My product already reached at destination point before 3 days and shows out of delivery bt still i have not received my packet.. Very very very poor service of xpressbess and no contact no of delivery boy,.. Third class courier service. Still i m waiting my packet.

        Raising a complaint regarding my clothes courier to be delivered from all online store under awb number[protected]. On 16th sep, at 8.12 p. M., i got a message saying delivered to security - i rushed to the security gate, but there was nothing delivered; no contact of the delivery person is also shared. Since then i have raised multiple queries on the site, but with no response from the xpressbees team. It is disappointing and frustrating to deal with such a non-responsive customer management team - hope someone is reading this and will care to respond!

          I have ordered medicines from 1 mg which was supposed to delivered by xpressbees on 16th Sept.
          When I checked tracking details there is no change since 4 days.
          It's already arrived in Pune on 13th September but still I haven't received.
          Really disappointed.
          Please look into it.. I hope you understand. I need these medicines urgently.

              I have ordered 3 mobile covers from ink me silly and they handover it to expressbees and the estimated date they gave was14 september a week. But even 2 days late the package was not delivered and the e mails i wrote to them they have not given any satisfactory replay just a machine generated e mail reaches me order #1445095.

                    I had ordered from max fashions on 3rd september 2020. It's been more than 10 days, i haven't received one of my packages yet. The tracking status shows the package is in vishakapatnam from past 10 days. I am really disappointed by this delay. Please look into this matter and either deliver the package or refund my money.

                      I claimed my warranty for my boat headphones on 21st august and it was picked by courier agent on 25th august. And today it's been 23-24 days and i have not received my product. I tracked my product and it is showing "item has been dispatched". It is showing this since 6-7 days. Kindly deliver my product as soon as possible. This is a humble request!

                                    Since 31st aug 2020 order was booked and edd (Estimate date delivery is 12th sept 2020) on tracker there was last update on 2nd sept 2020 after that no update. What kind service you are giving.
                                    No one is responsible even xpressbees head of mumbai branch spoke to them they are not answering the call. Waiting for order. Almost 12 days yet no update. Being a vendor concern about my product and also customer has walked to his nearest branch no update. We are paying you for freight service and these is what you do...

                                        As I ordered my product on 6th September so it said I will be delivered on 15th September but after two days it shows that it will reach on 18th September. And now it has reached Chennai so why is it taking 7 more days to reach pondicherry ( which is 150 kms from there) . Kindly please do the needful and delivery it as soon as possible.
