Such a waste bloody bull site as i tried calling ur site alot but my call was never received, this site is just waste and disgusting and money eaters, can't even give to people who cannot satisfy their needs as the clothes are very old. Y don't u guys close this site and stop eating money buy giving waste products

Order s[protected] booked on 9th march2016 (Three shirts of 650 rs) which was delivered to me on 13th march2106. When i opened the courier i found that the shirts that i had ordered is defective and totally different from the shirts they had shown on their site, even the size of the shirt's are not same so i called the whaaky helpline line no[protected] and their executive told me to send the courier back to us we will change it and send to you in working three days once we received the courier. So i dispatched the courier from trackon courier service to whaaky no 1-8-319/2, patigadda road, begumpet hyderabad - 500016 and the courier tracking id[protected] find below the attachment of courier slip. After couriering the product i called the whaaky and they told me to mail the courier slip. The courier reached to address on 16th march 2016. After that i called them but they didn't pick my call and neither they responded to my mails. On their site they have mention that they will refund the courier money so even i wanted back the money that i spend ed on sending courier. So its been 30 days that i had not received any mails or call from their side about the product that the product is coming to me or not.

I have received my product (2 samsung guru refurbished mobiles, with company box packing and company charger.) but both mobile is not working properly. I think both are duplicate model and also charger of both mobiles are different ( how its possible because mobile model is same but charger is different. It's impossible.

I have getting below problem in handset ;

1. Speaker is not working
2. Network is not showing after inserting the sim card.
3. Duplicate charger.
4. Damaged box packing


I want refund with delivery charges of my product and don't want a replacement.

Please arrange and take the product from your end.

I am very very unsatisfied with your service.

I have book and get one samsung mobile in whaaky.com that mobile was totally faked and used. I am was returned to whaaky.com. 20 days gone but still they are not make a refund process. When ever i am contact customer service they are told everyday within 48hours you will get refund amount.But not get refund amount yet

I ordered for sony 10000 mah power bank on 31st march'2016. My order s[protected] dispatched on 8th march'2016 at evening. When i open the package it was not in good condition and not charging at all. I am using your products many more with good condition & durability so far, unfortunately received sony power bank, it is not in working condition.

Hence, i request you to replace immediately and maintain reliability among the billions of customers. I complained two times earlier. Your customer care number not responding. Please look into matter other wise, i will approaoch to consumer forum or concern authorities.

Power bank i purchased form you is MI companys. but you had given me MI+ power bank. Which dosent work. With in a hour it gets empty. As per 14000 mah battry it should charge 3-4 times a phone. But it is charging only 1phone that also half. I want the original product of MI power bank or refund me all the money. You are making fools to customer. While one order with set of 9 led bulbs is in excellent condition but the other one which was 16gb spy pen camera is having some problems. First their is no instructional paper in it which can explain its usage which now a days u get on the purchase of things of even rs.100. Secondly, pen clip(Pocket holder) was out of place and the refill was struck inside but apart from that the reason i am sending you this mail is that it is not working on windows7 which now a days is the most common windows operating system. It is designed for winxp or lower os which i dnt use.
It was my first experience on whaaky.com. I like your site and it is very cheap comparing to others.
