This mobile doent charge battery. They have issue of charging and battery But I want to return this faulty product. and get my money back but their customer care executive doesn't receive my phone call.. Now suggest me what should I do to get my money back.

                My order has been cancelled on 19.03.2015 but my booking amount rs. 1199/- is not credit in my account.I was talk to customer care on 19.03.2015 and he told me your booking amount rs. 1199/- credit within 3 or 4 working days but till time no amount is refunded by you.

                                  I made the order on Whaaky.com on 13/01/2016 3 Koutons Denim Shirts received on 28/01/2016 the order material was not matching with as I ordered material and I am not stratified with the material and I return the parcel on 02/02/2016 with the sending charges cost to my pocket along with demanding refund of paid amount.
                                  After that I had received the mail from Whaaky on 16/02/2016 confirming the receipt of parcel and instead of refund the money they agree to replace the material. they send the material on 12/03/2016. I was under impartation that this time I will get the wright product but they had disappointed this time also with the sending the same material once again and I again have to return that order once again on 15/03/2016 with demanding for refund the money and the sending cost again I have to bear.
                                  This is not end of the story they send the mail on 25/03/2016 stating that again they reship the product. This is now they doing purposely to hares the costumer since last 3 month.
                                  After completing with you on 16/03/2016 i did`t received any satisfied answer and as per mail dated on 25/03/2016 they repeating the same story they again sending the same parcel on my demanding of my refunding amount.
                                  I once again request you please take strong action on whaaky for their purposely and repeating same story.

                                      I am Abhay Guglani from Ambala cantt, Haryana and i have received the defective product from Whaaky.com so i contacted them for the exchange of the product at whaaky, No1-8/319/2, Patigadda Road Begumped, Hyderabad, 500016. And i had dispatched product through Trackon courier service on 14th March.2016 and it was delivered to Whaaky on 16th March 2016. After few days i had contacted them for the exchange product but they told me it will be delivered to you till 20th March 2016. Again after few days i tried to contact them but they didn't pick my calls and even not responding my mails. So know i wanted them to return my money even the courier charges and call charges.

                                      order S[protected] booked on 9th March2016 (three shirts of 650 Rs) which was delivered to me on 13th March2106. When i opened the courier i found that the shirts that i had ordered is defective and totally different from the shirts they had shown on their site, even the size of the shirt's are not same so i called the Whaaky helpline line no[protected] and their executive told me to send the courier back to us we will change it and send to you in working three days once we received the courier. So i dispatched the courier from Trackon courier Service to Whaaky No 1-8-319/2, Patigadda Road, Begumpet Hyderabad - 500016 and the courier tracking Id[protected] find below the attachment of courier slip. After couriering the product i called the Whaaky and they told me to mail the courier slip. The courier reached to address on 16th March 2016. After that i called them but they didn't pick my call and neither they responded to my mails. On their site they have mention that they will refund the courier money so even i wanted back the money that i spend ed on sending courier. So its been 18 days that i had not received any mails or call from their side about the product that the product is coming to me or not.

                                      According to your last mail regarding my order no S[protected] has not been dispatched and i haven't received any mails from your as side. You have mention in your that you will reply within (24 to 48 hours) and as you have mentioned in your on your site that you will pay my courier charges as i had sent you the package back.

                                      The package that I received now has the small size of shirt's. so know what I do. This is the whaaky you deal with your customer neither you calls nor you reply my mails.

                                        My slfl is vinod kumar, r/o - h.No-292, rajiv colony, nh-8, near vikas service station, gurgaon, haryana, 122001. My complaint is i have place the order whaaky.com (On line shoping cite). Order num is :- s[protected] dated on 22nd march. As per whaaky.com commitment deleverd my product maximum 28th march but i have not received any tipes of order from whaaky.com side from till date. And i am send reminder mail on daily basis but no any tipes of responding mail from whaaky.com. And i am trying to calling whaaky.com helpline number ([protected]) again and again but same not responding from whaaky.com. Kindly request you to take a action very quickly. Asap
