I had already mailed you regarding pending shipment. It's nearly 30 days, order dispatch on 26 july. Still showing in transit. Please deliver asap. Estimated delivery showing 5th aug 2020, today 20 aug. I regret to say it has fallen on dumb years it is high time for anyone to wait 25 to 30 days long for delivery. It is not fair to trouble like this, now i look forward to your quick and immediate action in this regard at the earliest.

    I haven't received my parcel which was placed on July and I have already paid for it. I ordered from oriflame which was going to be delivered by xpressbee. The delivery called in my number just once and when I called back no one answered my call since that day no information. This is totally not acceptable. It's a prepaid order remember that.

        Hello Team. My parents received a shipment on my sister's name on their office address. My sister lives in a different city and could not be contacted at the moment so my parents accepted the shipment and made a payment of INR 786. However, it turns out my sister never placed the order.             There multiple SMS being receive in week to my mobile which are of no consent to my deliveries or parcels. My only consent is that, what is being delivered, I m not aware of it but my mobile number is being used without my knowledge. Please look into it or let me what needs to be done.

                    I have been trying to contact your delivery executive since yesterday he is not picking up my call now his mobile is switched off. Yesterday he hasn't called me but he updated status as customer mobile is not reachable. How irresponsible you guys are. I want my courier to be received by today at any cost.

                        Awb no [protected] this my tracking number which contains costly garments I Dispatches this courier in surat on 7th July and then it came to attili on 15th July ..i didn't get any call from xpressbess ..even I don't know the location of expressbees in attili how shall I go and collect courier so I waited for their call..they didn't called me ..now I tried to track my courier its showjng wrong tracking ID..what is this??? ..plz I want my courier ..I called to customer care with out awb number they are not conn

                        I ordered cases ..it delivered to express bees attili..but in attili there is no such courier offfice and the courier boy didn't contacted me but in tracking order the boy called me and I haven't attended the call ... website also provide the no of courier boy but the number doesn't exist...

                            I have order product from giva and they booked it through your courier as may be you are there courier partners. Kindly pick up the said order from the location which is given by them.

                            Product is still lying in bangalore from last 3 days. I want that courier by 21st but you are delaying day by day. As i checked on daily basis you guys are extending estimated delivery time day by day.

                              My freind sented me an courier from nagpur on 29th july it didnt reached till now. When i track it is in kannur, its not handovered to my nearest hub. When i call them the workers are becoming rude at me and dont allowing or replying proper details of my shipment so please do something as soon as possible.

                                    The worst delivery service i have ever seen. I have ordered 4 items. Out of which 2 items were to be delivered by other logistic company which were delivered in time and safely. But other 2 were to be delivered by this worst company xpressbees logistics. The first item began in transit before 8 days from present day, and it arrived at my home town before 5 days and after arriving at home town it was not able to track and no any updates on it. Same thing is happening with the other one. And the another worst thing - i raised the complaint of the same to the company, the date given by them to resolve the issue is 3 days later of expected delivery date and even this work is also not done by them. Now, when that date of resolve will come, mainly when they will do it and i will get my products they knows!
                                    Don’t know why they are into it, if they are not capable of fulfil customer needs!

                                      I was about to receive my parcel today but the delivery boy was so rude and harsh he started scolding me for not attending his calls i called him back right after 4 minutes and he said come and take from market his tune was very rude i was shocked for few second that a delivery man also talks like this to their customer. While i was giving him my location i was mixing my words with bengali hindi both as i cant speak bengali fluently so that i can make them understand where to come and deliver but they were mocking me saying speak one language either bengali or hindi in a taunting way and the other man laughed from his back side. Please its a request to your service please keep decent agent. Such a liar delivery agent uncooperative very rude and harsh his name is koushik
