It has been over six months since i gave my backpack for service to repair its fabrics, which got torn in an accident. Till now i haven't got my bag back and the store keeper always provides the same answer that the bag hasn't arrived yet. Now the store is closed and any means of contact to them is blocked. Franchise name: sri amman bags, 19, velachery main road, sembakkam. Now i need my bag back in perfect condition.

    worst customer service with wrong used product delivery

    First they delivered the wrong and used/torn jacket. Since then i have been trying to get it returned/replaced as per there return policy.
    No one is taking care of it over call.. Even after multiple mail trails i am yet to get the refund/replacement.

    I bought your product mention above in last week of August 2018 from wildcraft showroom in kamla nagar New delhi,
    India. So when I packed it first time yesterday for my trek, with the weight loaded in bag, it tore out from 2 places. This really screwed me, being an old customer I have always trusted your product quality. My bag seems to be defected. I m going on vacation tonight and if bag's shoulder strap tore our completely then my happy vacations would be turn out into chaos. Hoping for a immediately product exchange

      Respected sir,
      I purchased a expensive jacket first time from wildcraft, 7a, north part rseb colony,, vaishali nagar, jaipur-302021, rajasthan, india. It was extremely bad quality and very bad exprience of my life. From the beginning, the wings started come out from the jacket, rather the thread also began to fall/come out. I washed my jaket as per instruction which is mentioned on tag of jacket but after wash, it has become even more dirty. Which does not happen from a reputed brand like wildcraft india and very poor quality compared to the price, they are charging. I will never ever refer anyone to purchase any items from wildcraft india. Sir i am salaried person, serving in armed force and earn
      Money with very difficulties. Sir please i request you to replace of my
      Product otherwise refund my money as soon as possible please.

      Respected Sir,
      Sir i had sent my sister to jaipur wildcraft showroom but again they refused to exchange the item .Rather they did not even listen and entertain to my sister in showroom. Even on the 21st, he himself called me by phone and said that we will also give you a sales discount.but they were very rudely behave with my sister, which we would not tolerate at all.I will go to the consumer court for this and keep the jacket right now or back my money immideately.I will never ever refer anyone to purchase any items from wildcraft India and i would say to all, the items of wild craft is useless only, along with the behavior of the workers of jaipur showroom is also bad.

      This your kind information and action please.

        Hello sir/madam,

        This is to bring in your notice about the wildcraft jacket i bought at one of your retailer shops.
        It has been a week since i have started to wear it (The jacket) and it has now started to wear out by leaving fur/feathers from inside. As a result, it is uncomfortable to wear. Also, it is ruining other clothes when put on.

        When i talked to the retail shop owner regarding this he told me that the jacket would be replaced by the same one (Same model). But i don't want the same one now.

        At the time of buying the product, the retailer ensured me that it will be easy hand-wash and will not leave any such materials.
        It is sad to see that being such a reputed brand your retailers are using treachery and false assurance to sell the product.

        I don't want the same model-piece instead, i request you to either
        1. Replace the jacket with a new model-piece of the same price range. Or
        2. Kindly refund my money back.

        Below i attached the bill for your kind perusal. I request you to address the complaint as soon as possible.

            Wildcraft® Warranty covers all manufacturing defects on zippers, runners, buckles & stitching issues caused by workmanship errors.

            Warranty does not cover natural wear & tear, usage under extreme conditions, damage due to improper care (accident, misuse or negligence) and damage caused by acts of God such as floods, fires or earthquakes.

            Kindly reach us to [protected]@wildcraft.in with the invoice copy and images of the bag for us to assist you accordingly.

              I bought a 50ltr rucksack from amazon.in. One of the two main buckles on it is defective. At first i thought i had damaged the buckle somehow but you can clearly see from the attached picture that one of them is small. The buckle is very loose and it comes off all the time. I had very high expectations for this product. I paid almost twice the price as other such products only because i trusted the brand. But I am very disappointed. I thought you people did some quality checks before you shipped your products. I hope you take necessary action.

                As per our telephonic conversation on thursday, 14th june 2018 6:08 pm we had assured you of your payment but in-spite of that your unprofessional behaviour and usage of foul and unparliamentary language has spoilt the goodwill your company had.

                Your misbehaviour has forced us to raise the complaint against you at narayanaguda police station.

                We would again like to assure you in spite of your behaviour that we will surely be settling your amount the only thing we were asking earlier too was for some time. We have no intention of holding your payment and nobody is going to go absconding, hence bare with us for some more time.

                Having said that do see to it that no more bad behaviour is vented out towards our staff as we assure you we will not tolerate it no matter what. Keep it professional only.

                  Dear sir/madam, i had purchased the rain coat set yesterday and was reluctant to buy it since the salesman provided good information regarding the product. I wore it today since it was drizzling and taken aback when i found that the water significantly seeped through the zipper, kindly take note that it drizzled and wasn't a heavy downpour. The material used is satisfactory but it's a design fault. I certainly will not recommend wildcraft products to others since they are overpriced and with faulty design.

                    I have given my bag to wildcraft store vashi inorbit on 30/04/18 to repair the zip they told me u come on 12/05/18..or they will contact me..
                    But till now they havnt call me
                    .and in 20 days i went to store for my bag in query for.3..4time..1time they told we hvnt send to ur bag.we will call u but they didn't called me.. afterwards i went than they said..sorry i u bag has not come...than next week i went than they told sorry sir i m new in this store..u come tomorrow...

                      We have purchased a bag on 25th june 2017. It has 5 years warranty. But the bag bot damaged while normal use. When we have shown to the shop owner where we purchased, they are not ready to process the claim.

                      They were telling us that we had damaged it, so no can be processed. They were talking very badly.

                      We are frustrated with the shop team.

                        I would like to complaint about the poor quality of the bag that i bought on 5 june 2016. The bag's cloth is of such a poor quality that it is tearing from multiple places and has various holes in it. I visited the company service center and the also contacted the customer care and both of them stated that this is not covered under their warranty and only quality is covered. I would like to state that this too is a quality issue since the cloth of the bag is too weak. The company claims it to be wear and tear but the bag is torn from locations where wear and tear is not possible. This is a negligence on the companies end while passing the product for quality. I would like the company to replace my product since it is not in the condition to be repaired and i would like the company to take immediate action on this case as i have already been behind this for over a month.

When i visited vr mall bangalore for servicing the bag. They are not accepting it for a free service stating we won’t provide free service to the products bought online and there is no store stamp on the card. Need a solution for this..

                            I purchased a Wildcraft Gangotri 65 Rucksack worth Rs. 7399(MRP Price) from Paytm online with no discount which is sold by Wildcraft, Bangalore Karnataka Seller. But when I visited VR Mall Bangalore for servicing the bag. They are not accepting it for a free service stating we won’t provide free service to the products bought online and there is no store stamp on the card. Need a solution for this..

                            I purchased a wildcraft men grey & black low ankle eo leather trekking shoes, size euro41 on 15 jan, 2018 through myntra.Com.
                            Now within 5 months only the pasting of the sole is damaged and the sole is detached.
                            Please take necessary action to replace my shoe immediately.

                              I purchase a medical kit from frazer town showroom bangalore but i got wrong product istead of medical kit i got toiletry kit saying that this a new medical kit arrived, one of your staff his (Md. Moin) guided me with very wrong information i was not expecting that your employes are dumb fellows, i was in hurry so i couldnt able to open up and see it, when i open it in my home infront of my relations and daughter in law, i was ashamed there were laughing at me saying this is toiletry kit i was very angry on your staff i called him and ask him what u have done is this right, he reply very rude and said what happened im really upset im your regular customer for frazer town showroom so please its a request to take action on him next if i visit i should never ever see him in that showroom thanks. I hope you will do same.

                                I ordered a bag at wildcraft.in and made payment using netbanking.
                                I received acknowledgement regarding the payment form razorpay via email.
                                But now i received an sms from wildcraft stating that my order has been cancelled. Now the wildcraft.in website is down and no one is picking up at the mentioned contact number +91 [protected]. I have also tried emailing [protected]@wildcraft.in but didn't receive any acknowledgement reply.

                                Has the company disappeared from the internet all of a sudden -_-

                                They called me from +91 9035313131 and said that they are having technical issues with their website and processing of orders so they had cancelled my order. They also said that they didn't pickup the call because it was lunch time but i called them at 11:00-11:30AM so who the hell has lunch at 11:00 i wonder -_- I will receive a refund of the payment made in 5-6 working days. I received acknowledgement about the initiation of refund from Razorpay via Email. I didn't receive any reply about the email i sent at [email protected] nor any acknowledgement about the same. They however did reply in no time at this forum. So i guess reaching them at the mentioned number or this forum is your best bet. Although all of this hassle would have been avoided if they simply had acknowledged my email or sent a contact details with the cancellation SMS.

                                Yes i have received an acknowledgement from Razorpay via email regarding the same.

                                I would like to suggest please do try to include a contact us section in your SMS so that customers can directly contact( via email or call ) if their order gets cancelled instead of going through the hassle of searching the net for contact details or posting complaints at forums, in any likely event that your website crashes.
                                And do acknowledge received emails so that customer gets an assurance that their message will be read.

                                Update - At the end of the day i have received an acknowledgement about the email. I guess they couldn't reply early due to some technical error. :/

                                  I gave my bag for repairing on 30 july and even after 13 days i have not received my bag. The staff is not co operative at all.
                                  They are just able to give excuses and nothing else. I had called them on 10 july they said it is ready then i asked them about the small hole at the bottom. They said it's still not done. So i told then to get that hole fixed. The manager had promised me to give the back on sunday. But when i called him on sunday his assistant said that he at washroom. He is just giving me reasons and nothing else.

                                  Wrong product was delivered and quality is very poor. No proper response when tried to reach the customer care and product wasn't shipped initially until I email them ask.

                                    I have purchased windcheater/rainy jacket & rainy pant from mumbai malad inorbit mall wildcraft showroom on 26th june 2017. I have observed that, water leakage is happening from windcheater/rainy jacket & rainy pant. I have returned the same on 23rd july 2017 to mr. Mayur at mumbai malad inorbit mall wildcraft showroom. After repetitive follow up still no update on this.
