But I pay Rs 1199 but you refund to my bank Rs 1299. I very shocking. Please refund my full pay of money and my courier charges 100 Rs.

    I had purchased below mentioned products and received the same but both are not working properly so please confirm how can I exchange the product as I received the product on 25th mar'16.

    Please confirm on urgent basis.


    Below problems are mentioned.

    - it is not showing battery full however the power bank connected from last 6 hours to check the same with CPU and checked with electricity as well.

    - it is not compatible to charge the phones 3 at a time as 3 port are available.

    - if I will charge only one phone at one time then after one hour the power bank are showing to required recharge the power bank and it is blinking like battery low in both power banks.

    - customer care is not picking our calls to resolve the same.

    So please call us for problem solution on [protected], [protected].

      I did not received any material or mobile to my address. Only payment done by phone pay and no reply from flip cart no order booked that's why I need my refund back. I have done the payment on 01.07.2020 since no reply from your end.

            Some thing happened with me also, they are the fraud people first time I ordered tees they send me the Large size but I need XL so I cald to that no but no one picking the number. I emailed four to five times lastly I have given that tees to other person to use.later on again I ordered two jeans they send me the outdated jeans which is like second hand.it's not a pencil fit as shown on pics.this people are number 1 fraud plz take action on them

                I soumen bhattacharya register customer from whaaky omline shoping and my register mobile no-[protected]
                I had placed the order as on 21.02.2016 against order no -

                Product: 3 jeans and 3 shirts-akshay traders

                But i am not satisfied with this product regarding due to mismatch and very poor quality with also not matched product size as per our requirement. I have already complained and returned those defective product and received confirmation received mail from whaaky support team.So many calls amd mails consumed regarding this matter but customer care has not responded past couple of days.

                I have returned this dispute product to whaaky by maruti air courier against pod no[protected] as on 01.03.2016 .
                So i want lodged complain against whaaky.com / way2online retail regarding my full and final and all expenses money refund by neft.
                Already mention my bank details with whaaky.com / way2online retail by mail.
                Kindly release my refund full & final settlement with according maruti air courier charges rs 150/- . Total expenses (Rs1200 + rs 150/+others charges rs 500/- )=rs 1850/-
                So please refund my full and final settlement (Rs 1850/-) with urgent basis.

                          I ordered Sports shoes through online in Whaaky.com order No.# S[protected]. But they sent damaged shoes. I raise a complaint through [protected]@whaaky.com. But no one are responding for refund. Even though i try to call to the customer care No.[protected] no one are responding regarding the issue. Daily i am sending the followup email to the support @ whaaky.com, no one are replaying for my e-mail as well.

                          Finally i came to know my self it's one of the online fraud company. Their main target is cheating the customers.

                                  I have bitter experience about whaaky.com. I placed an order 10 pcs nicer dicer set @ 499 on[protected]:39:21, ref no. S[protected], then despatched the order on[protected]:57:10.0 through bmp courier having consignment no 96185957, but i yet to receive the order till now.

                                  I communicated with bmp courier, bmp courier sent an email to me that "we would like to inform you that, your shipment has been rto (Return to whaaky.com) due to "no service area". We request you to contact with your vendor whaaky.com for further information".

                                  I have sent many email to [protected]@whaaky.com, but no reply got till now. I have read the refund policy then i feel that i am cheated. Clearly written in their return policy that "in cases where product is returned to origin, if customer has paid online, the product will be reshipped once more. If it is returned to origin the second time, the product will neither be reshipped nor will the amount be refunded. Cod returned to origin will not be reshipped"

                                  I try to communicate through [protected], but not received my phone call. What i have to do now?????????? I want refund my money, but did not respond. Now whaaky deleted the whole information from their website.
