So i had placed order from a website called Indus Valley for iron cast pans, which was shipped through express. It was recieved in the local delivery office within few days. Yet they did not contact us for delivery and updated the status being that we were unable to recieve while there was no calls placed by team, and when i sent enquiry there was no response to contact us from the team. And then they started to update self pickup out of no where while we had specifically asked door to door. So i had to contact them through.customer care mail. What they do is just send copy paste mail of apologies and telling the status update was mistakenly wrong for one week and after a week they started to send a copy paste mail that product will.be delivered by 8pm. For period of 1 month we used recieve the message that our products will be delivered. When requested to cancel from customer care email they used to send.copy paste email. I placed.call for customer call which was sometimes busy sometimes never picked up when booked call, it was not done back. Just once a customer care.service caller called and she told us to wait and told the delivery will be given by 8pm. Its been 1 month since they are playing with mails and not.actually doing anything for it. Neither canclled the order nor making sure.we recive it.

        They charge money for guaranteed delivery dates and still the parcel gets delayed by 2-3 days. And customer care people keeps on asking for time and says sorry.

          My AWB no is[protected] . Today was the estimated delivery day of my shipment. I didn't received any message when it gets Out For Delivery even the courier boy doesn't call me to deliver my shipment. Later on he marked my shipment as future delivery requested by the customer. This is so disgusting . They doesn't use to send any message on the day of delivery. please do some action against this issue. Thanks

            I have ordered a checked bell dress from fbbonilne. It was being send via xpressbess courier service. It was supposed to be delivered in 30 sept 2020. But it has still not been delivered. Please help

              I ordered a few products from Ajio (order FL[protected] which was delivered by your courier guide. There were supposed to be 2 products so I had taken money for both the products. The delivery man had only one product of about 800, but I have him 1500 to which he only returned 200 rupees. Before I could calculate the money and check my parcel, he was gone.

              I called him back on the number he had used to contact us but he outright denied it. I didn't even get the out for delivery message and don't know where to complain. I don't even know his name. He ran in haste after checking the extra money and when I asked about it he denied.

              Please do something about him. Get back to me so that I can give you his number which might help you in retrieving his information.

              The delivery happened today, on 5th Oct, 2020 in the morning hours.

                    I didn't order anything from any social site . This is the fake order i received today . Name by xpressbess courier service. I received order by my father's name.there has 2 apron is very chip quality. The delivery boy took money from me the amount is 687 rs . But my father didn't order anything from any social sites .                       I ordered a medicine online on 1 mg on 25.09.2020 which was delivered on 01.10.2020 through xpressbees logistices company. The delivery boy was very unprfessional ill mannered and rude. He called me twice after delivering the item from the following two numbers:

                        I send product through Meesho to Xpress Bees courier. Particular this AWB [protected] is of 3 * Pack of 3 shorts. But at some station they do Pick out the forward slip from envelop and shift in new envelop and open that package and take out 2 * pack of 2 shorts and send me only single pack of 3 shorts. This happen third time that time i complaint to meesho but this time i direct complaint you. This package address is of Ludhiana punjab and i am from Bathinda punjab . I think you easily track who do this.

                          An item which was send to me through Xpressbee got return by a person (his mobile no. [protected]) without my knowledge... I didn't return it and I have no idea who that person is so im asking is it possible for a random person to be able to return my package without my knowledge???

                                      The status you show for order#[protected] on your website that my order is delivered is completely false.

                                      The delivery agent nitin madane, mob. #[protected] has withheld my order at his premise for more than 2 days and hasn't delivered it despite repeated reminders. I'm not aware what he plans to do with it. But given the corona pandemic, i'm scared he may have opened the package and infected it.

                                        I raised a concern with your team and the complaint number is 16406014.

                                        I am attaching the google pay receipt for your reference. Please check and revert as soon as possible as the product you are holding for this payment is important and urgent.

                                        I have no idea what is the update on this from xpressbees as the issue persists from 18th september 2020.

                                        Please confirm over email that the amount of 240rs is not received by xpressbees till now for above mentioned awb number.

                                        Hope you understand the urgent need of resolving this issue.
