On 7th april 2016, i had ordered a snexian internet mobile from online portal whaaky.com. Order no. S[protected] dated 7th april 2016. I got the item delivered after a week but without an invoice.
When i started using the phone, i found that the internet is not getting connected and hence had called the service centre in hyderabad on 18th april 2016. The service center person: mr. Nagaraju (Mobile no.[protected]) spoke to me respectfully and heard my complaint and asked me to get the invoice for the phone to get the defect rectified.

Since 18th april 2016, i have been contacting whaaky.com customer service numbers[protected],[protected] and spoke to various people (Rohit, roshan, teja, ravi teja, srikanth, neha, kavita, nandini) asking for the invoice for the defective phone which i wanted to get repaired myself from their service centre in hyderabad. They have been promising that i would get the invoice within 20 minutes in my gmail inbox, within one hour, within 24 hours etc, but till today, i have not received the invoice for my ordered item which is stopping me to visit the service centre for rectification of the defective phone. I was irritated with their irresponsible responses and then i had informed that i would go and complain in the consumer form for which one of their lady executives had told me that i am most welcome to do so.
I had even requested for refund / replacement for which they had finally accepted and informed me that they will credit the amount into my credit card account and then i can return the mobile handset to them in hyderabad office. It has been 10 days or more that i have not received the refund into my card account and they are also sitting silent on my complaint as they have nothing to loose as they got their amount for the defective snexisn internet mobile.
I request them to either refund the amount of inr 699/- into my credit card account or replace the mobile handset with a proper invoice and arrange for the pick up of the old one from my side or arrange for the invoice for my ordered item immediately without any delay.

I have ordered Nokia 1100i but I received duplicate mobile, during purchase they are not mentioning that it was refurbished etc, now I have returned the item to their address through dtdc, but still I am not getting any reply from them, this whaaky customer care no is also not working that are not at all lifting the calls, why this stupid site are still maintaining it is a fraud site, I have already enclosed all the supporting documents like images of mobile, dtdc status report, and call disconected screenshots etc. Still iam not getting any reply from them, very stupid and careless behavior.

I want to change my shirt. The product is not matching nd product is damaged. My order no s[protected]iis this so please return my product. The product is also damaged nd in 3 combo shirt not a single shirt is matching solo even hope the company will react like this i will shopping in future but in one condition i want to return because it's not use to me so what can i do for that.

I purchased mobile nokia n72 through whaaky rs.2150 i paid cash on deleivery. I was found the same time camera not working i returned a complaint to refund a amount. Whaaky executive told that send through courier i sent courier rs.100 i paid. Finally i was send the reminder they executive they called me they asked my bank account no i sent a mail they told the amount will be credited with in 7 days. Today its a 17th day amount not yet credited. Please help me

I have placed an order of Mobile ( Brand Nokia ) on dated 22 April 2016 against the order no S[protected].

As per notification sent b you I supposed to get the handset on 2/3 May 2016 but till date I have not get the mobile.

I request you to please let us know the exact delivery date or otherwise I need to take the legal action against you to not delivering the mobile as well as refund of money.

I had ordered 4 trousers from online shopping website www.whaaky.com. but when i received the product its having defected sitting and waist area. So i called them and justify the thing that what is the problem in the product afterwards they send me an email with request to give pictures of defected products and they will assured me to refund it. But sending mail with pictures on 5th of april, 2016, they are not giving me reply. The support team of whaaky.com neither reply my mail nor answering my call since last 1 month.
The whole packet they send me is having price of worth Rs.1199/- including parcel handling charges. And their telecaller also reply me that whaaky.com will refund me my amount and collects the faulty product they send. But now they didn't answer my call or mail since a month.
I need my money refund or they replace faulty product.

I had ordered for sony portable power bank vide order number s[protected] from the above, on 26.04.2016. Based on an email received in my email account. The payment for this was made online with my credit card. The portable power bank has not been received nor any intimation on when the item will be delivered, till date. An sms confirming the order was received.

I place a order for sony power bank on 21st april 2016 for an amount of INR 599/-. My order no is S[protected].
its been more than 11 days but have not received product.
I called their call centre no on[protected] first they received call and told me i will receive order by today 6th may 2016 and disconnected the phone. Now no one is picking up phone. Just received a auto generated apologies mail from them. but no idea about product when will get delivered. I also mail them on apology mail received by them but no response from them. but i have not received any order yet. I have been trying thd eir customer care no but no one is picking just am able to here whaaky.com customer care centre is open from 8 am to 8 pm from monday to friday and after that call get disconnected.
I dont want to go for product any more and need refund.

Kindly help me in regards of refund of my money.

Dated 27.04.2016, i ordered & paid for 1 pc nokia 1100 & paid already rs.499 through credit card hdfc bank, from your sight order no. Is s[protected] so that i just want to know that why is being late? Tell me what's the problem?
If you don't have the product plz don't do the publicity about the product, refund my money or send it as soon as possible.

I have tried to place online order form whaaky.com & when i have tried to do payment though debit card option while amount got deducted from my account balance but not order not placed and not got any refund.

The product send by them was fake and it want my money back so i ned you guys support to fight aganist them, why means i am student and i am help less by the site and they are didn't responding to my mails and phonecalls and i'm not willing to take that product and i want to return it and it was purched through online by cash on delivery process so please help me to take my money back from that site.

I have tried to contact with the company on phone and via email, but all in vain. 20 days have been passed neither they sent my product nor they reply my mail. I want my money back. Previously i have purchased 3 shirts and one fila shoes from this site but they cheated me in the name of branded product. All the three product is of poor and of inferior quality. All the above products were ordered by me in between 16th to 18th april 2016, actually this site is defrauding/cheating the people by selling their inferior quality products in the name of branded.

Please check the attachments where i have received mi power bank instead of sony power bank. Please replace immediately with sony power bank.

The main problem is that they are not responding to call nor mails. This is the worst site i had ever seen. I am trying to contact them since 26th april but could not able to connect to the customer care which is causing irritation.
Neeever buy the products from unknown sites and see that they could replace my product.

I think this site should be banned and should be penalised.

Whaaky.com attracts customers with low price products and their are delivering worst items.. The Item i ordered is 3 assorted shirts @ 399 and they kept option for payment online only (though displayed COD) but the Item got delivered to me is used shirts very worst in condition.I have checked in internet for comment about this whaky.com many are experience the same. Please take action or block the site as they are cheating many customers. Please take necessary action about the website so that other customers will be not get cheated. The Item I have order it on :
