Hi,
I bought 5 linen shirts cost of 1049 rs (Order no: s[protected] on apr 1, 2016 and payment mode was cash on delivery. We paid 150 rs extra for cash on delivery option. The product was delivered after 6 days. Delivered shirts quality size and color all are not as per mentioned at site.

We talked to customer care and they said to return the product and committed to refund delivery changes as well.

After three days we got confirmation mail that they has received the returned product and asked for account detail.

We provided our account detail and after waiting 4, 5 days we tried to contact them on mentioned contact number on their site but no one was picking my call. I tried many times and up to 4, 5 days continues and side by side i wrote mail for current status of refund money but didn, t get single reply from them.

Four days before i send one mail and mentioned that i am going to register complain in consumer court if they don't provide any update in few days.

Till now i didn't get any response. I got their mail on 20th of april that they have received my product and today is 17th may.

Please do need full.

I have order on 02.05.2016 vide order no S[protected] a power bank of Sony company in 25000mah and the payment was made through credit card an amount Rs.599.00. After received amount no any response given to me till now a I approx 25 mail sent and call to customer care but customer care computerized receive phone but no person talk approx 02 minute phone hold and deduct .Approx 150 amount expenditure phone. But no any response from Whaaky.com.
So I therefore request my owner kindly help me for product delivery or amount return back and obliged thereby.

I have bought and been told that it will be sent. From the day1 it is on the same status "preparing to ship". The transaction details are as below.

There was no response even after i called [protected]. Please do reply for this mail as i tried reaching on call however no one responded.
There was no response for the mail also.

I ordered shirts, which are having holes in it and are made up of very worst material, and are different as show in the add, and the have some dirty patches like it is been used by some one and also have ink mark on it, its fraud against my money . will sue you guys for such fraud. as they charged me for 399 and when i am calling on the helpline number they are disconnecting my call. the company see, to be fraud as they are many compain logged against them. them dont responce to their customer as the are just doing fraud and earning money. i even dropped them mail on the given mail id [protected]@whaaky.com, they should be out of market as because of them people have lost trust on e commerce industry. i want my money back or else will have to find some other way.

I purchased 5 jeans pants from whaaky.com through cod. I received the pants through courier and paid rs. 1299/- to them. After opening the parcel the pants are not in correct size, it very short in size, i ordered for 36 size, but they sent small size, and the pants are not jeans pants, i contact customer care they advised to send back the pants, i send the pants to company by courier, i have courier receipt with me, and acknowlegment, and onlife confirmation also. They asked my bank details, i send them. They replied me on[protected] and says we will deposit the above amount into your account within 7 business days. More than 2 months is over still they not paid, i made no. Of complaints through emails, still no reply, please take action regarding this, i have documentary proof of receipts.

I have done slmost 10 mails but no reply . Kindly help me plz.Or back my payment.i tried soany times to call but they are not answerimg the call.

Actually, i had been buy somesang mobile from whaaky.com. The mobile isvery bad quality that i expected and i had to return the same for given whaaky add. And they ensure to they have to refund my money on my account since 5 working days. But last 10 days i have follow up the refund money & i am 10 time to remind email to whaaky but they unable to replay my email. And also tried to call whaaky almost 8 time everyday but no one picked the phone and not get any response.

When i track this order the status show 'preparing to ship' from last 72 hrs. Customer care no. Is also not responding, no one can pick the phone. I already paid the total amount. For this type of behavior from company i am 100% sure that company has cheated me and stole my money by fraud.

The order is not shipped even after 25 days of confirmation. They are giving unbelievable reply.customer reviews shows this is a cheating firm .even if they ship the order it will be of bad quality used items that could not be used. If they cannot fulfil the order in time why they are accepting orders and payment.
So I don't want to stick on the order. I can't wait further. Please cancel my order and refund my payment urgently. Please take urgent action

I think i am cheated by this site they not recieving a call & not given the emails answer

I orderd a product worth rs 999 through debit card in whaaky.com on 22/4/2016 (Order id s[protected]. As per the information provided by them they must dispatch the product within 7 days from the date of order. Till now they didn't dispatched my order. I tried in phone many times but can't reach. Also mailed them several times, only computerized replies i get. My friend orderd on 8/5/2016 (Order ids[protected] by cash on delivery and on 11/5/2016 they dispatched the product.

I placed an order of three assorted half sleeves shirt on 13/04/2016 (Order no. S[protected], they delivered me the order on 17/04/2016, but the product was worst in quality so i returned it by self shipment on 28/04/2016, they got it by 30/04/2016, they told me they will replaced the order within four business day but i asked to refund money but till date no response. As their no is always busy, so all conversation is done by mail. Please help me asap. Saswatisaharoy.

I have place two order on cod both i have receive status is below

But the quality is worst for which i have initiate for refund and i have sent one shipment (S[protected] back via dtdc, but still to get refund back and even don't know which way they will refund.
Also for the other shipment i am not getting any response from whaaky and they are also not receiving ph calls... Whaaky are cheating customer by showing the image of good quality and sending worst quality material with different from the image.
Plz help me to get my money back...
