I want to know the current shipping status of my order #bs10072, placed on 3rd september 2020 with online bookstore bookish santa. It has been 1 week and i stilt have not received my order. It was shipped using xpressbees courier service with tracking id [protected]
& the last update was on saturday, 5th september at 2 am, and since them no update was given. The estimated delivery date is 10th september (Tomorrow) as per xpressbees website. Please look into the issue at the earliest, ask the courier partner to update the shipping status of my order & provide a new delivery date. I am attaching a screenshot of the shipping status from xpressbees website below for your reference.

    My product was coming from hydrebad to siliguri. Courier was placed and transit was started 4th September from Hyderabad now its became 9th September and courier is just rotating from andrapradeah to telangana. It became 6days and you made a joke with courier. If you are responding in this way then from now onward there will be no courier from my side in this courier company. My 2 courier are stucked all have to be deliver in siliguri.

      Hi my order tracking id:[protected].
      I have ordered baby products from mamaearth the shipment didn't get delivered but showing as delivered i didn't get any call from delivery executive or he didn't came to my location to delivery the products please resolve this as soon as possible.

      The delivery guy called me in the morning and asked about address and he came to my apartment and delivered the courier and waiting till opening the courier and told to check whether all items are available or not in the courier thanks a lot for the delivery guy

            Since 26th august last delivery date, the order from pharmeasy was not delivered, and ultimately in the end i decided to cancel the order and somehow i found the contact number of the negligent delivery service named xpressbees in osmanabad, and i urged them to return it, as they never took any effort to deliver for more than 10 days even after the delivery date was over..

            This is my third complaint regarding this through your portal, and its been almost 20 to 30 complaints on the pharmeasy negligent customer care, i am out of options, and have no other choice than to register this in the cyber crime department if this doesn't get sorted. I have also notified the officials about this and they are ready to take the case anytime.

                        Hello I am Prasad Kapadne. My courier was picked up at 21 august and still it has not been delivered.I have been given the date 23rd August of delivery by your side but your service is too slow than expected and the worst too.Help me regarding this as soon as possible otherwise I have to register a complaint regarding this at consumer support. It is a pre paid courier and now it's more than 15 days but didn't reach the destination which is in the same state.
                        What a worse courier service it is! It would be better if I send the parcel by post, at least it will reach earlier than your courier service.

                          My order no. AWB:[protected]. I ordered medicine from 1mg and order suppose to delivered to my house and my house is at second floor. When the delivery boy came he call me to came down and receive the order but when i told him to came and delivery it to me at home he denied and went back and updated that i requested for future delivery. Next day no one came for delivery and i got message in evening order out for delivery, after some time another message came in that same thing was written unable to deliver and i requested for future delivery. This has happend also on another day and no one came for delivery. Now its 4th day o[censored]npleasent behaviour of delivery and he is doing this because when on first day he denied to come up to deliver medicine i sad i will complain to customer care. Can't you do any thing to this type of delivery boys. How cheep behavious is this. You can understand medicine is important thing and we have to provide it to paitient on time. I think you will understand my issue and will take action against delivery boy.

                          I think that delivery boy should be punished. Not providing medicine to customer on time should take any paitent life for emergeny required medicine. I know, what is the importance of medicine for paitent and for emergency paitent i prescribe timely medicine in hospital. But because this unusual behaviour i myself was unable to provide medicine to my mummy on time.please to legal action against that delivery boys because this is important and he is harmful.

                          If my order will come to me than i am not going to pay any of the fee of this much late delivery. You should collect fee from that delivery boy who did this as punishment.

                            I'm suppose to receive a delivery on Aug 28 but it was not delivered, the schedule was reset by the delivery guy without informing me. Today I received a message that customer declined to accept the package.

                            When I tried to reach the representative, he refused to deliver to the mentioned address. This is a medical shipment and any delay will affect a life. And will have serious legal consequences.

                            Also the customer care number is not working.

                                        I have ordered a product in ajio. It was supposed to be delivered by xpressbees and on aug 28th. I kept on waiting for the whole day but nobody arrived. At 10.13pm, I got a message that "Your AJIO package with Xpressbees AWB [protected] has been delivered successfully to . " I was taken aback and tried to call customer care but to no avail. On the very next day i.e. on 29th I emailed to their customer care regarding non delivery but I got an automated reply that I'll be updated within 24 hours but nothing happened. I tried to call again and was successful in connecting to an executive who assured me for a resolution. Again I received an email on 2nd September that the delivery was done and I should inquire with my neighbor or security guard etc. I'm still waiting for my product but have lost the hope now.
