I have purchased a samsung mobile phone from whaaky.com but this product is completely duplicate and not working..so i call whaaky customer service but they did not attend the phone.. i am a common man so i want back my money. Please help me.otherwise i take to legal action by this fake company.They cheat the common people.I want my money back.please help me.please...

I received 3 jeans and 3 tees all three jeans are different size one is 34" second is 36" and last one is 38" respectively with one damage (Stitched).

And all 3 tees are gig medium sizes.
I have already communicated through mail on 31st march, but did not get any response form whaaky team.

I have taken 10 casual shirt from whaaky.com, there it was shown something and i got something else. So i spoke with them regarding refund, they told me return the product via courier we will refund your amount. I have couriered the shirts via dtdc courier cn no (Z[protected] . Even they have acknowledged that they have received the product. They received the product but still they have not refunded my money, it's almost 7 month. I have called so many times to their customer care but they are not responding at all. Please help me.

Actually, i had been buy to sports shoes from whaaky.com. The shoes are faulty and i had to return the same for given whaaky add. And they ensure to they have to refund my money on my account since 5 working days. But last 2 months i have follow up the refund money & i am 10 time to remind email to whaaky but they unable to replay my email. And also tried to call whaaky almost 8 time everyday but no one picked the phone and not get any response.
They give me some confirmations & transaction ref id / cheque no: [protected]
But still not yet received refund amount on my account.

I was purchase one of mi 20800mah power bank to whaaky.com shopping site (Order no-s[protected] rs. 649/-, after i receive the product the power bank is not orignal its duplicate product and power bank is not 20800 mah it just 2100 mah, this shopping site is fake. I have ordered refurbished mobile on whaaky.com earlier payment made. There was delay in Receving the product also. As i received the product the sim cannot be read by that mobile any of the network. I have mailed and called whaaky.com so many times still there is no response on call and replying lately to mails as they take about 10-15 days to reply for mail.

Dear all online shopping users, Here I would like to inform you that never purchase any goods from this site. this is totally a fake site because I had purchase some goods on[protected] for Rs.1099/- and amount has been debited from my bank account but no receipt generated on that time. I placed an order with Whaaky paid using Netbanking. After that there was no response from their end about shipment. Their tracking system always showed "preparing to ship", but it never happened. I called them up for many days but they never pick any calls on the number displayed on their website. Then I wrote an email to them about my refund, but they never responded to it.

This is most definitely a fraud company that takes customer orders, sends them payment confirmation, and then vanishes into thin air. In fact I don't think they have any team or a corporate office or a warehouse with products. They just woke up one day, made a website showing pictures of various products and began robbing customers.

Same day i have sent mail to cancel the order and refund the amount in my bank account but till date no any reply from whaaky.com. They have not been picking up phone call since last 13 days. I have tired out to call them.Help me for this case
