacted the customer care. Told to send the picture of the defective product. Send on 05/06/2016. It has been approved.. And has been said to send the product at their address which is

I send the defective product on 06/06/2016 through dtdc by spending rs:-310. They acknowledged that they have received the product on 17/06/2016. But till then neither i got the product nor any shipment notice. After this whenever i send email they replied that the fresh product will be shipped within 4 business days. I dont know how they calculate 4 business days, already many are gone. Actually, i lost both the money as well as the products. I am sure that the same product (Which i sent to whaaky for replacement) will again dispatched by whaaky to some other people to cheat them.

This is totally not acceptable as i have ordered ear phones on the sony but have only one sony, one philips and one china brand earphone. Have also resent it back to your office but still the original headphones have yet not been sent. First time have used whakky ira not even worth buying, incase new is not getting sent kindly reverse my money. My order no - s[protected]

Actually I made a transaction on 01/06/2014 for online purchase to buy Emergence Lantern on whaaky.com but that website seems to be Fraud my money was deducted till now i didn’t received the product. i already sent many emails there is no response even if they reply it will be the same response i will get when i send the email next time. phone calls were not answered. Please do the needful

I don't know what these whaaky.com people think about the customers but I want to say that the customers are not fools. I ordered a combo of a power bank and a LG Bluetooth headset for Rs.799 . When the product reached me the power bank was broken and the headset was not at all of the promised company LG. I called these peopleand they promised me that they will take away the package and send me genuine products this time. They requested me to email the photographs of the damaged product and I did so. It has been over three weeks since this talk has happened. Whenever I try to call these people in their working hours nobody picks up the phone line and I'm really irritated now . Now I just wish to have my refund and get rid of this order. My phone number with which I placed the order is [protected].

I have ordered branded 3 jeans but they have given very old jeans without any brand . i have send mail to them regarding the mail but they are not giving any reply to that, also the product is defective, the jeans have small holes into it .
I have attached image of it to their mail id . But they didnt respond it, even their call centre is always busy. one of the worst service provider they are in india.

With reference to the order placed to you Order No. S[protected]. Order for 3 Koutons Casual Shirts is still pending. Please note the following complaints in quality:
We ordered 5 Tees from very popular Brands in which 1 round collar T-Shirt has joint stitching done to make the complete the size
2nd Polo collar T-Short has Yellow spots in front & looks like used for some pizza shop.
We ordered 2 Branded Jeans in which 1 Jean has a cut & done mending by rafoo stitch in front and also so tight at knees, we can't run it.
Shoes colours are unlikely.
Images of all the defective items are attached herewith.

It looks like we are cheated in this deal with Whaaky.com All products are not in very rough quality & not as per the expectation we had with your presentation on web portal.

We, immediate wish response/call/replacement of all these items.

I have ordered a mi power bank worth 499/- from whaaky online shop on 27th may 2016 and still i not received my deliverable, and even there is no communication from there side about the confirmation after the order confirmation.
It's really disappointing, even now they will reimbursed my money doesn't payback my time and the value of money.

There must be some strict action has to be taken against them, otherwise if they will do like this by keeping money for such a long time and i guess a lot person from india, so they will earn interest on the same money;and it's the fraud by committing to customer they are not following the same

I purchused a goods of 3000/- rs from whaaky.com which includes branded shirts & pants, but instead of showed images of branded products they sent very low quality material. I sent mails to [protected]@whaaky.com regarding refund of my order amount & also try to discuss my issue on call on no. [protected] but they not response on call. I called them several times in these days but i not got any response from whaaky customer care yet on mail or on call.

I had placed an order on " http://www.whaaky.com" on 8th June 2016 for a Men Suit piece using my SBI credit card. As per the website the order was supposed to be shipped within 10 business days, though even today ie 28th June 2016 it still shows as Preparing to ship . I have sent 5 emails asking for the status of the order, including 2 for cancelling the order and refund . Every time I get the same default reply as shown below

The calls to the number [protected] are answered and then it is announced call is being transferred to an executive and then after 1 min the call is disconnected . Please check as to what can be done for me to get a refund or the product delivered. Attaching a document which still shows the order status as Preparing to Ship.

Kindly note that we have put on your site order for reebok branded sports shoes black @499/- + courier charges 150 total cost of shoes 649/- and then today we have received shipment adidas shoes and colour is so white?
what a dull services do you give customer this is my first time then you will cheated with me so plz replace this shoes we should not want white shoes we want black colour shoes of reeebok brand & size of no.7

I “uma devi” ordered 2 mi power bank (699/-) product through www.whaaky.com (Order no:[protected] on 20 june 2016. I paid the amount through netbanking. Later i called them and cancel the order. They told amount will be refunded with 5 days.

Today.28 june. I called them several times. Nobody is lifting the call nor refunding the amount.

Their service is pathetic. Please resolve the concern asap.
Please help me out how i can take legal action on www.whaaky.com

I have order 2 mi+ 10400mah power banks @ 499 +150 =649 from whaaky.com on 21st june & i received my delivery on 27th june.2016
I was paid first then i received my delivery after that when i checked my power bank one is working and another one is not working unable to charge it's very very poor quality. So on next day i have send the mail to

Sir, i am totally depressed on seeing my order purchase for nokia 220 - luck buy chance - nokia @ 1499 - order no. S[protected] by whaaky online sellers by yesterday ie 27th june 2016. Because, i had ordered only for genuine nokia mobile and accessories (During the sales on online they had mentioned the word refurbished). The payments was also made to them by net banking on the date of booking itself. Once the product reached my place, i came to know that am cheated. Please save every citizen of india from these kind of peoples, also i found only from these sales, that they had not raised any sale invoice for my order which i had purchased. So, i request you humbly to get my payment back for these kind of sellers.

I have order 10 shirt pies from whaaky.com on 3rd june & i received my delivery on 11th june.
I was paid first then i received my delivery after that when i see my shirts it's very very poor quality. So on next day i have raised the complaint against the complaint same but they are not properly replaying my email. I have called on there customer care no.
