They called me from +91 9035313131 and said that they are having technical issues with their website and processing of orders so they had cancelled my order.
They also said that they didn't pickup the call because it was lunch time but i called them at 11:00-11:30AM so who the hell has lunch at 11:00 i wonder -_-
I will receive a refund of the payment made in 5-6 working days.
I received acknowledgement about the initiation of refund from Razorpay via Email.
I didn't receive any reply about the email i sent at
[email protected] nor any acknowledgement about the same.
They however did reply in no time at this forum.
So i guess reaching them at the mentioned number or this forum is your best bet.
Although all of this hassle would have been avoided if they simply had acknowledged my email or sent a contact details with the cancellation SMS.
