Sir i have placed an order of sony powerbank from whaaky.com on june 8th, then i contacted them on june 13 as i did not get any response from them, then they said product will be dispathed with in 3 days, now its been 1 month i have not received the product yet, they are not picking my calls and not replying mail.. my order id is s[protected]. please help me, please see attached picture...

Item is booked and paid on 16.06.2016. so far it has not been delivered nor any body is picking the phone given in your site[protected]. as per your site you will take 7-10 days to deliver the goods. please revert asap.
There is no response to the phone call. recorded message transferred to the operator and got disconnected. very unusual practice....
