As per order[protected], i have ordered kanchipuram silk sarees and wrongly received cheap and different variety ordinary khadi sarees.
Immediately replace with my ordered kanchipuram sarees or return back the money.
Contact number is not answering, very worst and unethical business practices.

Settle this on priority basis...

I had ordered jbl bluetooth wireless airbud. And i delivered totally duplicate wired headphone konarrk company. Totally cheaper product. Company cheated with me. Totally fraudulent company is. I want to take strong action on such company....

I was suppose to receive a package from xpress bees on 4th aug and till today 10th haven't received any response even after so many mails. Customer care no is always busy and not accessible....

I received the 1st message is out of delivery and 2nd message is customer refused to accept order.

Let me know what is the service of xpressbees, without discuss with me or i did not receive any call, how you update the status of customer refusal.

This is suggestion, please look your service and need to improve.

The product not even delivered he mentioned as delivered and i put a delivery address to my working place he said am there i will deliver him and asked the otp after given otp my friend call him he said something other place worngly mentioned after that my friend call and inform. He doesn't respond my call. And i complaint in courier service also no answer...

And customer care is at the worst, who don't respond on after complaint.

There sla is 48hr but didn't received any response after 3 days.

I am sure they are scam, not genuine....

No call/ no attempted delivery/ no contact from your agent side. They have stuck my item at the destination stage. Very pathetic from you. The item contains my routine medicines.
