My order no;-S[protected] i bought 3 Trousers & 3 Shirts-Km Services its combo pack. i received my product when i open to see my products its seem like used product, defective & very very cheap quality product. same order has been return as per them, he said your refund amount will credit with in 7 to 8 working days, But now 10 days are gone but refund amount yet not credit. so i sent 2-3mails but there is no response from him. as possible.please refund my money .

    To whom so ever it may concern.

    Inspite of my cancellation, you have made the delivery of the product at the security.
    The given call center number is not getting answered.

    Upon checking the item delivered(Sony power banks-2 no's), it has scratches & other damages.
    It is very evident that you have delivered second hand item or a used product or rejected piece.

    The item delivered (Sony power bank- 2 no's) has only 1 data cable & that too of mi company & cable is in poor condition

          Cost about rs 399 . Data[protected].They say 8 days. Still 15 days.They not respond my mail & call. Please refund my money are dispatched my order.They send sms your order shipping.But they're no response after that sms.Please find my order . Take some action on this. Iam try first time I complain. Please online shopping to much risk... Please ask to whaaky.com why they place so much adds gave in online marketing. First please respond castamar mail's.

            I had bought 5 linen shirts but the size is a mismatch; i have been trying to contact whaaky support but the response is too loose and unacceptable. They wanted me to send the pics of the consignment within 48 hours which i did instantly. Now they are not replying to my mails and have been repeatedly asking the same question. I want my proper delivery with changed size once again or i want my money back.
            I do not trust these guys.
            Their customer call center is a hopeless example. They do not pick calls.

            Disgusting service- i want my money back.

                                    I had ordered 4 koutons jeans from whaaky.com order no.- s[protected] at ₹1099 on 10/03/2016. We got the product on 25/03/2016. The product was totally different from the product shown in the picture of whaaky.com. I mailed the whaaky.com to return my product from my email id- sandeep.[protected]@gmail.com but no response came from the site. Lastly i called at the given customer care number of whaaky.com but no one receives the call or respond.
