[Resolved]  Whaaky — no response from support team for emails sent

I had ordered some product through whaaky.com and since it was delivered wrongly and needed replacement i had arranged to send it back
I have not received any confirmation for receipt of the order returned back

Please can some one help in this matter

I have received email advising order replacement dispatched with parcel number [protected] through Aramex but it shows as invalid online Please can some one personally check on this issue
I will be never buyin anything from whaaky or recommend some one to do this
