I paid to book jeans from above online traders on 23rd March 2016. The company committed the delivery date is in between 15 days but till date I have not received my consignment. I have complained two times but not received any reply, My order number is S[protected] and Reference number is S[protected] dated 23 March 2016

    Hi everyone,
    I brought some product from this website before 20 days.
    but still there is no any information regarding my Order delivery.
    when i try to call on given customer care no. they do not pickup call.
    its really disgusting. what the hell with this website.
    its completely fraud web site, so suggest you don't order any product.

        My name is kiran, i was ordered 3 jeans, 3 t shirts, 3 trousers, 3 shirts on 14/03/2016 in the order no:s[protected].I received the product on 22/03/2016 & 24/03/2016.But the product are not good i was got all damaged products.Whatever showed in the website all fake. I was not received product which is showned in the website.I was got all scraped products.Whenever i tried to call the call center it has not connected to the customer care center.I am fed up with their service.I want return to return all these product.I also sent the mail.They replied back stating that i need to send the screen shots of damaged product.I was sent .But later i was not got any replie from them.My sincere request with all of them don't purchase any product from the whaaky.com.

          you show in pic. I got small size jackets and 2 jackets are same in
          colour and other one is different.I order blue, black And gray black
          jackets. I pay 1000 the courier man From ARAMEX. I CALL U YESTERDAY SO
          MANY TIMES AND MAIL U ALSO TO TAKE AN ACTION AGAINST THIS MISTAKE BY

          you not provide me my right product or money i will case againt on

                Product haven detected as duplicate so mail to them no responce after complaining they get back to us and asked to send self shippment to them. They recieved the product and and asked all details about refund.
                But more than 10days went after they said money will be refunded in 7days.
                After that am mailing about that but their is mail or any responce..
                I need money refunded asap.
                Worst ever service in online shopping fully fraud and providing duplicate products.

                    Dear all,

                    I ve ordered a power bank( 16800mAH) of Samsung company through BOOK MY OFFER online site.I received a power bank on 7th April 2016 of different 25000mAH power bank.                       I tushar purchased a pair of mobile on 31 march from www.whaaky.com i received phones 7 april thursday after that when i want to use i faces lots of problem in both sets one phone display problem and another phone charger ( two charger are different) not working and both sets have listening problem .
                      Last day i mail to [protected]@whaaky.com but still not response and i was call[protected] them twice but they are telling me nither change nor cash back possible, where company return policy in there website .
                      so i request u please help me for cashback against phone and punish them .

                                on 29th of march i placed an order on whaaky.com, (a pack of 5 shirts)on COD.
                                i received my order but the quality size, color, everything was mismatching
                                then i tried reaching these guys through email and number but no response.

                                i have already dropped so many mails, but no response. Details of my complain is given below:

                                it was a pack of 5 shirts but the size and quality was complete mismatch.

                                    Hello,

                                    I received a product (Order NO: S[protected] March, as it was not fitted with size, then i talked with your customer care, and said me to take picture of it and make a request and send to [protected]@whaaky.com within 1 April, 2016. So I sent the same on April 1, 2016.

                                    Executive also assured me, after the mail next process should start immediately and amount will be returned to me soon.

                                    But till now, I did not receive any calll or mail from you. Even when I am calling to the customer care (+91-[protected]) they are not picking the call. Just ignoring me.


                                    So, take the product and return my money INR 799.00.

                                      Vide order number s[protected] on[protected], i had placed an order for two numbers of sony power banks 25000mah @ 1299. It is with deep regret that i wish to inform you that the product was delivered after almost a month of order and moreover one power bank has its charging socket defective. It means i can not use that at all. You will appreciate that this brand new power bank is available in the market at much lesser rate. So in short, i have paid more to get two power banks and i got one that too refurbished one.

                                        I have ordered Nokia 1100 via Order No. S[protected] on 28.03.2016 but till date It is not shipped nor delivered.

                                        At the time of booking, they mentioned that items will be shipped within 7-10 days and it has already elapsed more than 10 working days but till date I didn't get any information regarding shipment or delivery.

                                        It's really disgusting attitude & working culture of Whaaky.

                                        Further i tried to make calls several times but no one answer on the same and also wrote so many mails but i did not get any response till now.

                                        Kindly look into matter and do the needful at your end and either deliver the goods or make refund of money in my account which already paid.
